Sea Master 115

The location and view were perfect. Everything was clean and in order. The lock did not work when we arrived and Maintenace quickly came. About mid week it quit working again. The unit was fine, but we had a lot of construction noise late at night (9:00) from the unit above us. maintenance could not help with that because the unit is privately owned. A little aggravating. But as a whole a very pleasant unit.
Should consider new rugs as the rugs are a trip and fall hazard. They stretch and curl on the corners and in center.

Our week in Garden City Beach was fantastic. The condo was very nice and we loved the new kitchen and flooring. We have stayed in this unit the last few years! The location is so handy and the view is amazing. We love this corner unit. We've already booked it for next year!

We love this condo. 3rd or 4th time staying here.
Owner has made upgrades to the kitchen and flooring. Love the deck chairs and view of the beach. The beds are comfortable, so is the sofa. Has stackable washer and dryer. We can never get the front shower to work but there are 2 other showers. Love the new oven with air fryer function. Fridge is new, but ice maker is quarky. Cant wait to see what other improvements this owner makes. Will stay here again.

Love this condo this is our 3rd or 4th year staying here. The kitchen was updated since last year. Perfect views and pool close to beach.

My family and I stay at Sea Master every year. The unit we like to stay in was already booked when we were ready to make our reservation. Unit 115 was the only one that would accommodate us and we are so happy it did. It was clean and the indoor furnishings very nice. The only complaint is the balcony chairs. They were very uncomfortable and did not inviting at all. We will stay here again.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was great and balcony was terrific being so close to ocean. Condo is pretty dated and couldn't get hot water in one of the three bedrooms were only negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week in Garden City. 16 people in our party and we all stayed at the Sea Master complex. Our unit was clean but needs some repairs and replacement items. Balcony furniture needs replacing.. The kitchen could use an upgrade. The staff was very helpful as we had an issue with parking passes, problem resolved quickly. All in all we had a great week as always. We've been coming to Garden City for over 30 years and love the area. We'll be back next year !!

It was much needed vacation and relaxation. We enjoyed ourselves. Went out about 9ish and stayed out till about 3 or 4. The condo was decent, the interior needs to be updated especially the walls. But overall it was decent to stay in.

Location great, beach front, nice condo development, felt safe and secure. Wonderful balcony right on beach with plenty of room to relax. Basic condo, could use some updates. Perfect for us for long weekend. 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Ample parking but a little tight for larger vehicles.

This rental accomodated my family nicely. Right on the ocean and first floor. It is right in the middle of all the attractions at Garden City Beach. The condo was nice and clean. We would stay here again.

My and my girlfriends stay here every year and love it. The location is perfect! Can't get any closer to the ocean, many great restaurants nearby.. the Conch Café, Sara J's, Gulfstream Café, Bubba Gumps and a very short drive to Muriel's Inlet. The condo is clean and spacious for the 3 of us.

This condo was nice...needs a little updating but nice..well stocked kitchen, clean, full size bed needs replaced, king and queen were good, caulking in bathrooms look "rusty".I would return, it was a nice vacation.

Second time we have stayed in this unit and we love it! The size and location are perfect for me and my 2 friends. A couple of things I noticed are light bulbs need to be checked and the cable wasn't working in the middle bedroom and it wouldn't hurt to update the pillows and the coffee pot. I highly recommend this place and sure hope it wasn't flooded during Irma.

My family has rented from Garden City Realty for years. This was another great condo. We had stayed in this complex before so we already knew what to expect. We have teenagers and also a one year old. It was great being on first floor very few steps to go up plus it was a end unit so we were able to just leave beach chairs and toys outside door.

Loved this unit. The shortest walk I have ever had to the beach...this is right on the beach; high tide actually hits the poles. Nicely furnished and clean and very convenient. The only issue we experienced was the condo building maintenance going on the week we were there 5/20 - 5/27/17. Pressure washing, painting, pool was closed for our last 3 days. None of these interfered much with out stay other than a longer walk to the beach when pool was closed. However, they did have a porta John I guess for the workers and it smelled horrible every time we left the place. I wish I had said something about it as it was quite nasty.

