We love this unit and how close it is to the beach. We were happy to see that a few pieces of furniture had been replaced since the last time we stayed. I hope they consider replacing the recliner soon, it's old and uncomfortable. Other than that I highly recommend this unit!

Love the location and the view from the balcony. Condo was nice. When we got there the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. I assume the renter before us just never started it. There was a stain on one of the bedspreads. Wasn’t a big deal. We just didn’t use it. All other bedding was greasy and clean. Would rent again.

The elevator on the north side of the building didn't work for the whole week. There was huge waits on move in and move outs for space on the remaining elevator. The floor is not level between the bedrooms and living areas and we had more than one twisted ankle

Overall nice condo. Had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get rid of a bad smell where it had not completed running the last cycle and dirty water was left standing in it for a while.

Overall, the unit was fine. The TV's, kitchen appliances and accessories need updated, but the unit was comfortable.

We had a wonderful week in Sea Master 401! The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and there was more than enough room in the unit for the six of us. The kids enjoyed playing in the pool, which was well maintained. The kitchen cabinets and some of the furniture was a little worn (which is to be expected with so much use), but the décor and overall feel of the unit was bright, beachy and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future!

After staying in a condo rental with all the amenities of home, we don't care to stay in a hotel ever again! We were right on the beach and it had a great pool area. Very family friendly! Sea Master 401 was a bright, cheerful, spacious property. We liked the beach themed decor and the fact that the kids had their own seperate bedroom and bathroom. Close to the boardwalk, short drive to grocery store, restaurants, etc. Glad we stayed here instead of right in Myrtle Beach proper. Very fun time with the comforts of home, and at a reasonable rate! Thank you for the great stay!

It was very nice with only 2 problems. The master bedroom only had one pillow and the front door needs fixed. The door was hard to lock every time we had to leave. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Nice condo. Only thing I would complain about would be the ice maker doesn't make enough ice and kept freezing up. Needs to be looked at.

We enjoyed our stay. Master bedroom was very nice. Second bedroom could use some work. TV in second bedroom did not work. Kitchen was well stocked. Like that aspect very much. Did not like the fact that washer/dryer was not in unit. But for a 4 day stay, it wasn't bad at all. Would not stay for a week or more. Garden City Property Management was very nice. Very helpful. Had heating/air issues. Had someone there quickly. Price was good and would recommend to a friend for a very short stay.

Loved the view and weather was great also. Room could have been cleaned better. Needed updated pots and cooking utensils. A/C coils needed cleaning to maximize cooling ability. Will definitely be back to Sea Master, maybe another unit.

amazing view from balcony and master bedroom. The suite was pretty clean and roomy. Only draw back was on the days we had some rainy weather and stayed in, it would have been nice to have some updated TVs in the condo (32" flat screens are very affordable now). I hope not to watch very much TV on vacation so it was not a huge issue for us.

Stayed here for family vacation and was very happy with the condo. I especially enjoyed the view from the balcony facing the ocean. The condo is close to all the shops and grocery stores. I would highly recommend.

We took a family vacation and stayed for 7 nights. The condo was perfect for our family of 5! The view was absolutely amazing and we were even lucky to see a few dolphins jumping in the ocean!! We loved the fact that we could all sit at the table and have dinner as a family. We will definitely use this condo again in the future!!!

view from unit, elevator & pool are best features. unit had soiled carpet, rugs, floors, woodwork & furniture fabrics, burned out bulbs, torn lampshade, torn shower liner, limited kitchen supplies, nonworking clock, short in hanging lamp, nonworking dishwasher. most disappointing rental we ever experienced with your company

Even though we leave fairly close to the beach we still have a great time spending our vacations there. The condo was very clean and the view was great. Our kids enjoyed their selves whether they were on the beach or in the pool. The pier was just a short walk from the condo which was nice. We would consider staying here again.

This Condo is very well located with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Nice accommodation well furnished for 6 persons. The pool is also well maintained.
