Atalaya Tower 903

The office staff were friendly and it's a great place to enjoy the beach or go pier fishing. It is a place I would like to come back and recommend.

My family and I really love this area and have had a good experience at the Atalaya Tower. Room 903 however could really use updated; beds were not very comfortable, carpet looked worn and dirty, and the kitchen counter looked pieced together over the washer/dryer. The other complaint would fall under not being warned about the beach nourishment project until 2 weeks before arrival. There are many beachfront places to rent and we paid for beachfront, and a couple of days we could not access the beach in front of the Towers.

condo was fine. dated. one bedroom was posted as having 2 double beds but were actually 2 twins. overall was ok.

Rental experience was simple and quick! 8 didn't have any issues. The property stayed clean and was never over crowded. We were right on the beach and the view was great. There was also a security guard on duty at all times, and this made me feel safe. Parking never ran out. We will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great family vacation! We had a great view of our beach with quick access. And we enjoyed the (heated) indoor pool for when we needed a break from the sun. Thankful for such a perfect vacation spot!

Our overall vacation experience at Atalaya Tower 903 was most enjoyable. The property is in a GREAT location. The only negatives would be the pool is in the parking lot rather than next to the ocean. The check in process was a little tedious due to the fact there are only two elevators for 16 floors of condos and everyone is checking in at approximately the same time! One of the elevators was broken the entire second day of our stay but was fixed by the third day.

Started out in 903; however, due to no air moved to 603. This unit was great. Nice, clean and modern. Bedding/pillows very nice. Would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Ashley for all your help.

Great location - Resort in good shape for it's age.Bed's were comfortable/bathrooms clean. The unit needed to be updated,and cleaning products and paper products need to be supplied.The staff jumped right on any problems -refrig.quit working- they repaired the next day -the same with the hot tub on the ground level.Overall - a very good place to stay.

Great price for large unit. Lovely view from balcony. Owner really needs to upgrade queen mattress in 2 rooms...would expect much better beds, on site mgmt very friendly & helpful.

It is very nice and clean. The only draw back is that it is expensive ($645.00 for 3 days in Jan) and being it is a condo there was no basics like toilet tissue/paper towels/ etc. Knew about the towels/sheets/ etc but was not prepared initially for those items had to make an immediate trip to the store. Have stayed at at Atalay Towers many times and the staff has always been receptive.Also have rented through Garden City and that has always been a positive experience.

THEY OWNERS HAVE STARTED UPDATING AND IT LOOKS GOOD STILL NEED TO REPLACE CARPETS AND SOME FURNITURE IN BEDROOM THAT HAS STAINED CUSHIONS.
TV NEEDS UPDATING IT WHISTLES ALOT IF YOU KINDA BANG ON IT WILL STOP FOR A LITTLE WHILE. OVERALL A NICE PLACE. NOT OWNERS FAULT BUT ELEVATORS WERE TORN UP 3 OR 4 TIMES DURING THE WEEK.

Nice condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Only complaint was the weather stripping on the front door. Wind coming through sounded like a locomotive. I used paper towels to try and block the cold air and noise.

We booked this room to accommodate 7 people. We had an amazing view outside our balcony window. We watched dolphins every morning while sitting on the balcony. We were able to do laundry and cook most of our meals in the condo; however, the stove could have used a little attention. The staff of Atalaya Tower was great and if you are looking for easy access to the beach, this is the condo for you.

The carpets in the bedrooms have been cleaned and the living room sleeper sofa was replaced in May.

I was very pleased with the Atalaya Tower and despite the rain the first three days of my vacation, this was by far one of the best trips I have taken. The room was wonderful. Very clean. It was supposed to be ready at 3 pm though but was not ready until 4. I would definitely stay here again!
