We have winter rentals available from Garden City Beach to Surfside Beach SC, all close to Myrtle Beach so you can enjoy all the local attractions, shopping and more. Spend your days walking on the beach, fishing and enjoying our mild winters. 

Garden City Realty offers unbeatable off-season rates for long-term stays of 30 to 180 nights. These units are primarily available from October 1 through April 1 (properties may vary) and require a one month stay.

Stays of 90 days or more qualify for tax exemption, you save up to an additional 12% off your stay!

Pets are not permitted in condo units, but Garden City Realty offers several dog-friendly homes that may consider monthly rentals.
