This condo was one of the nicest we’ve rented! The view was amazing! Watched the sun rise each morning and even watched the super moon rise over the Atlantic! The master bed was so comfy! Very roomy and decorated so nicely! Will definitely stay again!

All in all, we were very pleased with our rental and the rental process. The staff at Garden City were very helpful in booking the rental. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The rental itself was clean and attractive. Two of my companions that shared the bedroom with two beds both said their mattresses were not comfortable and the hall bath water pressure in the shower was poor. The sofa and chaise were a bit low and difficult for old ladies to arise from. But it was still one of the nicest condos we've rented and we would definitely rent it again. One member of our party had a bad fall by the hot tub due to the painted concrete being very slippery and, yes, she was sober at the time.

I have been staying at surf master for nearly 35 years. The furniture and updates to unit 803 are beautiful. The floors needed to be cleaned not just swept. One of the comforters had stains on it. There was no coffee pot to the joint keurig to utilize the large pot coffee but we used the k-cup side to satisfaction. The washing machine had tons of black mold on the gasket. But overall I would stay again in 803

We were very satisfied with Surf Master unit 803.Very clean and very well equipped.
We only had one issue. The door lock sticks once the entry code is entered.

Surfmaster 803 was our favorite condo we have stayed in in Garden City!! (We have rented at least 5 or 6). It was immaculate on arrival. Seating in living room is fantastic for the whole family. TV was great and had one control! Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all very nice. Garden City Realty made the entire rental process seamless and less added fees than VRBO!!

We enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 803. Features we really enjoyed: no carpet, the wall colors, and lovely decor of the rooms. Things that need some work: Part of the balcony furniture was damaged, therefore unusable for our stay. The throw rugs in bedrooms were worn and appeared dirty. It was difficult to find regular channels with the tv remote, but we finally located the football game on a rainy day! We enjoyed the easy check in and check out.

Extremely satisfied with the property. Was disappointed with the actual beach condition making it difficult for the elderly to get to the beach. Also disappointed with the umbrella rentals, spaced too tightly and too low for the elderly to access.

The pictures of the property doesn't do it justice! A breath taking view. Oversized balcony with lots of windows. Cold air conditioner with ceiling fans in every room. Shades that can be pulled to keep the sun out and help keep the condo cool. Nice quality stackable washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Dishwasher which we used daily. I just can't say anything negative about this condo. We'd love to return next summer. The condo was clean and ready for us exactly the time we arrived to the area which we weren't expecting due to the shortage of workers. 5 stars all the way

We stayed the week of April16-22, 2022. The unit was very clean and well supplied with kitchen items for cooking . Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space in the living room for all 5 adults. The view was spectacular and we watched sea turtles and dolphins from the balcony! The only downside was the Wi-Fi. There wasn’t a personal Wi-Fi for the unit it was a general Wi-Fi for the building. Other than that it was wonderful ! It is located between both piers about one mile from each one, great morning walk. Conch Cafe is a couple buildings away so it’s an easy walk for lunch or dinner and drinks. I would definitely return !

Great for a Family. 3 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms. Beautifully decorated and convenient to Murrells Inlet restaurants, shopping and entertainment for the kids. The view was awesome! We have been down to Myrtle Beach a few time but this was definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

The condo was by far one of the best 3 BR we’ve stayed in at Surfmaster in all of our years. The seating in the living area and eating areas were perfect. The large table allowed room for our entire family and the barstools provided extra seating. The kitchen well stocked and nice seating on the porch. I haven't been to Garden City in 25 years. I really enjoyed how things have improved. Our stay at this condo was great. The unit was clean, had a living area that accommodated our family, had updated appliances, and all of the beds were comfortable. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The weather could have been nicer but hey it’s February! Now about the unit we were in, this makes our 4th year in this unit, we are beginning to notice some things, first the sofa needs shampooed badly, second the overall apartment needs a deep cleaning very dirty under the furniture and dirt build up on base boards. There are several recessed lights out and have been out for the last couple stays. Just minor things but I felt they needed mentioning. We will be back in 2022 see you then.

We’ve been vacationing @ SM for several years and this year we stayed in Unit 803. This unit was very well appointed, clean, comfy beds and best feature is keyless entry. We were able to stay an additional night - BONUS!! SM is very well managed; units are secure and very roomy. Feels like home.

We have stayed for a number of years at Surf Master in a number of different units. This year we were in 803 and it was beautiful. The weather for the whole week was wonderful. The last few years we stayed in 103, and it suits us best. It can sleep 10 and there are 8 of us. There is adequate deck furniture and kitchen chairs. So we prefer that unit.

This was our 3rd stay at the Surf Master. First two years where in the south tower penthouse 10. This year was north tower 803. We loved the decor and workmanship that the condo has!! Super clean and perfectly stocked kitchen. Will rent this unit again without a doubt. The Surf Master needs to do something about the elevators. Super slow and super hot!! Other than that great place

We have vacationed in Garden City for many years. The last few years we have been searching for a 3 bdrm condo that felt like home and this was it! This condo was extremely clean, well decorated and had just about every thing we would need for the week. The master bed was a bit too firm for us, but didn't ruin our stay. I would recommend a nicer patio set. Maybe some higher chairs to enjoy the view or a table for outdoor dining. Where the exterior of Surf Master could use some updating, the parking garage was easy to navigate and beach access/pool were fantastic. We look forward to staying here next year.

The up grades to this condo ( 803) where smartly done. Colors are well done and the décor well laid out.
We are beach people and are family enjoys location.
This location is around the activities ,districts ,attractions , golf and restaurants that we enjoy.
The past two years we had trouble parking the two cars because of maintenance and repairs. that is was a pain.
The WiFi in 803 did not work and your ( Twice ) the WiFi service tried to connect me it was so weak I could not stream a download. I was connected to 178. Most of the time when working the down load was only at 3 to 5Mbps.
Hope that is corrected before our next year stay.
