Unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Let’s not forget the was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!

We thought being on the first floor this condo might not be the one for us, we we're wrong. Being so close to the beach you can hear the waves inside all the time. You feel the wind coming in from the ocean and can see the white caps at midnight. It's all pretty cool. A bonus was letting our 16 year old daughter and her girlfriend go to the beach alone as long as they stayed in front of the condo. You can look out and make sure they're doing what they said they were going to do. We felt this condo was nice enough to book it a second time. We had only two downsides...the microwave worked but sounded like it was dying and the garbage disposal has seen better days. Everything else was great. If we weren't planning on renting a beach house for a family vacation next year we would stay here again. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Good really like the condo. But it was a little noisy with being right next to the air conditioning unit. And I wish someone would supply some coffee filters.

We loved our condo!!! It was in a perfect location. We loved having the corner unit where we were only a few steps to the beach. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had all the necessary kitchen gadgets that we needed. I always bring certain things from home, but it wasn’t necessary in this unit.Will definitely want to stay here again. A downfall was that the description said there were 4 TVs which would have covered all the bedroom. However, one bedroom tv wasn’t connected and maintenance said the property managers wouldn’t approve or pay for 4. Also, the tvs were difficult to operate and there were no instructions. Overall it was great

We had a great time. The unit was clean and the location perfect. We had power failure and AC for the whole area and maintenance was handling it quickly and professionally to get everything back up and running! The only complaint....the mattresses!!!PLEASE get new or a pillow top for them! All were very uncomfortable! :(

108 is definitely the best located room that we have stayed at so far. We loved being on the first floor versus the higher floors as taking the steps one flight was way better than always waiting on the elevator! We also liked the view from the 1st floor better which I found very strange! The room itself was mostly awesome, too. The kids loved the bunk beds in the middle bedroom and having 3 bedrooms was also great! The pictures definitely do the room justice but there were a couple things that need some attention. The TV in the LR had a dark spot running from top to bottom near the middle of the screen that was about 6 to 8 inches wide. Not a huge deal as we barely watched it during the day anyways. The other issue was all of the breakable trinkets decorating the suite that small children can grab and break! Not a deal breaker by any means but we had to do move a lot of things out of reach and my 3 year-old still broke a decoration! There is a really cool sail boat hanging from the wall in the kids bedroom that was barely hanging on to the silly picture hangers that were used. I get wanting to make it look nice but sometimes less is better. Otherwise a great room and we're sad that we won't need it in the future.

The was the nicest, cleanest condo we have stayed at at Surfmaster. Beautifully decorated. The only issue we had was our pool closed a couple days off and on and my son loved the pool, and was upset he couldn’t play those days. Better communication from Pinnacle Group to Garden City Realty.

This condo was very nice with a great location. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped. I don't usually stay on the first floor but it was high enough and the view was fine.
The only complaint I would have is the 2 chairs by the windows are very uncomfortable -- and that's where you want to sit for the view!!

The unit was very clean. Bedding and towels were great. Only negative was there are no comfortable chairs. The sofas were comfortable so we were ok. I enjoyed being able to watch the ocean and fishermen every morning.

We had a great time, the location of Surf Master is perfect for us, we spend lots of time in Murrells Inlet! The unit was so comfortable and clean. We will definitely choose 108 again!

This is our 3rd year at Surf Master 108. It is the perfect room. When you are in the living room, you feel like you are sitting on the sand. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware. More than any other place we have stayed. It was clean, air condition system kept up. Our room was really close to where we parked. Just really don't have anything bad to say about it.

We stayed in the same place as last year, #108. The place is great. We just had to leave 5 days early due to the hurricane. We didn't take the travel insurance but it would have been nice if Garden City realty would have given us 5 days at a later date. Instead we just lost our money. My husband has stage 4 cancer and this was most likely his last vacation with us. We will be back next year and Lord willing he will make it too.

We had an amazing time. Condo is perfect.
My car was hit in the parking lot and the driver ran. Security
(Sharon) was great and helped track down the driver.
Despite that, our trip was awesome.

Nice condo. Found 2 of the bathrooms had hair on the floors and in the showers after we checked in so had not been properly cleaned. The ocean views were great. Conviently located next to an exit stairway to the pool and ocean. Had quite a walk to get to the parking deck entrance on the same level as our condo.

This place was the nicest we have ever stayed. It is as pictured. Decorated nicely. I noticed teh other units had a different kind of blinds for the living room windows. This units type of blinds were definitley the best kind. We would close the left side one to block the heat during the hottest part of the day. Never had to close the one going to the balcony except at night. Clean, plenty of room for us and the view was perfect! The sheets and towels they provided was a huge plus for us! Washer and dryer a little dated but worked fine. Plenty of dishes/pots/pans/utensils....even had the salt and pepper. Several small appliances were provided. No issues checking in or out. One thing I was concerned about was whether the air would keep it cool. It was great! We will definitely be staying here next year!! The only negative thing I could say is the king mattress should be replaced soon. The other beds were fine. We listened to a timeshare for 2 hrs on Tuesday and received discounted tickets to Ripleys Aquarium, Pirates Voyage and Legends in Concert. They were all great. Pirates Voyage was the best and maybe that's because they serve dinner with the show. Our entire week's stay was just fabulous here! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!

We brought out kids and grandkids to the beach for a week and stayed in Surfmaster 108, it was a beautiful beachy condo with an amazing view!! We will be back for sure...

