In 2001, Garden City Realty acquired By the Sea Realty and its on-site oceanfront office at Surf Master by the Sea. This location served us well for more than 20 years. However, the HOA effectively eliminated an on-site rental office on December 31, 2022.

The Surf Master by the Sea staff has moved to one of our other locations to continue to serve our guests and property owners.

Vacation Specialist, Jackie Alston, joined the rest of our Guest Services team at 608 Atlantic Avenue. Housekeeping Manager, Maggie Hardee, relocated to our Property Services office at 2571 US Highway 17 South. And Maintenance Technician, Dan DeFreest, joined the Maintenance team at 576 Cypress Drive.

SURF MASTER FEATURES AND FLOORPLANS

All units feature a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, TVs, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and an oceanfront private balcony. Penthouses provide more than 2,300 sq. ft. of luxury accommodations including a large wrap-around sundeck and private jetted hot tub. All linens and towels are supplied and check-out maid service is included.

Three-bedroom, three-bath units are approximately 1570-square-feet.

Two-bedroom, two-bath units are approximately 1250-square-feet.

One-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath units are approximately 890-square-feet (North tower).

One-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath units are approximately 890-square-feet (South tower).

long-term monthly rentals

Surf Master offers off-season rates for long-term stays of 30 to 180 nights from October 1 through April 1 (properties may vary) and require a one-month stay.
