One Block Inn B is a six-bedroom, five-and-one-half-bath beach house located 0.9 miles north of Garden City Pier and only one block to the beach. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioner, and ceiling fans throughout. Seven TVs (Roku) and Wi-Fi are also included. Sleeping accommodations include one king, five queen, and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a covered porch, sundeck, shared 25-by-9-foot swimming pool (3.75-foot deep), pool lounge furniture and two tables, hot tub, entertainment bar area with a full-sized refrigerator and bar stools, outdoor seating, two picnic tables, outdoor games, shower (cold water only), and two gas grills. The swimming pool can be heated Labor Day through Memorial Day when air temperatures are above 55-degrees. This property does not have an interior stairway. Golf cart permitted. Dog friendly.
