Marlin Quay 108

Had a great stay on the marina at Marlin Quay just a short 5 minute walk across the street to the BEACH.

We really enjoyed out stay at MQ108. The view of the channel and marsh area were terrific. It was very clean and comfortable. All the appliances you need and the linens made for a great stay as well. This unit also has a covered parking spot this with the elevator made unpacking and packing car a snap. There is beach access right across the street.

What a great experience. We have spent a decade of winter months in Garden City and have always enjoyed our time there. This year we were in Marlin Quay and we love the location, loved the unit. We always have a great time in murrells inlet and staying at marlin quay makes it even better. Great view. Close to beach and comfortable accommodations. Hope to return soon.

We have stayed at this rental several times and really enjoyed our stay. This time however we noticed a few things that could have been cleaned better. Cold return vent very dirty and light over table very dirty. Also patio table very rusty.

The condo at Marlin Quay was wonderful! It was exactly as in the pictures on the rental site. The marina and surrounding grounds were beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay in this complex again!

Our rental was very nice and Garden City Realty staff was very willing to assist with any issues/concerns. The location couldn’t have been better. Our balcony overlooked the marina and my kids loved watching the boats come and go. And being across the street from the ocean wasn’t difficult since there is a public beach access/walkway right across from the property. I didn’t give 5 stars for “general condition” and “overall stay” because our air conditioner unit wasn’t working properly, however several people were sent to look and work on it and also because the water pressure wasn’t the best but again several people came out to work on it. I look toward to our trip next year at the same property!

Stayed for the month of February 2020 and it's the second time we've rented the property. It's a great condo in a perfect location. Lot's of space and all the amenities you need. But it's getting due for an update. Needs paint, carpet, tile, furniture. Everything is comfortable and functional, but just getting a bit worn and dated. Still probably better than the majority of rental properties.

Spent two weeks in October 2019 and we were very satisfied with the unit. The property is nicely furnished and extremely well stocked with all the accessories you'll ever need. The unit is relatively clean and we love the location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Condo was well equipped. The only item we could not locate was an ironing board. Owner had labeled remotes, displayed important numbers and information which was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Unit 108 at Marlin Quay is exceptionally nice. Great view and amenities on the property. However, I was disappointed in the Garden City Realty staff. First, I wasn’t notified prior to arrival that there would be roof construction on the property that started promptly at 7am. Second, the washing machine in the unit did not work. After notifying Garden City, there were no proactive communications regarding the issue which was never resolved during my stay. I would have liked to hear from Garden City on plans to repair, or at least provide some accommodations such as extra towels, etc. The lack of communication and urgency regarding the issue was frustrating.

Clean, well-maintained, well-stocked condo. Location is excellent with views of marina, inlet and sunsets. Easy access to quiet beach, well away from busy area. Good customer service from Realty Co.

Awesome condo with great covered deck for viewing beautiful sunsets, watching the boats at the marina, and just chillin'! Nicely decorated and spacious! Often condos have chipped Teflon pots and limited kitchen stuff, but this kitchen was well equipped for those that like to cook, as I do! Very clean and well maintained! Two pools were great and beach is a very short walk across the street. Hope this one is available for our week next year!

This was our fifth stay at Marlin Quay, last time 3 yrs. ago and our first in unit 108. Until this trip we had always enjoyed our stay. On this trip we found the windows were dirty and the exterior needed washing in places. The exterior around the elevators needed painting. The outdoor carpet was in terrible shape but possibly being replaced since the carpet on the small porch was completely removed. Carpet inside this unit was worn. The grass, flowers and shrubs looked well kept as we have always found to be the case.

While it was a beautiful view of the Inlet, the beach was only a block away. The condo was clean and well decorated. A nice porch to look over the Inlet. Close to restaurants and food stores.
