Dreamscaper

The house was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious! We had a toddler with us and were surprised to see how many useful items they had for him to use. There was a high chair, a bath tub, toys, and even gates for the steps. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice location. Close to the beach. The house is spacious with plenty of room for families. The pool is just right for when you come off the beach and need a cool swim. The kitchen is probably the most well stocked with appliances, dishes, spices, etc that I have ever stayed at. We loved our stay here. And a plus is that it does have an elevator to use for luggage and groceries. Lots of parking. The only thing is if you need to charge your golf cart there is not an outside outlet.

THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW AT DREAMSCAPER. ALSO STAYED HERE APPROXIMATELY 15 YEARS AGO. HOUSE IS VERY CLEAN BUT IT IS GETTING VERY TIRED, EXPECIALLY THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND BEDS. SAME FURNITURE (LIVING ROOM) FROM 15 YRS AGO AND IS BREAKING DOWN AND NOT COMFORTABLE. WE LOVE THE HOUSE, LOCATION AND GARDEN CITY REALTY - MAY NEED TO LOOK AT A DIFFERENT PROPERTY UNLESS UPDATES ARE FORTHCOMING. WE TOOK OUR YARD BLOWER THIS YEAR TO KEEP THE POOL AREA CLEAN; LOSING BATTLE DUE TO TREE ON ADJACENT PROPERTY. POOL SERVICE WAS GREAT BUT THERE WAS NO SKIMMER NET TO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN- A LITTLE FRUSTRATED WITH THAT. GREAT KITCHEN WITH EVERTHING AND MORE! KAREN AND VALERIE (I THINK ARE THEIR NAMES) HAVE THE HOUSE VERY CLEAN. HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THIS HOUSE BUT IT IS GETTING A LITTLE TIRED.

Third time stand at this house The updated carpet is gorgeous and thank you so much to your housekeepers for leaving us the wonderful basket for the kids and grandkids and the adults so we can do our laundry this house never disappoints . The very short walk to the beach which is great check in and check out what's very. The house is always very clean and organized. The kitchen is well stocked and the homeowners make sure that there are condiments so that saves a lot of money. Thanks so much for letting us use your home for our little vacation.

We stayed at Dreamscaper and were happy with our choice. The home provided enough accommodations for our entire family. Garden City Rental left us some wonderful surprises. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve reserved the home again for next year!

The house is perfect for all of your needs. Plenty of room for many people. The parking is awesome especially for multiples vehicles and trailers. You will not be disappointed.

We had family from three states stay for a week. Great location! It looks like a decent hike to the beach, but really it's closer than you'd think.

Quiet street, ample parking, exceptionally well-stocked. The pool was clean, and it's an easy walk to the pier and restaurants.

The only quibbles: The elevator works fine, but takes some getting used to. So does the TV remote. And anyone who's prone to slipping will want to bring a bath mat coming out of the shower. The tile floor can get a bit slick.

All in all, an excellent spot (almost) on the beach!

We enjoyed staying at the Dreamscaper! It was the perfect size for our family. Upon arrival we entered the home to find an awesome gift on the table, full of stuff for kids, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. It really helped not having to buy those things. The home was clean and inviting. The location was better than we thought with only a short walk to the beach. Decor is a little outdated, but that didn't bother us:)There is LOTS of parking which is nice because we have 4-5 vehicles when on vacation . The pool is a good size to dip in and cool off, our adult children enjoyed it. Would absolutely recommend! Elevator is very convenient taking heavy things up. It's in the main level master bedroom.

This was our 2nd time staying at Dreamscaper. Beautiful, quiet location and just a very short walk to the beach. Plenty of kitchen items, room to hang out and play games or chat. Had issue with elevator again & had to call to get clarification on how to operate (instructions would be helpful), a few additions to the utensils in kitchen & a pool light would be wonderful for next time. Overall, great house, great location, great time!

The house was wonderful. Very well equipped. The gift basket was a nice touch and the toys left for our 5 yr old was really thoughtful. The weather was not great. It would have been better for the kids if the pool could have been heated.

We just got back from a wonderful week at Dreamscaper! Beautiful, spacious home with an elevator to help our parents!! Well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and nice balconies! Quiet third row and just a quick walk to beach access! Great parking options for everyone!

House was great! Clean, well-stocked kitchen. Elevator was very convenient for groceries and parents! Ample parking, quiet third-row location was amazing!!
Spacious bedrooms, nice balconies. Only downfall was pool was a bit smaller than expected and no closet space in master downstairs bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Still, we would stay here again and recommend to any of our friends!

Everyone enjoyed our stay. Only negative would be that the elevator only went to first floor from ground level and it was tricky to use it successfully. There was nothing that would keep me from staying there again or recommending to others.

This house was clean, very close to the beach and well-equipped. There was an issue with the clothes washer and elevator but the Maintenance and office stay were very helpful and took care of everything. The pool was small but perfect for what we wanted.
Parking area was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Dreamscaper rental property July 17-24, 2021. Check-in was very easy. Staff at the reality company were quick to answer questions and made the start of our vacation completely painless. The house itself was well maintained and stocked with the necessities. The reality company gave us a complimentary basket with laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. The only thing in the house that was less than stellar was the washer/dryer. The washer would turn itself off within the first 5-10 minutes. The dryer also took at least 4 cycles of 70 minutes on the high setting to fully dry clothes. Other than the laundry issue, we had no other complaints during our stay. The pool was kept at a good temperature and was very clean. A pool maintenance man came on Tuesday and cleaned. Check-out was also very easy. I would highly suggest the Dreamscaper property for rental by a family/friend group for their vacation. The rental company was top-notch and I would rent from them again.

The house is perfect! The rooms are big and there was enough space for our two families. Our mother stayed in a room downstairs that is connected to an elevator.
The kids played by the pool and the walk to the beach was down the side street. It says third row but to us 2nd row really. The only down fall is looking at the pond across the street instead of an ocean view. The house is beautiful but is decorated a little old school which made me feel better because of the small children we brought and all the sand you track along with you. If you are looking a moderately priced house at the beach for your family - this is it!

We enjoyed the dreamscape rental. It was clean, had plenty of room, and just a short walk to the beach. Only a couple very minor issues - The coffee maker is on its last leg and needs to be replaced, it still works but the start button is cracked and the base was leaking a little. We found the elevator a little difficult to understand how to use it. Having instructions would be helpful. We would certainly consider staying her again in the future.

Check in was easy. The home was fairly clean. Some of the 2nd floor toilets has some kind of residue in them possibly from not having been flushed recently. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans/utensils/appliances. Great location - short walk to beach and close to many stores. Highly recommend for large families.
