Surf Master 103

The condo complex is nice. I didn't like getting written warnings on our doors for trivial stuff. Some of the stuff that the notes were written for did not pertain to our room. The room was outdated, with many things that took up too much space that did not need to be there. But if that is the worst thing that can happen on vacation, so be it. I would stay here again but in a more updated room with less clutter.

The first floor location was so convenient with parking available on the same level. The condo was lovely and had all the accommodations we needed. The only downside is that the balcony doors were very hard to open, but nothing a little grease couldn't fix.

Rental was excellant great view, parking was easy and plentiful. The only bad thing about the week was a guest at the property, a Mr. Owens and I use the term Mr. loosley. he was rude cursing and told everyone that he had rented beach chairs and no one could be between him and the ocean he cursed and called people names he was loud and obnoxious at the pool HE WAS THE ONLY REASON WE WOULD NOT GO BACK IF I KNEW HE WOULD BE ON THE PROPERTY.

Our condo, view, pool, weather and tours were beautiful! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The bathrooms were a bit cramped but manageable. The TVs and remotes could use an upgrade. Within two hours of our arrival our original condo became unavailable due to maintenance issues, but within minutes of letting us know, we were given a alternative spot that was equal to or a slight upgrade, which we really appreciated!

We had a good time - the beds could use new mattresses and the bathroom for the master bedroom was very tiny - the sink and make up area was ok but the toilet and bathroom area was very cramped. The tub almost made you think it was going to fall in with the noises it made.

We stayed the week of July 25 in unit 103 and it was just wonderful. We loved the view and easy access to the beach. You have to walk down to the parking garage to get to the beach but that was fine once we figured it out. The condo was well appointed and comfortable and we would stay again!

Garden City never disappoints. We love the Surfmaster property. Family of 9 and we were for the most part very comfortable. The condo really needs updating. Overall it was fine, but way too much furniture and and decor is very outdated. I wasn't there for decor but with all the furniture in there and the old patio chairs....We had a great location though..I would love to rent again, but...there are much nicer ones with a better feeling inside and on the patio. I did love everything about Garden city

We had 4 adults (2 couples) and 5 children staying in the condo, so the 2 full beds in the back bedroom and the extra table in the living area were a big plus compared to other 3-bedroom condos in the area. There was also room in the kitchen for more than 1 person to work at a time.

It was the 1st extended family vacation in 12 years. This was an absolutely beautiful condo and setting for adults and young grandchildren. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The rental experience was amazing from start to finish. Each staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We took our two adult children and their spouses, 2 grandsons, one grandson's fiance, and 1 great-grandchild so there were 10 of us in the condo (ranging from 6 to 70 yrs) and it was accommodating and comfortable. We were close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions we were interested in. The only downside was the construction crew working on the beach which was beyond the control of management of our building and the worst part of that was the backup beeping all night long which kept waking some of us. Overall, great vacation, great place and great management!

Our family stayed in SurfMaster 103 the week of June 9-16. It was a great vacation for my wife and I, our kids, and their little ones. The condo was very nice and homey. We had a problem with intermittent AC for a couple of days but management was very helpful and got someone in to work on it promptly. The location was ideal in that it was on the first floor which made it easy to access by either elevator or stairs from the parking garage. The balcony was conveniently just above and to the side of the pool. A nasty storm on Thursday evening knocked out the elevators for a while which made being on the first floor even more of a bonus. With the access to the pool and beach so convenient, everyone, most especially the little ones, enjoyed their stay tremendously.

Perfect location. There’s some cosmetic maintenance needed in the condo but we managed fine. Our biggest problem, there is only one ramp for the beach and it was at the end of the other building we were in. A wrap for each building is needed.

We love Surfmaster 103 Condo. It is a great unit; however, in all the years we have been at the Surfmaster, we have never experienced roaches (or waterbugs). And we didn't just see one, we had many! When we reported the roaches, the office ordered spraying immediately, but seeing them was a turnoff.

We had a marvelous. Traveled with my sisters and their spouses, my nieces and their children and my daughter and grandson. We had 2 separate condos and had a marvelous time. Our condo was exceptionally well equipped. Furniture wasn't very pretty but was very comfortable. We liked it so well we have tentatively booked for the same week next year.

Enjoyed our stay, as usual. The only recommendation I have is that the unit needs some updating. It doesn't need to be a real expensive update. But the unit is looking old and dated, outdoor furniture for example, as well as some interior.

condo was clean on arrival kitchen had everything you need. wonderful view and we loved watching the dolphins. it was nice to have maintenance on the property. parking was so easy and right in front mof condo. if you like to eat out myrtle beach is the place to go.

I had looked for a rental and it was less than two weeks away from our vacation and our search came up with this location. We are all so glad. There were 3 children and 3 teenagers and Surfmaster was ideal location between two peirs. I have problems walking and the location on the first floor was what I needed. Thanks for the use of your Condo, it was clean and the people were nice to us. Looking forward to future trips

Unit 103 was spacious and the kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We also liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. I wasn't crazy about the color scheme, but that's just personal preference. The location was very convenient to grocery store and restaurants. We came to Garden City this year because our daughter and son-in-law were living in Pawleys Island. They are moving back to Knoxville, so I'm pretty sure we'll return to vacationing in Florida. Nothing compares to New Smyrna Beach; it is definitely worth the drive. White, soft, fine shells....and wide beach. Sorry, just not a SC beach fan.

The condo unit itself is wonderful, but, the out areas and pool areas are not good for seniors. With the exception of two chairs in the pool/hot-tub area, the only other seating is the sunning lounge units. These are way to low for seniors to get into and certainly very difficult to get out of. There is no tables anywhere to sit and enjoy the sand/sea/surf. I would like to strongly suggest that some tables and more chairs be made available. I am certain that during Fall thru Spring you have a lot of seniors visiting.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with Unit 103. It is furnished completly and everything anyone would want or need is there to use including night lights in the baths. It is truly a home away from home where you can be completly comfortable and satisfied. The unit was also extremely clean.

Everything was great. The only recommendation would be to try at fix the rattle in the AC unit that you could hear, especially when trying to sleep at night.

Perfect location. Great layout. Felt like we were literally on the beach, which we loved. Could have been a little cleaner. The carpet should be replaced with a tile floor, it is outdated. Rental agency was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you. Overall,

My family and I stayed in 103, and it was everything we expected and more. The condo is in a great location for easy access to the car and the beach! It looks just like the pictures advertised. It comes equipt with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. The view of everything is amazing from the balcony, and dolfins play in the water every morning. We will be going back to the surfmaster soon!!
