One Ocean Place 202

Unit 202 was an excellent place to stay. Close to the elevator and parking. Unit itself had some nice interior updates. Will definitely rent again and also recommend to family and friends.

When we arrived the air was not working! We called and they came and fixed it quickly! Then we couldn’t turn off our shower! The Plummer came and fixed it quickly! They had to replace the washer and dryer which took a little bit of time. But glad to have a working washer! The spare bedroom TV was broken . Loved location, the patio,the condo was fairly clean.

The weather was ok until are last week then we had some warmer sunny days. The view from our condo was great, the condo for us was nice the second bedroom had a bottom bunk that was full and that mattress really. should be replaced our daughter tried to sleep there but it was not comfortable. Not really the correct amt of forks we bought some and left them there. Also very few small spoons but ok. Other than that our stay was fine.

The view was absolutely beautiful! The condo was well equipped. I enjoyed the recliner. Management was very helpful with a couple minor glitches.Door wouldn't lock and no instructions on how to use TV streaming service.

The place was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and very clean! I 100 percent will stay here again. It was right above the pool so I can see my girls play but also had a beautiful view of the ocean. Going out there every morning to sit and relax . We wanted to stay on a quiet not so crowded beach and this was perfect. There is a grocery store 5 mins away. Only wish you could park golf carts to rent but not a big deal. 100 percent recommend this property.

Well maintained, appointed and the best view of the beach. This is a great place to stay. We ended up spending most of our time sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and the people on the beach. The only thing missing was access to the fitness center but otherwise, we would reccomend this to anyone.

Loved it. I stay at one ocean place condos every year. I enjoy the family oriented atmosphere. I don't have to worry about my 5 year old running around and the neighbors complaining. even got my parents staying there every year now.

I have stayed in One Ocean Place before and have always been impressed. Garden City Realty was professional from start to finish. I'm very picky about rentals and I wasn't disappointed. Our experience with the condo was wonderful! We had minor issues with telephone, a missing kettle and a microwave that decided to stop working and the Garden City Realty customer service was excellent. They dealt with all of these issues with no inconvenience to us and to 100% of our satisfaction. I would suggest that the owner invest in minor repairs and changes to make the condo even more appealing. Paint the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom (water stains on ceiling), change the floor under the washer, buy new cutlery and pots and pans. But in spite of that, the condo was spacious, bright, clean with an AWESOME view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely rent it again.

We had a great time at the beach. We loved this place and will book again. The people at the realty company are great. We loved them all and they helped us by fixing little things ASAP. We have a great view of the ocean as you can see the picture of One Ocean place 202.

We had a fantastic week at One Ocean Place 202. The unit was lovely, roomy, clean and had a fabulous view. The location is perfect, quiet and easy to access. The rental company was great to work with; this is the rental we've been seeking for years. Will definitely return next year.

Great location. Perfect place to stay if you are looking to enjoy the beach and all the activities the area has to offer. We would start our day with coffee just staring out the window at the ocean. Then we would end our night with the door cracked to fall asleep listening to the ocean. Would rent this place again ina heartbeat.

Want a great view of the beach? this is the condo to rent. condo was in perfect shape. Everything was as stated in the description, perfectly decorated and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Loved it so much we have already booked for another 2 week for 2019. Only thing I would change is to add a table on the deck.

Beautiful view, clean, beds a little too firm.
Great location away from high traffic areas.
Hide-a-bed couch very uncomfortable to set on.
Old TV with poor picture quality.
Good WiFi. This was our second stay in this room.

Our vacation stay was fantastic. We have stayed at One Ocean Place previously and everything was just as advertised. We weren't sure we would like a room on the second floor, but everything was so convenient. We especially liked being able to park on the same level and not having to wait on the elevator every time we left. The views from the balcony were still amazing, and I especially enjoyed watching the butterflies as they migrated to warmer weather. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable for us, and the bathroom was very spacious with a Jacuzzi jets garden tub. The rocker recliner in the living room was just what I needed to help me relax in the evening. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We plan to return in a few months.

We stayed at 202 One Ocean Place from July 22-29th. It was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The condo was clean and neat. The view from the condo windows was beautiful! We loved waking up each morning to the sunrise and sitting on the balcony each night to watch the waves. You could hear the ocean with the sliders shut! Everyone was super nice and the condo is convenient to restaurants, stores and tourist attractions. It is a little quieter than being directly in Myrtle Beach which is what we wanted.The only downfall to this condo was the furniture on the balcony. The balcony is perfect, but the table that is on the balcony has a broken leg. We could not use it. the furniture should really be replaced... at least the table.
We would definitely come back and stay at 202!! We miss it already!:)

We have stayed at One Ocean Place for 20 years and it is like a second home to us. My family rents at least 4 different condos each year. I have seen most of the rental condos. We love 202 because of it's closeness to parking and easy access to outside area not having to use the elevator. My suggestion would be that the kitchen equipment (pots, baking pans, bowls and such be updated and replaced......

