We absolutely loved our stay in unit 19. It was so gorgeous and extremely convenient being on the first floor and a corner unit. The sunsets are wonderful and the dock is great for fishing which the kids loved. The condo is decorated like a dream with all original art and wonderful amenities the guest can use freely. We will most definitely book our next beach stay here again. 10 out of 10!

The condo was amazing BUT an owner was there with their pet and allowed their dog to poop all over the mulch as well as on the side walk to the beach access and made no attempt to pick it up.

This is the first time we have stayed with Garden City Realty. It was a great experience. Loved the automatic lock and towels and sheets being included in the rental. The unit was wonderful and well furnished and decorated. We will be back!

Beautiful unit and decor is absolutely comfy and relaxing. Will definitely be booking this unit again and it’s on 1st floor so not to far to go with groceries.

Everything was great!

Only thing was that several of the blinds to the sliding door to the balcony kept falling apart. I think, that I reported this last year. Please give this some attention!

The view was wonderful and the Condo was clean with everything you needed. It was advertised as with TV but it was set up for streaming with no instructions available. It was advertised with no WiFi and we likely would look for something with it available The toilets are very low to the floor and should be raised for better convivence! We are Senior Citizens and was just the two of us. We really don't mean this as a complaint but suggestions to make it more friendly and comfortable!

My family had a great time at the condo. Beauriful sunset views of the marsh and closest to the pool. Everything was nice and clean inside and around the complex. We'll definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice & in a good location. The problem was that there was no cable, wifi, internet or DVD player. When paying as much money as we did, there should be at least be cable or internet. Garden City Realty should have let us know this. Because of the pandemic we stayed in at night with very little television. It was a disappointment.

Always enjoy staying at inlet point. Have rented units here for the last 35 years. The beach access is good and the inlet offers lot of recreation opportunities.

As usual we enjoyed Unit #19 at Inlet Pointe.
Clean, Quiet, The View, we couldnt ask for anything more. We have stayed in #19 yearly for over 20 years.

Overall we had an excellent stay in this room and had no issues. The room was neat and tidy when we arrived and everything was in it's place. The view was convenient for watching the pool and keeping an eye on children.

We had a great time as always.
The only problem we had was trying to figure out the kitchen stove. We could not keep the left front burner on.
We are talking about next year already and will book with Garden City Realty. The staff was friendly and helped us with Barry's special needs without even hesitating.

I have been staying at Inlet Pointe, Apt. #19, off and on since the Condos were built. We have never had a bad experience. The apartment is always clean, the area quiet, the scenery beautiful and tranquil. Will always come back.

We've stayed in this unit before and really like the amenities and location. The other guests and residents were all very nice and respectful. The HOA maintenance staff does a fabulous job of keeping the exterior and pool area looking pristine. This unit comfortably fits a family of four.
Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit and lack of basic upkeep. As for cleanliness: Our unit had hair everywhere- hair balls in the floor, loose hairs stuck on the walls and hairballs in the drains. It really grossed me out. We were also left in the dark as the majority of the light bulbs in the unit were burned out. A little attention to detail could have made this a perfect experience.

Property was great. Went to use some of the dishes and they were not clean. Frying pan still had food bad grease on it. Notified management however they did not resolve while I was there

Great location, easy access to beach, nice unit. I only wish there had been internet access as well as the balcony was not as private as anticipated (being right in front of pool area on first floor) Other than that, great place and enjoyable time!!!
