One Ocean Place 1109

Fabulous vacation spot located on the beach. Rental was immaculate and well appointed. By far the best condo we’ve ever stayed at. Many wonderful restaurants in close proximity. Rental was So bday to Sunday. Only drawback was realty company never notified us that condo was ready for our arrival. After hours emergency contact was very helpful and for xed the issue so we could enter condo and start our vacation. Can’t wait to visit again

Great condo that has been updated. Good location on beach, near restaurants, etc. Biggest issue was we set up our Shibumi/cabana on the beach the first day and beach patrol (police) told us to remove them or face $500 fine and/or 30 days in jail. Apparently Horry County does not allow them on the beach. They are allowed on every other beach I am aware of. Of course you could rent chairs/umbrella for $45/day from Horry County approved vendor, or you had to walk ~200 yards up the beach to cross the line into Surfside and set up everything there, which defeats the purpose of the great condo location. Garden City needs to clearly state this regulation in their condo ads so renters are not surprised and can plan in advance.

As always, we were very pleased with the condo at One Ocean Place. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very convenient and functional. Garden City Realty is always very efficient and eager to assist in any way. The reserving process was smooth and every thing was as expected, no surprises.

My sister and I stayed at One Ocean Place for 2 weeks in April. The condo was tastefully decorated, appliances all worked and it was cleaner than most! Absolutely wonderful sunrise views and up and down the beach.
We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Booked this condo for the week for a girls trip, gorgeous views and perfect weather. I was so sad that I couldn’t book it for 2024 family vacation because it was a Sunday to Sunday rental for 2024. But maybe in 2025.

the realty staff was very helpful. The condo is beautiful. Having no contact check in and out is very convenient. Very nice to have some laundry detergent since we don't have a front load and weren't sure how to use regular detergent. My only complaint would be there are no ordinary drinking glasses.

Beautiful Condo 1109
What a beautiful condominium with a outstanding view. This condo is so clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all the comforts of home. TV in each bedroom and nice big screen in the living area. Remote control blinds are a added bonus. Highly recommend this condo. We can’t wait to rent it again.

Such a beautiful and clean condo. The kitchen is well stocked and the shower heads are excellent. Remote blinds are perfect -such a nice added touch. The view is incredible. Condo has all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend.

Picture Perfect Paradise
We had an outstanding stay at 1109. This condo is beautiful decorated with coastal casual design elements. The beds and all the furniture were comfortable and functional. The kitchen was full stocked with plenty of cookware. The retractable blinds allowed for easy shielding from the early sun while allowing other window viewing of the dolphins and shore birds. We really enjoyed watching the Braves on the giant TV with a non glare feature. We were blessed with beautiful sunrises everyday. We are looking forward to another visit.

We’ve stayed at several different places up and down the beach for the past 20 years. This is by far the BEST condo we’ve ever stayed in. We love OOP and have stayed here before but this condo was great! We even had a coffee maker delivered to us within a couple hours while a tropical storm was rolling through! Condo is beautiful, location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

One Ocean Place Unit 1109 is fantastic! Super clean, beautifully decorated and thoroughly furnished! The beds were excellent! We had an absolutely blessed vacation. The building and grounds are always clean and well maintained. We love coming here. It is our very favorite place to stay.

The best!
We had the best time at this condo. It is beautiful, bright, and clean with comfortable/firm beds, plenty of towels, great flat screen TVs, and all the kitchenware you could need for the week. The balcony also has nice furniture with two high Adirondack chairs for optimal viewing. The remote-controlled blinds are fantastic! I would put a strip on the dryer reminding renters to clean the filter after each use. Very easy to remove the lint. I treated this unit like my own home, and we are truly grateful for the experience. If looking for a 2 bdrm unit, look no further if you see this one available. I hope the owner is able to get a 3 bdrm unit one day and replicate this one! We hope to be back next summer, and fingers crossed this unit will be available for us. Our stay at One Ocean Place (unit 1109) was a delightful experience and we would definitely choose it again.

The condo has all the amenities we could ask for. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the condo. The place was spotless when we arrived.

The condo is spacious with plenty of room. The living area is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer incredible views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms are clean and modern, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.

The balcony offers unparalleled views of the beach and the ocean. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, relaxing with a good book, or simply taking in the sunset, the balcony is the perfect spot to do it.

And when you're ready to hit the beach, you don't have to go far. The condo is located right on the beach, so you can step outside and be on the sand in just a few steps. Whether you want to swim, sunbathe, or just take a leisurely stroll along the shore, you'll love having the beach right at your doorstep.

Overall, I can't recommend this condo enough. From the stunning views to the luxurious accommodations, it's the perfect spot for a beach vacation.

We stayed at One Ocean Place 1109 and found the condo to be exceptional. The ocean view from the living room was comparable to looking out from a cruise ship. Every feature in the condo was updated and installed for convenience. We could not have asked for more relaxing and clean accommodations.