Not great cable service or tv.
Very firm bed in master bedroom.
High-a-bed couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on.
Overall it meet our needs.

Most beautiful vacation ever! my husband and I spent Thanksgiving in 202 and it was absolutely gorgeous! The unit was perfect! The owners have taken great pride in making sure you have everything you need! We have always stayed at Waters Edgde, but this was absolutely the best vacation ever! We definitely will be wanting to return !!!

Enjoyed being able to wake up to seeing and hearing the ocean every morning with dolphins coming by at times. We enjoyed taking advantage of the extensive Sunday brunch at the Gulf Stream restaurant in Garden City for only $12.95.

The staff was very helpful. When we arrived at the condo there were no clothes hangers. Housekeeping immediately delivered 30 clothes hangers. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Especially enjoyed Valentino's original italian and the Gulf Stream in Garden city. The beach is very nice. Not convenient if you want to park the car and walk or bike for the week but everything and anything is a short drive.

We have stayed in this unit twice. The kitchen is very well equipped in comparison to similar units. The kitchen, baths are upgraded and flat screen TV's throughout. I was very happy to see free WI-FI has been added. We would definitely stay here again. We have vacationed at One Ocean Place for 15 years with our now grown children and love the property!

The recliner in living room was one reason we rented this is necessary for my husband who has recently had a stroke. The view was excellent, the master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. A hand shower and handicap bar in the back bathroom shower would be appreciated as he cannot get into the tub in the master bathroom.
The kitchen was owell supplied with all I needed. We also appreciated the provided linens. It was necessary for us to wash all the bedding for the twin beds as they were very soiled. Also the writing on inside of the drawers in the back bedroom should be removed. We enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year and will look forward to the new blinds.

The unit was not very clean and there was a large area of some kind of real filth under one of the twin beds that I cleaned immediately. No scrub bucket or cleaning rags are available. The furnace unit was very dirty as was the filter and the unit did not seem to be sized well in order to keep the condo warm enough. I sneezed many times a day and my nose was stuffed for two months. The living room furniture is very worn and uncomfortable which might not be an issue in the summer for those who plan on being outside much of the time but was a problem for winter snowbirds. The The beds were reasonably comfortable and the kitchen fairly well equipped. There were plenty of hangers in the closets. Both security and maintenance were helpful and very nice. The Garden City Realty folks were also helpful and nice. One last thing, the view of the ocean was simply spectacular.

The floor under the beds in the smaller bedroom was quite dirty, the rest of the condo was reasonably clean. The kitchen had most of the essentials and the washing machine had a few issues but worked properly most of the time. Overall I would say it was above average for a condo rental in this price range.

The condo was furnished beautifully. It was clean and pleasant. My sister and I loved the ocean view and were quite content to sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in. It was most relaxing, which is just what I needed.

Nice kitchen. Furniture inside was good. The only thing I was very dissatisfied with was the porch furniture . Two plastic adirondack chairs and three straight back wood chairs. Comfortable porch chairs would have given an even better review. We stay on the porch a lot and would have appreciated better chairs there. This problem may keep me from renting this unit again.
I would recommend this unit if you don't sit on the porch a lot.

Window Blinds in the living room need replacing or repairing.
The washing machine start button had something wrong with it, hard to get it started.

Was happy with the stay. Tried to stay 4 days longer as the place was not occupied but would pay a maximum of $75.00 per night but the renter would rather leave it empty because it could only be rented for more than $100.00 dollars per night. As per the instructions of the owner? Too bad because when I arrived one day early I only paid $50.00 for the extra night. Otherwise we'll be back next year if the rental cost remains the same.

The condo was nice. Nice location. The only real issue was the dirty rugs left in the unit from the previous week. The rugs that you wipe your feet on should be changed each week. The name of our city is Gaffney.

We always have a great time at OOP. This was our 3rd visit. Love the family atmosphere. Great service too. We had a problem with the dryer and they fixed it the next day. Noticed a few bugs this year but they had an exterminator spraying to handle that issue. No complaints!

We just completed a vacation stay at One Ocean Place 202. The unit was clean, spacious and had a great view - we really enjoyed the large balcony. The condo facility was clean and we felt safe due to the constant presence of their security personnel. We hope to return next year.

Could not sit on the deck chairs after 11:00 pm. I saw countless stunned guests asked to leave by the security guard. You should change that. Will take that into account when looking for a place next time.