This 3 bedroom 3bath condo on the first floor with ocean front balcony was a Very pleasant unit for a family group of 6. Overall I would give it a B rating. On the positive side a good layout, up to date kitchen appliances, kitchen equipment good except for no bowls, and the beds comfortable and living areas comfortable. The tv worked well and was easy to use. On the negative there were large stained areas on some of the carpets, the bedding needs to bereplaced, the lights were small and dim, and there were spots on the.bathroom walls, and the pillows were not comfortable. Although the rental description stated that this unit was updated, it still needs some updating.

Very nice condo.....but in need of an electrical rehab. All of the outlets were so worn that the plugs would fall out.
Great location and this unit being a first floor end unit provided a terrific view of the beach area.

We have stayed in several different condos at the Surfmaster and this was one of my favorites for several reasons: comfortable furniture in the living room, well furnished kitchen, 1st floor location (which meant no waiting on elevator) and the view! We have always been pleased with the Surfmaster because of the effort the entire staff puts into making your stay and pleasant experience. The grounds are always clean and neat, the staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient.

We originally were booked at another condominium complex. That condo was not what it was advertised to be. When I called Garden City Realty to let them know we needed to be moved , they were fantastic. I requested the Surf Master since we had stayed there before. Two 3 bedroom units were open and we chose 108. It was fantastic. It was a fabulous view, close to the ocean but not over the pools. It was tucked in the corner for privacy. The unit was very clean and stocked with whatever you would need. Thank you for saving our vacation.

Spacious living/dining area. Clean and comfortable for my family of four adults. Beautiful view! Easy access to the beach via elevator or stairs. We used the stairs because they were right next to our room and we only had to walk up/down one flight.
Privacy may be an issue for some as anyone on the beach could see into the condo, especially at night. There are vertical blinds, but I rented this unit for the view and kept them open.
As in other reviews, the bathrooms could be updated, but they were clean and functional. The towel rack fell off of the wall, but maintenance arrived within 30 minutes of reporting it. The toilet in the master bedroom will continue running unless you jingle the handle.
Overall, we were very satisfied with this unit and had a great time. I would definitely rent this unit again. Just hope the weather is better next year!

The unit is on the 1st floor, but that isn't ground level at Surfmaster. The garage is under the building. So the 1st floor is perfect if your like us and don't like the high floors. There is nothing in front of 108 like the other units. They all have either the hot tub or pool right in front of you. At 108 you have unobstructed views of the beach and ocean! I would only suggest more comfortable furniture on the balcony. The unit could use some updating, but it was clean. I would also suggest TV's for the two bedrooms without them. I would go back to 108 for no other reason but the views from inside and out!

Our rental experience was 110% at Surfmaster By The Sea. Checkin took 5 minutes. Room was very clean and very spacious for our family of 6. A few small things that need some TLC, but overall Room 108 was amazing. Loved the view and spacious living room for all of our family to enjoy.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past several years. We love the location, the beach, the community. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. It is in need of some upgrades in the bathrooms and even the bedrooms, but the new furniture and new appliances over the past few years have been nice. Also, we were glad to see that the stairwell had been painted. This is our favorite beach vacation spot.

on the whole we enjoyed our stay It was a good location.We think minor upgrades are needed in the bathroom areas and kitchen area,e,g.cupboards and trim .
We also were not aware,that the air conditioning unit was right beside us,and was a liitle noisey for the bedroom.We also would have liked the pools to have been heated.

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

Overall we had a wonderful time at this condo. The view was wonderful, worth the trip completely. There were some things in the condo that were old and needed repair, no sockets in the 3 bathrooms worked. Had to dry hair on side of bed. The doors need some maintenance and the carpet needs a good cleaning. I know the toilet in the twin bedroom runs nonstop. But beyond that the condo was extremely roomy. All furnishings were really nice, living room was very comfortable. Nice tv. This condo worked out great for my grandmother who is recovering from a stroke. We initially parked on the top level but it is less walking if you park under the condos in handicap spot and take the elevator up one level. I would chose this condo again.

This is the second summer that we've stayed in this condo. We love the location & the view. The condo is comfortable and convenient. It could use a face lift in some areas - has peeling wall paper in master shower, door knob in that bathroom needs repaired. Noticed new bedspread, shower curtain, and chair pads. Our family really enjoyed the opportunity to stay there again this year. We hope to come again. Very satisfied with everything about our stay.

The location of this condo in relation to the beach and beach access is fantastic and ideal if you have little ones that may need to use the restroom, etc. to where you need to go back and forth often. However, the condo really needs some attention. Many of the outlets didn't work and although the ones on the master bathroom vanity did work, they were so worn out, they wouldn't even keep the hairdryer plug held in to dry my hair! The couch is beyond cleaning and the recliner is broken - really needs replaced. The beds are typical as far as comfort but I'd beg to differ that the one in the second bedroom is a queen - it's full at best. Overall, like I said, it really comes down to if you're more concerned about comfort or location. Not sure I'd stay in this particular condo again, but would definitely stay at the SurfMaster.

We enjoyed our vacation and thought the value was good for the price paid. But, the property is starting to show its age: paint separating around showers, old appliances, bathtub finish cracked, plus other minor issues. The view is beautiful, location
is good, people were friendly...Next time we stay in the area we will look for a unit that has been updated, even if cost is a little higher.

The air conditioning unit needed servicing and they came when we called. In the beginning of our stay it was comfortable however by Tuesday and the rest of the time it was hot, many nights could not sleep. The unit just ran and ran, maintenance put in
freon, it did not help. The living room furniture needs to be replaced so uncomfortable you could not sit on it. The TV's need to be updated as well. Some kitchen utensils need to be added.
