The unit was perfect for me and my husband! Very neat and clean! The only thing I will complain about is the parking. We had no parking spot for two whole days. Thank goodness we have some friends that own a house three blocks away. Once we finally got a parking spot we were scared to leave, knowing we would lose it. We saw many vehicles parked without a parking pass. If you don't have a parking pass or don't have it where it is visible, then tow the vehicle or the resort needs a overflow parking area, just a suggestion.

The rental was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The condo was very updated and the layout of the condo was great. The decor was so pretty also. Our bedroom had a very nice bed and even had a tv in our bedroom. The condo has 2 bathrooms and the showers were very nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much. The one thing is the condo elevators take a bit but was doable. After you got into your condo everything was quiet from the outside noise. We had a very spacious balcony and could see the ocean and the beach. So beautiful and can’t wait to stay again. The condo was very clean and the outside property as well.

Can't say enough nice things about the owners,they had beach chairs,biggie boards,beach towels, everything you could want in kitchen including crockpot,blender,a blanket in living room, loved the patio furniture, small bar and stools, rocking chair, 2 chairs and table, plenty of board games and books, including extra cabinet in kitchen for food as the others were pack with everything you could possibly need.was really surprised with furnishings, so pretty, again everything you would need, so nice and comfortable, will probably be disappointed with another unit after staying there!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. For the most part it has all the amenities required but some of them could be updated. i.e. Pots & pans. Not having to buy things like dish soap, salt & pepper would be nice but we know that next time to bring those sort of things with us. The outdoor furniture and balcony could have been cleaned because of the pigeons but all in all the experience was great. Will be returning, hopefully in the spring.

We checked in just a few days after Hurricane Florence came through. No problems or worries. The condo was GREAT! Beautiful beach, easy access, great location. We are planning a return trip this summer! If I had one suggestion it would be that the kitchen could use a new set of pots and pans so if you cook alot you may want to bring some of your own until they replace what is there! We loved our stay and Garden City Realty was fantastic to work with!

This condo was exactly as the pictures and in very good condition. The bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should except for the living room tv. I made Garden City Realty aware that the picture would go away but the sound would be on periodically and you could turn it off and back on in 30 minutes and it would be ok. I only made them aware the day we left. If my husband and I came back just us we would definitely book this condo again. My family has used Garden City Realty for over 20 years. Always a great experience!

We had stayed in this unit years ago. We downsized so this unit is nice but not much room for extra items such as golf clubs. We had to use shower stall in hallway bathroom. On the most part it was a nice unit we have reserved it for next year.

The rental Royal Garden Resort 702 was a wonderful size for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. We like to cook our meals however, there were no potholders for the oven in the condo. Also, there are several ceiling tiles in the bathrooms that need to be replaced. The rockers in the living room were comfortable but the sofa and love seat could use replacing. Loved the views.

Great stay! This place was so nice and perfect for four people. Very clean and included linens which was a plus. Nicely updated and great price for an oceanfront stay. Walking distance to Garden City pier. Easy to book with Garden City Realty and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from May 7 thru May 13. The unit was very nicely furnished and clean. The pool deck was SPOTLESS every day. We had no contact with property management after we checked in because we had no problems at all. Fantastic location. Close enough to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away. Will be back!

Our vacation was excellent from our initial contact with Garden City Realty to the day we left. We were very impressed with the customer service skills of everyone we dealt with. We had an awesome view of the Ocean, our room was very comfortable, and well equipped for four people, loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, We never tried the indoor ones, or the game room, which would be great for families. We were right on the beach, and throughly enjoyed our stay. Garden City Realty went above and beyond for us , faxing papers for my work, staying open late so we could print up our boarding passes, all with genuine kindness, in addition to being a wealth of information!we would highly recommend Garden City Realty ! We had lots of family who used them also and were able to see several of the houses that they lease also. All were well maintained and well equipped . We loved Grammy's place it was beautifully decorated and had every possible amenity that you could want!

We stayed at Royal Garden 702 for a week and it was great! The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the condo is nicely decorated.
A sofa bed is never comfortable but my kids didn't care. The bed in master bedroom was comfortable. This place is small but it's great for 4 people.

The rental experience with Garden City Realty was quick and convenient. There was a couple of problems with the rental unit. TV in bedroom only picked up local channels. WI-FI did not work properly.

Because I had never rented any condo before, I was a little anxious as to what to expect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the condo (#702) than I was! I was visiting friends in Murrells Inlet and I told them how much I enjoyed staying in the condo. First off, it was immaculate, something I appreciated, and , secondly, of course, the beautiful view. I tried my utmost to leave the place as clean as orderly as it was when I arrived. In addition, I was fascinated by the row of books the owner had left. I started reading one and have investigated it on line to see if can purchase it. I will be visiting my friends in SC again in the near future, and would like to stay in the same condo, but due to the fact that I am a retiree I will have to save some more moolah. It is a lovely place and I was SO GLAD to be able to stay in such beautiful surroundings. The neighbors were even nice to me, too!

Our experience overall, was good. We had some issues with our air conditioning leaking in the bathroom, which made the bathroom unable to use for 3 days. We had another one and the staff at the realty company was very accomodating.

