Surf Master 412

Great Location and perfect for a family with children. No loud fireworks or music. The beds, couch, and decor were very nice. A nice surprise to find a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids! Thank You!!
Wish there was a bathroom by the pool. The dishwasher broke, maintenance responded quickly, and took a look at it, but did not return to fix it while we were there. Not a huge deal but hand-washing dishes shouldn't be part of Vacation. haha

Surf Master unit #412 was very nice. It has been recently updated. The kitchen area was well stocked and met all of our needs. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable. During our stay, the balcony ceiling sustained damage during a storm. I contacted the after hours staff who responded immediately and had the problem cleaned up in less than 1 hour. The onsite maintenance staff followed up with us the next morning to determine if any further clean up was required.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity rent this unit again next year.

Couple of issues:
Internet was not working and called maintenance and no response
Need to label remotes for what device they go to
Fix master shower as water came out both the faucet and shower head and made an extremely loud noise

We had a great time! Loved being able to go directly to unit and not have to check in. Bathroom shower head in right guest room needs to be replaced. Could also use a longer shower curtain.

On first entering you will notice cleanliness and the Oceanview!! The furniture was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. It was a wonderful place for us to unwind and enjoy some beach scenery. Thanks so much!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in October and loved this condo. It had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The view from the 4th floor was amazing - even ocean view when I was cooking dinner.

Very nice upgraded unit with comfortable beds and pillows. Would highly recommend!

We rented. 3 bedroom, 3 bath Condo, and was not disappointed! It worked perfectly for our family. And the kitchen was amazing! I couldn't believe how long the counter was. And the dining table was nice as well.
We were on the 4th floor and the view was gorgeous of course! The patio was a nice size with 2 lounging chairs with a table and chairs.
The decorating was very nice as well. I definitely would rent this condo again!
The only negative thing I would say, is the dryer didn't dry the towels to well. But that really is a small detail.
The pool and Hot tub was nice as well. We were on the South side. Everything was clean and it was nice to see security!

Amazing ocean views. This condo was clean and well-equipped. Although the building is a little older, everything smelled fresh and was clean. The elevators worked quickly and parking was not a problem.

This is a comfortable place that I enjoy for the 3 months that I rent this condo. Is in a very nice area and close to the marsh to Murrells Inlet but noon all the traffic. I like being able to see the ocean and hear them waves.

We came from Ontario to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation. We arrived to find this unit clean, modern and with a nice surprise of beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items to use. We had a great view of the ocean and beach as well. The only negative was the dishwasher didn't clean properly, I had to re-wash almost everything,so I hand washed everything for the rest of the week. The master bathroom tub drained extremely slow as well, no big deal though.
If we go back to Myrtle Beach, I would definitely rent this until again.

from the time I called to the time we checked out, everything was perfect! We LOVED this remodeled unit. Perfect for our family of 4- master was huge- comfy bed! Views were spectacular. Kitchen was more equipped than my own at home, and it was recently remodeled with new back splash, counters and cabinets. We will be back- and in this exact unit!!!

Very nice condo - could use some minor renovations but overall it was clean and spacious. The sliding glass door in the master bedroom did not work and the bed in the master bedroom is worn out and is not very comfortable. The view is great and the beach access is very nice.

My family stayed at surfmaster about 10 yrs ago (in a different condo of course) so this year we decided to stay again not knowing if the property as a whole was in good condition or not. We were very surprised and happy to see how clean the outside property was plus having the security staff walking around was a huge plus to us. Keep up good work on that cause that means a lot . Our condo 412 was nice except the mattress in the king size room was lumpy not sure what that's all about and we had to ask front desk to see if they could fix the curtain shade on sliding glass doors (which someone else before us had pulled it off the track . Looks like maybe owner might want to rethink some other type of blind/curtain but guy from maintenance came right up to fix it. Both the front desk staff and maintenance guy were very nice and helpful. Also, the owner may want to replace master bathroom toilet seat looked to be cheap and kept moving when you sat down (looks like it was broken from one of the hinges) lastly the sliding glass door in master bedroom wouldn't open at all even the maintenance guy couldn't get it to open . Overall we would stay at surfmaster again.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Surfmaster and just absolutely love it! Our only problem this time was the sliding door from the bedroom to the patio was broken. The office asked if we wanted it looked at and we declined. We didn't think it would be an issue until we realized it let in a lot of sound which made sleeping a little bothersome. Other than that the place was very clean with a lot of amenities. We will definitely be back to Surfmaster and probably will rent this condo again. No major problems to keep us away.

had a great time, the unit was very accommodating, and overall pretty clean; as usual in this area, too many rental umbrellas are set up in front of the condo, making it harder to set up your own umbrella/chairs without having to walk farther down the beach or set up behind the other chairs, which is not ideal for families with small children; however, it did seem as if this time more of those chairs were used whereas mostly empty in the past; overall great place to stay, we'll be back.

My family of six loved our week stay at Surf Master 412 and Garden City Beach! This unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. The folks at Garden City Reality made our first beach rental easy and followed up on everything. We enjoyed playing in the water, relaxing on the beach, and fishing off the pier. Murrells Inlet is a short drive and offers great restaurants. We plan on coming back next year.

Our vacation was very good. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was operating the TVs and the staff came and solved that issue. My family really enjoyed our stay!

Some lights not working. Breakers thrown in box after we arrived. Major dust in HVAC closet / fire hazard. Pull out couch bed a safety hazard. When it was pulled out and you sat back on it, the front end of the bed flipped up and wedged/trapped me back into the bed. Had to get help to get out. Shower head in master bath was great! Love it when it puts out a lot of water. However, it was rusty. Usually a lockset key for doors is kept on top of each door casing in case small children lock doors. There were none in this unit. Overall though unit was in good condition. Just needs a little attention.

This is our 5th year staying at SurfMaster & our 1st stay in 412. The unit was well furnished & tastefully decorated. It felt like it was someone's "home" and we were VERY pleased since it wasn't our "go-to room" . We would defiantly stay there again as well as highly recommend it to others!

We had a fantastic stay @ Surfmaster 412 in Garden City. This was the first time we stayed at Surfmaster and we were not disappointed. The unit was roomy, clean, fully equipped,comfortable,great location, and on and on. Our only challenge at times was the parking, but this certainly would not deter us from staying at Surfmaster in the future. Thanks for a great 2012 vacation in SC....see you next year :)

We had stayed at Surfmaster 412 in the past and enjoyed everything about it. This time was not different. The condominium had been refurbished (must to our surprise) and was even better. We were very satisfied with the property's condition, the location, cleanliness, and the management. They were very helpful to us when we needed an extra parking space for one night for one of our family members visiting. We would readily recommend the property and management to others.

Location and Price and rental experience with Garden City Realty were all good. Property was in Very Good Condition - Excellent Beds and Living Room Furniture. Only complaint was that the cookware (teflon pots/pans) was lousy and we are heavy users of the kitchen. Maybe it was just the end of the season leftovers, or maybe the owners eat out a lot.

We have stayed at SurfMaster for the past 7 years. We love the location of the condos and the properties are usually well maintained/updated. However, the stairwells need to have better lighting and should be cleaned up and repainted.