Just a couple maintenance items which are normal wear and tear... Two chairs on the dining room set are starting to come apart. Also the toilets will sometimes keep running after flushing. Not all the time maybe 1 in 5. The place is great and well maintained. Location is excellent and the pool is large compared to other properties of its size.

What a perfect vacation for Thanksgiving 2015! The view from the balcony was awesome!! Lots of room!! Easy access to the beach. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. My only complaint is the dishwasher wasn't as efficient as I would have liked.

We all enjoyed our stay at Sea Master. The overall property was nice. We enjoyed the outdoor grills a couple times. The pool area was nice. The rental itself was nicely laid out. As for the negatives; the furniture seemed a little aged. As did the cabinets and appliances. One of the TV's did not have a remote control and it did not have a DVD player and radio as the ad for this room said. The gutter on the top floor leaked and it would drip water down onto the deck after it rained. We arrived a little after 3:00 and they were not finished cleaning. The sheets were left for us to put on the beds. As these are all minor issues, overall we would stay here again, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to a friend. The place was nice for the price.

We have used Garden City Realty for more than 6 years for our beach vacations. They have been more than satisfactory in helping us find a suitable place to stay, and enjoy our vacations to Garden City. This year was no less. The AC in our unit stopped working, and Garden City met the problem immediately and worked with the HVAC technicians to restore our cooling. I have found Garden City Realty to be cordial, helpful, and completely up front with everything they offer. We will continue to use Garden City Realty to insure we have a problem free vacation to the beach. Thanks Garden City Realty!

Unit has many good features such as balcony, parking, location, tv's, etc. Needs exterminators to come more often and do more to get rid of bugs. The outside of the refrigerator could use a good cleaning and the cabinets could use some improvements on the inside. Will probably stay again, but hope the bug problem is gone.

We had a great time at the Sea Master again this year. We really liked having the first floor oceanfront unit, the rocking chairs on the porch were great and it was nice to have a good TV in every room. We saw a few bugs and the kitchen could use a good cleaning but other than that, no problems at all. We would definitely stay again.:-)

We had a great time in SC at Garden City Beach while we were at Sea Master. The condo was a great location, well equipped and very comfortable. The weather was cool, but the windows let in tons of sunshine and it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. Comfortable furniture and a nice kitchen set up made it a great place to stay. The washer leaked, but someone came and fixed that as soon as we reported it. It's a great spot.

This was a great property and great location. The staff at the rental agency was efficient and courteous. The only problem was that there had apparently been a leak in the washing machine. As a result, the carpet in the front bedroom was damp and smelled of mildew. Hopefully that is now repaired.

Liked unit and location very much. Would stay again. Did have 2 negative points. Saw 4 roaches inside which was a little unsettling. Though nothing was said to office, exterminator did come by while we were there. Also mattress cover on king bed was not as clean as we would like. Everything else was great, especially tv's.

So pleased with this condo. Was a little worried because previous guest had said not well stocked, but apparently the owners heard your complaint. Could not have asked for a better stocked condo, especially kitchen. I took way too much, so here's hoping that all that stuff will stay because next year I will not be bringing all that. This condo looked better than last year, due to fresh paint and new ceiling fans. However, there was still a problem with ants in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen is very poorly stocked. We are all wine drinkers, but there were only 2 wine glasses. Also not enough silverware, decent mixing bowls, most of the kitchen cupboards have nothing in them. Also the hot and cold water in the middle shower are reversed. Nice flat screen TV in living room, but the reception was ridiculously bad. The major networks were unwatchable. No TV at all in the master bedroom, and the TV in the 3rd bedroom did not have a working remote. Sofa was broken. You can tell that the owner probably spends very little time there.