This one bedroom condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. We did have some problems. We were late arrivals due to having to work that morning. We arrived at our unit at about 10:30 pm. and had no linens which were included in our package. We had to make a trip to walmart and buy sheets and towels. The following morning we went by the realty office to check in and the staff made sure that we received our linens promptly. We did have a couple of maintenance issues which were reported and taken care of promptly. I have been renting from Garden City Realty for many years and have never had a problem before and I am pleased to say that they are a great company to deal with. I would stay at this unit again. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

702 very nice unit other than a few cleanliness issues: carpet in bedroom is nasty and needs cleaning desperately and same with tile floor, not cleaned well at all. Everything else seemed clean. Leak in ceiling of hall bath above commode needs to be checked. Check in was easy. Everyone very nice. Need to work on how to handle workers accessing units when occupied.

There are more positives than negatives! The unit had a beautiful view and great location on the beach. The unit itself was updated nicely but could use more thorough cleaning. The building is a little dated and needs some up keep. It was close to many restaurants and other attractions. The check-in office personnel said they would call us when the room was ready, but never did.

We really enjoyed our stay and didn't have many negatives. We really loved the area and 702 was a cute place to stay. The view was wonderful although the balcony is not private. In fact from the balcony you can see onto other balconies and into the condos which we weren't use to. The balconies do allow for an extended view. One word of caution that we found out the hard way was DO NOT LOCK YOUR KEYS IN YOUR CONDO! They do not have keys to let you into your place on the premises. There is a $50 fee which wasn't written anywhere that I could find in any of the paperwork we signed. Also...we were given one key that didn't even belong to our condo and one key that only my husband could figure out how to use.... On a tight budget....$50 is a hit! Overall...we did have a great time and enjoyed 702.

Had never stayed at Royal Gardens, was very impressed, Unit 702 is very tastefully decorated, would definitely stay there again. Also had never used the linen package, it was great, had plenty of towels and they were really nice towels. Very well located, staff at Royal Gardens were also great. Loved the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Wished they had more hangers, can definitely bring my own next time.

This condo was very nicely decorated & loved the new kitchen and all the updated appliances. I absolutely loved the breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and balcony. My daughter Lauren works for your company and recommended this condo to me. She was right on the money about this wonderful vacation condo! I would defintely stay here again in the same unit in the future. Also, wanted to thank the housekeeping staff for having the condo ready for earlier check in. That was wonderful! One major concern we had was the ceiling leaking in the bathroom in the hallway. It was a constant drip from the ceiling and the ceiling tiles were soaked. Other then that the place was very nice.

We've stayed here before and love the location. View was great and the condo was in good shape. The only thing that I wish I could have changed was when we got in late and found several packs of sheets and towels. I would have been nice if the bed was at least made.

We were very pleased with the RGR and the condo 702 with a few exceptions. You could write your name in the dust that was on the furniture. Need more pots and pans. Parking lot was terrible. Can't imagine what it will be like in the summer. Other than those three things, the condo was well appointed with very nice furnishings and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent 702 again next spring.

We stayed here back in May of this year and absolutely loved the place. The decor was still as nice as it was back then, however, there was a lot of mold around in the unit. We did bring this to the attention of the rental place and they did come and take care of some of the mold, but there was a lot that was still there. The dryer hose was not connected to the back of the dryer and if you used it - it made the walls in the hallway wet. On the ceiling in the hallway you could see either water damage or mold. The bathtub in the main bathroom was gray and looked dirty and the carpet in the bedroom was filthy. There was also mold behind the fridge. We were really looking forward to staying here and were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit compared to when we stayed in May. Would like to stay there again - but only if all of the mold problems are taken care of.

The Garden City Realty employees are great to deal with. We had a problem with our door keys and they replaced them right away, no problem. The only drawback to the condo was, if any, no mirror in the bedroom and the queen size bed was smaller than the one we have at home. Other than those small items, the condo was furnished with up-to-date comfortable furniture, wonderful big screen TVs (both living and bedroom), and a kitchen that was one of the nicest (condo)ones I have been in. The appliances, pots, pans, dishes and silverware were all of fine quality and a pleasure to use. The condo was not over crowded with "things". The owners took great pride in furnishing this condo. We will definitely recommend this one to our friends.

It was a wonderful condo! My family and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The pools are very nice. The view is breath taking!We saw dolphins from our balcony the first day we were there! We had a wonderful time. The best thing about it was it was for families! It was walking distance to the peir. My family and I will come back as often as we can. Even though it was early April when we came it was warm!

I have stayed in 3 different rooms over a period of 6 years and have been extremely happy!! Ive stayed in Myrtle beach a total of 15 yrs but by far enjoy the Royal Garden resort the best. Price is more than fair, nice quiet are of Garden City, great ocean views from every room. With the largest sun deck on the stripe you cant go wrong!!!!! Rooms are nicely equiped with full kitchens. Will be back every year of my life!!

The condo itself was clean, updated and we were impressed with the provisions, even small details like a wine cork were available. It was wonderful to eat breakfast and enjoy the view every morning. Overall the facilities at the building itself were a little tired, but we did use the pool and you can't beat the ocean view and beach access.

The condo itself was very nice. It was just redecorated and the view was fantastic. The property shows signs of wear, but you can see they are working on it. If you are looking for a 5 star resort, this isn't it. If you are looking for a place to come and unwind, you won't be disappointed.

I would have the description of the bed size changed to the actual size. It was advertise as a Queen but it was actually a full size. Makes a differenc. The bed also folded in the middle, made it a very uncomfortable sleep. Please update the mattress.
