Beach House 203

We have been going to the Beach House in Garden City for many of years now. We stay for 2 weeks. This place is always clean, grounds are kept up. Plenty of things to do in the area. Great beach area.Garden City realty is very friendly all Around. We will keep coming back to this beach and not to forget it is family friendly.

This is our 3rd year Renting our condo with Garden City Realty at the Beach House. We absolutely love this area and our unit was very well taken care of along with the professional service from there staff, housekeeping and grounds people. We highly recommend Garden City Realty. We like it so much that we already rented our place for next summer before we left.

We absolutely love the Beach House been staying/coming to Garden City Myrtle Beach for 20+ years and love the Beach House. The Unit was very clean..loved our view from our deck. The beach area is awesome. Garden City reality is very friendly and accommodating from the time you book the place to the time you leave. TThe beach house is located near many fantastic restaurants that are easy to get too and many shops. Plans already made to come back next summer.

Love the location & being right on the beach. Loved how the condo was decorated. The washing machine/dryer both have issues. Kitchen light didnt work but when you closed cabinet it would flicker.

Walking distance to pier. Balcony overlooks pool. The unit could use some updating with it's walls and paint. Good unit for the price.

We loved our rental! It had easy access to the beach, the pool was very clean and well maintained. Our condo was clean, had plenty of space for my whole family. We've already shared the info about the property twice. We're definitely planning to stay here next year!

This was our second time renting the same unit, we love the complex! Garden City Realty is always helpful and available and willing to let us check in early when the unit is ready which is wonderful!

We had a wonderful experience at BH203!! Will definitely re-rent, hopefully for same week next year!! Only negatives were kitchen supplies as we cook in most meals...searched for cutting board, pasta collander, larger cutting knife, tupperware storage bowls. But unit was perfect otherwise!! Thank you

Enjoyed the relaxing time at the vacation condo. It was great having two separate bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, living area also had a sleeper sofa. Linens were included in the package. Kitchen was remodeled for 2015. Laundry in the unit was convenient. Also, included a small closet in the front area to store beach items. Also enjoyed the view of the ocean from the deck. Had several dinners on the deck overlooking the ocean. Property management was prompt to address any concerns.

garden city reality is always an outstanding rental company to rent from. Very accommodating. only down side is the location of the rental office, in a very congested area. but it is easy to find.

We loved our stay in Garden City and the place we stayed was absolutely wonderful! We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and with beautiful view of the ocean. We had just a few short steps and we were right on the ocean. The guys who cleaned the pool did a great job. We saw them out there all the time cleaning it and the parking lot! The amenities were great here too! We bought a couple of extra pans and left them for the next vacationer as well as bottle brush for baby bottles. This place is within walking distance to almost anything you want to go to. We would stay here again!!!

out of the way of over crowded myrtle beach, walkable to sam's corner and the surrounding amusements, shops, bars. very family friendly. look forward to this one week all year.

Awesome professional staff! We had to leave early, unexpectedly, and the staff could not have been more helpful, even calling my home to check on our safe arrival.
I loved our condo, great views of the beach and overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and decorated with a colorful beach theme.
Can hardly wait to return!
We enjoy visiting the Garden City Pier as a
family and I like The Conch Café, they were both within a short walk for us.

We love staying at The Beach House. We have stayed at many different condos over the years. I feel the condo this year needs a good cleaning. The owner also needs to throw away all pots and pans and re-stock the kitchen. Other than that, we had a nice stay. Will be back to The Beach House next year.

We had a great vacation, our only problem was getting kicked out of the pool by property management. I was in the pool with my 5 yr old niece drinking a bottle of water and was kicked out because other people were drinking. Nobody was causing a problem and the manager was very rude. My niece was very upset. Situation handled poorly by manager

Unit had several light bulbs missing that needed replaced. The bedroom with the twin beds didn't have cable hooked to the TV. You could only play DVD's on it. It would be nice to have cable in that room. Other than that everything was in good condition.
