Surf Master 402

This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this room. Both years have been exceptional. We will be back next year.

A very comfortable unit. A well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage. It would be nice to have darkening drapes/curtains in the main room as well as a bigger chair for bigger men.

There were 9 of us. My wife and I and our 5 adult children and wifes parents. There was plenty of room. The balcony was huge and well positioned for sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon as it got hotter. We have already booked again for next year. Also can't beat the proximity to the beach. It is just a few steps away!

We had 3 families (my parents, my family of 3 and my sisters family of 3) overall it was a great place for our families. When we arrived everything appeared to be very clean but by the end of our first night all of our feet were black on the bottom (we went and bought slippers) the master room bathroom toilet is so close to the shower you can’t sit on it properly and there is no door for the bar it’s all open (kinda weird but we dealt with it)
The bedroom with the 2 queen beds had no room for storage (no dresser, closet) and the tv didn’t have a cable box and smart tv didn’t work well. The fridge was warm when we got there so all the food we bought had to stay in our coolers till the next day when it got colder. Nice and beach decorated couches and beds were comfy (beds a little noisy when you move)

Please tell owners they need to remove the plastic bed enclosures with ones that do not make noise when you turn; othwise, it was great!!!

Beautiful condo, our second time staying here. Love the views, it’s spacious and fits our family well. Only complaint is that the mattresses are very noisy in the room with 2 beds which interferes with everyone’s sleep.. and they could be upgraded to be a little more comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints.

The condo was very clean and offered a great view of sunrise and the ocean. The kitchen provided all of the appliances and gadgets that we needed for a week's stay.

Surf Master 402 is very clean and updated. Great location and ocean view is amazing. Recommendation - install curtain/door on the master bath - I knew this when we rented but was looking for a three bedroom condo without twin beds. The queen beds mattresses need to be replaced. I highly recommend Garden City Realty Rental - will diffidently book again with them.

The condo was in a prime location, very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Wonderful great food so close by, beach view was wonderful and just a wonderful place to relax at. Would go back. We love the property everything was maintained very well gorgeous condo everything was perfect except for on Wednesday our cable went out they came to fix it on Thursday but they could only fix the TV in the living room and I had my elderly mom and dad with me which that was a big part of their entertainment during the vacation so really that that was her only complaint.

This was our second time staying at Surfmaster. Both times the condos were clean and well-appointed. This year we discovered upon arrival that a Pack’n’Play which had been listed as being present in the condo was not there. I called the help line because we had family arriving late that night with very young children. Within 10 minutes of my call Drew McElveen from Garden City Realty was knocking at our door. He confirmed that the Pack’n’Play as well as a listed high chair were missing. Drew immediately went to purchase the items and bring them to us. We were tremendously impressed by and grateful for such “above and beyond “ customer service.

We had a wonderful stay!
The accommodations are very nice, clean, and roomy.
The staff was excellent, very responsive, and very pleasant!
We love the location, and have stayed in Surf Master for several years, and will definitely be back again. ��
The master bathroom really needs a door to the lavatory and shower, and that was awkward, so we will most likely not stay in this particular unit again.

Booked Surfmaster in Jan for Sep. Stayed in another unit past & really like property. Management is excellent. Overall property very nice. Our unit was clean, but master bathroom needs a door! Beach was great-2days after hurricane. Biggest problem-police won’t allow cabanas or tents for babies on beach.

We had a great vacation. Our condo was clean and spacious . We had 6 adults and 2 young kids and there was enough room for all of us .. the location is perfect. The views from the patio are breathtaking .

My mom and I took my three children to stay in 402 at the surfmaster and had a wonderful time. We didn’t want to leave. The only thing I would say I needed while I was there was a full length mirror and I wish that there was a door to the bathroom in the master bedroom but other than that I would love to come back and stay.

My mother, sisters, and I had a wonderful "girls" trip in April. The accommodations at Surf Master 402 were very nice. The unit was very attractive and well equipped. The staff at the rental office was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent.

We love the area and have been coming to Garden City for quite a number of years. We've discovered Surf Master is one of the better complexes to rent, especially the condo we are in now. It is very well appointed, lovely beach colors. Completely remodeled throughout. We love the kitchen with it's granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We are looking forward to spending our coming winter here.

We love this condo! It is large and spacious, beautifully decorated, and has very nice and comfortable furniture. After coming to this area of Myrtle Beach for a number of years, we have found that this is one of the most desirable units we've been in. The kitchen is completely redone with granite counter tops and new appliances. Fully covered in 'look alike hardwood' floors. The only few things we would have preferred are more closet space in the 2 other bedrooms and a private toilet in the master bedroom. I would give this unit a perfect 9.

Halloween is a great time to visit Myrtle Beach and the Christmas shows start on November 1! That plus’s great condo made a perfect vacation.

Condo was beautiful pictures are accurate. Well designed and laid out. Well equipped with enough furniture comfortable for 6 guests. Condo was clean when we arrived well stocked with towels. Nothing extra though including no extra toilet paper. only things that weren't perfect was Wifi was hit and miss some areas of condo poor connection. The master bedroom with their reno's have taken out wall to the bathroom so no privacy there if sharing rental with friends?Also don't know all the rules for other tenants but someone below or beside us smoked cigars the entire week? Pool nice but not heated at this time of year very cold. Didn't expect it to be!

402 Surfmaster was a beautiful 3 bedroom condo. This unit was clean, updated and had the biggest view off the balcony of any condo I have ever stayed in.
Everything about the property was nice and clean. Pool and hot tub area. Carts provided for luggage and belongings.

Overall it was a nice place and a wonderful vacation spot.

This unit is very nice with all the renovations noted in the description of the property. We were puzzled though, as to why there is no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom. No bathroom privacy from the balcony, or if someone else is in the bedroom. You have to lock the bedroom door if you want to use the toilet or shower. Also to note, there are no clothes hangers so you will need to purchase once there or take your own. Everything else is very nice from the kitchen to balcony furniture.

Outstanding condo! Everything was new and beautifully renovated. Would recommend light-blocking curtains in the master bedroom, but otherwise everything was very nice.
