Hakuna Matata

Loved the house floor plan and the multiple king beds. The porch, with partial cover was perfect for our family and much time spent there. The mini fridge was a bonus but the ice maker machine never produced enough ice for even one day.

This was our 2nd stay at Hakuna Matata and the home was prefect for our large group of 2 families. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which is great!

We enjoyed the house very much, especially each bedroom has a separate bathroom. This is a bonus for our large family. The check-in and check out precess were super easy and convenient. However, the glasswares for the house can be improved, for example: extra wine and whiskey glasses would better.

The house worked fabulously for our group. Beach access was great. Bedrooms were isolated and quiet. Laundry was convenient. Loved the ice maker!! Suggestion: you could upgrade your kitchen knives and pans (we cooked a lot for our group).

This house was nicely furnished, had a well equipped kitchen, and was very clean. The wide deck had a good view of the ocean and was perfect for family conversations. A broken cabinet door was repaired within hours. . Easy access to the beach too. We would definitely stay there next year!!

Always an enjoyable stay at the Kahuna Matata. Comfortable beds, pleasingly nautical decor, dependable appliances ( although this is the 3rd year in a row I had to buy a blender. I left it this year at the house ) and the home is always very clean.

Nicely furnished and beautiful views and access to the ocean. We did have problems with the upstairs a/c, however when we reported to maintenance staff it was promptly fixed (twice). The only strong suggestion I would have is to provide directions and information regarding the downstairs TV/ entertainment center. We never could figure out how to access cable tv channels or Netflix.and we had young adults who work in the industry and they could not figure out all of the remotes and how they were interconnected. Internet was sporadic also. Had to use cellular phones for consistent access to internet connection. Also appropriate linen sizes for the beds were missing and had to buy king fitted sheet at store to replace queen size left for master bedroom. Laundry staff were unavailable until Monday to deliver right size, but returned my call left on Saturday on Monday morning and replaced with appropriate size promptly.

Our Easter family vacation was great! The house was layed out perfectly for our needs. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds for the kids to use, and 5 bedrooms with kings for the adults. Each with it on bath, so no one had to share. The kitchen was plenty big for multiple people to be working on food together, and had the utensils we needed. The storage under the house had some water and sand toys the kids could use. The large porch was a wonderful place to sit and visit, or have your morning coffee. Overall the house was great, and the rental company was easy to work with.

Garden City Realty gets rave reviews from us. During this difficult time, they did everything they could to get us in this house. We had to change our arrival dates several times because of restrictions due to virus. The house is very nice. The upstairs bedrooms are beautiful with large
bathrooms. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are smaller but very nice. Living space very open and comfortable. A beautiful house. The kitchen was equipped but did not like the layout as much as the other rooms in the house.

We rented Hakuna Matata because we thought it would suit our family's needs. It EXCEEDED our expectations! A huge family room downstairs with lots of room for all of us eat, play games or whatever we wanted to do. Well decorated. A private bathroom for each bedroom, linens and lot's of other amenities. One of the nicer homes we've rented over the years. We'll be back!
