This is a perfect place to stay. Right in the middle of everything you would want to do. Parking is great and spacious. House has all you need!

We spent a week at another Realtor fir our vacation! We wanted to extend past the week and that company told us No! So we spent a few hours on our vacation scrambling trying to stay longer and Came across Garden City Reality! They were the only ones that offered Days & not the entire week (late August into Sept) IT WAS WELL WORTH IT! Mary checked us in and helped so much & even remembered us upon checking in. There was a note ( which I loved) that showed housekeeping was there & they did a great job! I also like the hidden note under the bed how they even clean here! Housekeeping staff, WONDERFUL JOB, Oh, the towels and sheets! Loved knowing they were very clean & neat by being how they were wrapped up! FURNITURE Was newer & clean! It was a pet friendly home ( we dont allow our dog on furniture) but there was no indication that it was a pet friendly home! It was very clean! Kitchen was stocked also but my main concern is it clean and unlike the other week prior at the other company, well I spent that Saturday Cleaning, & Im glad when I switched vacation houses I didnt have to spend another day cleaning. lol WE WILL only stay with Garden City for the future visits, I made sure I kept Marys card. Great location! Friendly! We also loved the porch swing!

The rental was nice. The beds were definitely the worst part of the vacation. Other then the beds and the pour water pressure, the house was great and will b coming back just at a different house. Garden city realty was not the problem just the upkeep on the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach access was fantastic. The house does need all new beds/mattresses. This should be priority.

The house was very clean and the location was great. Nice new laminated floors.Having said that it needs some updates. The inside was very out dated and outside needed a new coat of paint. Even the comforters needed to be replaced. We usually rent houses up north and the homes have salt, pepper, sugar etc those kind of items but this house did not have any. We had to purchase we wanted to leave items for the next family but were told to not leave any items. The master bedroom bed was very noisy. After all said and done it was very clean.

This home was perfect; great location, very clean, very well kept. My only real issue were the mattresses; they were terrible. They were very old and uncomfortable, but all in all, a great place to stay!

House was clean upon arrival and is a very nice place. It is right across the street from the beach and location is perfect. Only downfall is that multiple outlets in the house don’t work which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, nice place and great location.

Location was great. Beds need to be updated. Electrical sockets in bathrooms did not work. Need TV's in the bedrooms. Place was clean. Had to use my engineering degree and work out power to bathrooms. LOL! Overall good little cottage at the beach

WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY AT CURL COTTAGE. THE HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH. THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND WOULD BE TO HAVE TV'S IN THE BEDROOMS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT CURL COTTAGE AGAIN.

Easy access to the beach, Great location, family atmosphere. The only place we stay is in Garden City area. The kitchen in the house needs a little updated .

Curl Cottage is nicely located in a quiet little neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The house could probably use some updating with furniture and paint and carpet. Cute little house but no frills. No WiFi. Needs new coffee pot. Good house for the basics and if you need a cheap place to stay with good location. I think new carpet would improve the house tremendously. Overall we had a great weekend and made great memories on the beach with our little ones.

I have stayed at Curl Cottage for 5 or 6 years now and I do love the little house. Each year it is almost like coming home when we show up to get settled in. Unfortunately I will not be staying there next year during my vacation because I really do need to have internet access which made my stay this year frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay with you. the only problem we had was with the ants. I even put everything in zip lock bags to keep them at bay. It seemed like they were coming in from the drains. And would be nice to have tv in bedrooms with internet. but overall, It was great. Will diffinately look to book again with you.

I love the little house and we have already booked it for another year. You could tell that the carpets had recently been cleaned, better than they were last year when we stayed there. I only wish it had internet access.

Love the location-close to the inlet & the beach. Very quiet area. Short walk to the GC pier. The house was very clean but definitely could use some updating-nothing major, just some paint, new porch rockers, & general 'surface' updates would make the place much nicer!

My family and I stayed at the Curl Cottage from 7/28/12 and checked out on 8/3/12. Overall our stay was nice. We were pleased with the location however the grass was not mowed, the walls could use a paint job and the front porch needs more seating and a ceiling fan. The rocking chairs and the swing needs updating.

HOUSE PHONE DID NOT WORK WHEN WE ARRIVED; REPAIRED ON TUESDAY; GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS BROKEN, HAD TO BE REPLACED. HOUSE WAS COMFORTABLE, BUT WE DIDN'T LIKE THE STEP-UP TO THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA--HARD ON MY HUSBAND'S KNEES.

I have stayed in this house 3 yrs in a row; this time the carpet hadn't been vaccumed very well and there were dirty dishes that had been put up in the cabnets. The toliet in the masterbath made a dripping noise all night that I couldn't fix. I do love the little house and the yr round neibors that live close by so I have already booked it again for next yr.

We had a wonderful stay at the Curl Cottage! They were a few minor things wrong with the house that bugged us but didnt damper our vacation! The ice maker took a long time to make ice. Also, none of the bathroom doors locked. But we loved the location of the house! The kids had room to play outside while waiting for dinner to cook. Lovely place! Definitely will be back next year!

The house was nice but the owner needs to do some outside maintenace. Railing were loose and some other minor issues. It would have been nice if there were more kitchen utensils. But the property as a whole was good.
