great experience. the unit though needs an update to the bathrooms as they are dated, could consider eliminating the bathtubs and install walk in shower. The sliding glass door to the balcony could also use a good cleaning in the door track. The windows could also use a good cleaning.

We noticed upon arrival that the condo was very clean and maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There was a nice sized tv for the hubby. The balcony had plenty of seating which we used a lot. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Even more beautiful and spacious than what the pictures conveyed. Super clean and the balcony was a huge bonus plenary of room for all of us with out being cramped, even setting on the couch inside you can take in the beautiful views through the giant windows. We had a wonderful stay and already looking to book another stay!

The apt was perfect for our little ones and had plenty of kitchen supplies to make life easy. Beach is right in front of the property and fun to use. Basically, you must purchase one of their beach umbrellas (comes with two chairs for $35/day) to get a good seat on the beach. One drawback was the nightly beach fireworks. It was loud, but most importantly very dangerous! I think there is an ordinance at our property banning this, but we only walked on the beach one evening and felt like we were surrounded by vacationers experimenting with the use of fireworks easily purchased in town. They were not responsible and one nearly clipped us. That was a disappointment. At other beaches, we took the little ones to the beach at night frequently.

This is the place to stay if you want right on the beach. Condo is very roomy and has everything you need to have a great time. Short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice pool too. Highly recommend.

Having stayed in a unit managed by Garden City Realty
for 10 or 15 winters, we are certainly satisfied with
the service and the physical characteristics of the
units we have enjoyed. Previously staying in three bedroom units, this 2019 2 bedroom ranks with the best we have experienced. The unit was clean, nicely furnished ocean front, and important for a
winter stay snug and warm.

Parking was much better than in years past; however, I think that is because we stayed a week later and the property was not as crowded. Still have issues with people hoarding the luggage carts. As of noon on Friday there were no carts for use and no one around using them. The room was nice, clean, and has a great view.

The staff at Garden City Realty were so accomadating for our group reservation. Our ball team wanted an affordable oceanfront experience that everyone could enjoy. Mary was spectacular booking our individual reservations I’m the same building at the Surfmaster. Nobody had a single complaint! It was clean, spacious, had incredible views, a wonderful seafood restaurant within walking distance on the beach and less chaotic than the strip. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend the Surfmaster to families of all ages and sizes.

This location is perfect if you want to stay right on the beach. The pool is nice too. The condo has plenty of room and everything you would need. We have stayed here for 3 years now. If I had to say anything negative it would be the furniture is starting to show some wear and tear. Other than that, I would recommend this condo to others.

Perfect beach location with wonderful ocean front views. Clean and comfortable Good customer service. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, however, must we had to drive to. I would recommend this rental property to others visiting the area.

Really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 404. This is our second year in this rental and we enjoyed the upgrades very much. I was worried about the floor, going from carpet to flat surface but it was mostly fine, I ended up having to sweep several times during the week to keep the sand down. Maybe putting a rug by the front door would help this. Beautiful views and furnishings.

Arrived Jan. 1 2016; returned home April 1. This was our seventh yearly trip to this unit. Unit is a 2 bedroom, non-smoking unit and has plenty of room for my wife and I. Also, for the occasional guest. Unit again newly remodeled. Surf Master units are about 50 square feet larger than competitive condos.

This was our 6th year in this unit. We occupy it from Jan 1 thru April 1. We had another excellent stay. Surfmaster units are a great ocean fron location convenient to shopping, dining, hospital, and anything one could want. This unit was newly remodeled uncluding new bathrooms, kitchen appliances, furniture, ceiling fans etc. We love this unit and have reserved it again for next year. We also had the privilege to meet the owners this year. They are a wonderful couple.

the rental unit was everything we had hoped for, the room was well equipped and we could not have asked for anything else. Our kids had a great time on the beach and the surrounding attractions. on our second night there I proposed on the balcony to my girlfriend with our kids standing on the beach watching. it was a fabulous week even though we had a couple hours of rain but the hot tub and the rain mix well together. in total we rented 5 rooms with approx. 25 family members and all of us our planning our return trip next year. thank you so much.

We had a great family vacation in this unit. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen appliances and furnishings are up to date. No problems and everything we needed was there. On arrival, we found puddles of water on the kitchen counter & floor due to a leak from another unit. As it was late evening on a holiday, we called the emergency number, and it was quickly corrected. The unit was not as clean this year as it has been in previous years, especially in corners & behind beds. The tile floors & grout need a thorough cleansing, as well as the kitchen cabinets. Otherwise, it's a beautiful unit with a spectacular view, and we plan to continue spending our winters in it. The kitchen is fully equipped, the washer & dryer are modern HE units. There is ample closet & drawer space for our 3-month stay. The balcony is large, and the balcony furniture is more than adequate. The unit is well furnished; however, we would appreciate larger TV's in family room & master bedroom.

My original reservation with Garden City Realty was at the Royal Garden Resort, Room 702. When I arrived at that condo, it was nothing like the reviews described and I was terribly disappointed and upset. I contacted Garden City Realty after seeing the condition of the room and explained my disappointment. The manager at Garden City Realty found us another condo at Surfmaster for the same money and turned what could have been the worst vacation of our life into a wonderful experience. Wonderful stay at this nicely furnished unit. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the two blue rockers which we positioned right next to the big window in front. The only hiccup was towel bars in the master bath which had to be redone, but the maintenance was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!!!

We have stayed in this unit before and were very pleased. In the 2 years since our last visit, the unit is starting to show wear,in the carpet especially. Also, the dishwasher was falling out of the wall-looks like whoever worked on it last didn't bolt
it back in. Overall, though we do enjoy this unit.
