Atalaya Tower 603

We enjoyed our stay despite Tropical Storm Debbie. Condo is nice and view was spectacular. We never waited for an elevator. Staff in building are helpful and make sure everything is moving smoothly.

I love to stay here. This makes my 3rd year staying here. I am handicapped and it is so close to the beach. I dont have to walk a long distance to get in the ocean.

It was a great experience. The room was clean. We were hoping the elevators were done being worked on, but we knew that going in. We enjoyed our stay last year we decided to come back.

We enjoyed our stay - although older and in need of a few updates, the condo was nice and pretty clean. Being right on the beach with a balcony was what we enjoyed the most. The mattress on the sofa bed was too uncomfortable to use during our stay - our son slept on the couch - so don't count on the sofa bed for sleeping arrangements. We would stay at the condo again.

The condo was very nice and clean, we enjoyed staying there very much. The dryer venting into the room took getting used to, we used it twice but turned it on at night! The constant fireworks at night was annoying but not dreadful.

Overal we had a great time it’s very convenient in location. My daughter loved the pools indoor and was perfect for the colder days we had . However there were some safety concerns I had with the unit . The dryer vent makes the tile so beyond slippery. It’s not save for anyone but especially my almost 2 year old . She would just be walking down the hall way and slip and fall thankfully she was severely hurt any time but did get a few bumps and bruises . There wasn’t a rug there and should have been so we had to keep towels down . It also wouldn’t have been safe for my grandmother but she was unable to make it so we didn’t stress that but even me at 37 weeks pregnant almost fell a few times . Also the location of the dryer vent blows right at the ac thermostat so it keeps the air running or will make it think it’s gotten warmer . I also felt the balcony bars were to far apart. My almost two year old could have fit right between the bars with no effort . I wish they were closer or had a glass up etc. . We just kept the door locked so she was tempted to be on the balcony . We also had an issue with one of the kind bed smelling like feet . I’m not sure if the comforters don’t get washed or if the room just smelt like that . We bring our own sheets and blankets anyways so we just took those off. Overall though we had a great trip and had plenty of space for our husband and daughter and I spent in one king room, which gave my mom her own room and my sister her own room . We didn’t need the pull out couch but would be a great option had we needed it . We could just throw our beach stuff in our wagon and roll it right out on the beach which was perfect having a toddler and being pregnant.

Atalaya Tower #603 was all it was expected to be. It was clean and well-maintained. We were vacationing with small children, so the beach and the pool were out main activities.

The location and the unit we stayed in was nice. The kitchen needs some repairs to the cabinet doors but otherwise was very nice. The beds slept great! We throughly enjoyed our stayed.

Overall a good experience..guests in the condo above us kept us awake almost every night, reported to security and during the day they would throw stuff off the balcony during the day, other than that it was a very enjoyable vacation. There was only one elevator that was in commission the time we were there. The other one was having the floor repaired and was down most of the week. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the property 's public areas very clean.

We had a great vacation with our children and grandchildren. Location is excellent and the indoor pool is great both for rainy days and to get out of the sun for a while. The condo was very clean on arrival!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

I brought my teenagers for spring break to Atalya because it was walking distance to Sam's Corner. I loved the condo which was clean and had a beautiful view. It was a great location and loved being there!
