We love the location and have stayed at this home several times. The home needs new pots in the kitchen and we saw the staff cleaning but still found areas that weren’t as clean as we would have liked, (stained sheets when we opened package, hair in the bathroom)

The property is in a good location and the pool patio area is nice,but the hot tub was not working. Maintenance was notified. The refrigerator was not working on the first floor when we arrived but a loaner was delivered on Tuesday. The units could use more silverware. Appliances should be checked frequently as they get used so much. The bedrooms are spacious but it would be nice to have more bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay despite little problems.

This year was the twenty first Schwartz Beach Gathering and the second year at Sunspree! As usual we had a great time together with a Grandson getting engaged. Last year, our first at Sunspree, we had two Grand-daughters get engaged at "the beach".
Sunspree is a great house rent with a new pool area and other improvements in the pool area.
We reservered Sunspree for a week next July.

The rental process was so easy. Communication was great. All my questions were answered with cuteous people.

The house was amazing. The community is beautiful, secure feeling.

I am already planning 2023 and hoping to reserve the same home.

This was the first time we rented Sunspree. Over the past 10 to 12 years, we rented Jolly Man, Moonlighting, both Ps' Pleasure and T's Treasure, but Sunspree was the best? Arranging to rent Sunspree again next year.

We had a family group vacation at the Sunspree for the second year in a row. Benefits of the Sunspree: location!, pool, large rooms, two kitchens. Some cons: no bathrooms outside of bedrooms, no indoor staircase. Some appliances need to be updated.

We have rented the Sunspree many times and other then some issues one year, have been very happy with it. The backyard and location is amazing and each time we come we can see they've upgraded items within the house as well. Great family vacation home!

My family has been having reunions in Myrtle Beach for many years and love Long Bay Estates for its quiet neighborhood and uncrowded beach. Sunspree has two living areas (one up, one down) so there's room for quiet time on one level and noisier activities on the other. The pool is perfect for kids (no deep end), and the house is directly across the street from a beach access.

We all loved the location. It was easy to book the house. We had a few small issues( light buld burnt out, timmer on hot tub didn't work, tv remotes that didn't work right) But overall it was great. will think twice for our group a seperated upstairs and down stairs.

This is our second stay at Sunspree. We rented this house again because it is perfect for our large extended family. All the amenities this house offers helps us relax and just have a great time while on vacation. We all enjoy the pool and hot tub, having a laundry room and bathroom close to the pool is great, we are able to spread out and have plenty of room for each family attending. Our few requests for maintenance were taken care of immediately by staff. Looking at the other rates for some of the houses surrounding Sunspree showed us that we were also getting a bargain! Top notch house, great location, great service.

Had a great time in a wonderful secluded beach location in a private residential community! The eight (8) bedroom six (6) bath home we rented (Sunspree) was more than adequate to meet the needs of the fifteen (15) members of our family! We had eight (8) adults and seven (7) grandchildren in our party!

Great weather,, great location. We have been staying at Sunspree for a few years...fantastic family house.. Love the pool/patio area...the house is starting to show its age.. Needs a little TLC.. Some loose boards on the deck area near the gate need repair ... Love the updates in the upstairs bathrooms. WILL STAY AGAIN !!! Great family vacation memories here!!

very nice place to stay. have been there about 5 years and it is always a good place to stay. its quiet, right across from the beach and you are minutes away from everything. had one problem with the hot tub and it was fixed right away. could use a tv in the bunk bed room. overall a very nice place to stay . would highly recommend.

Great week in this house with 13 adults, 6 kids and a baby. Only complaint was that we had to leave.

we have been staying at sunspree for a few years now and it is a good place to stay. we had a problem with the septic system and when i called they came asap. overall this is a nice peaceful place to stay and would highly recommend it.

My vacation was a family reunion / special first time meeting of a family member separated from us by miles (She is from London, England and years (47 years). Sunspree was the perfect house because there was a total of 22 of us staying for a week. Lots of space, great pool area, great location, 2 kitchens, wonderfully decorated and comfortable and very clean. Each one had a fantastic time, so many memories & "tons" of pictures. Thank you so much to the homeowners for sharing such a wonderful house, Garden City Realty for all the help in setting up our reservation. This week was a lifetime memory for all. It was a 5 Star experience.

Vacation was wonderful! House was as described, patio chairs were great. The only issue we had during the whole week was the hot tub - it was losing water daily. We called the number provided and they came out each time we called to fix the issue. After the third trip out, maintenance fixed the problem permanently. Spa was able to be used daily to our content, pool was awesome. Overall a great rental!

A FEW MINOR REPAIRS SHOULD BE DONE , BROKEN DRESSER DRAWER, NO REMOTES FOR 2 OF THE TV'S, FRONT DOWNSTAIRS DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK WITH KEY. BUT OVER ALL IT IS A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME . LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE OUTDOOR SPACE!!

we visit Myrtle Beach often -- and have been staying in Surfside for the last few years. Previous houses haven't been nearly as nice as this one. We had ample room for two families with little children. One floor for the adults and one for parents and small children worked really well -- especially since they both had kitchens. We rented this house because it had a really nice pool with a covered area for sitting, rocking, playing games, having lunch -- and a kid's pool right next to the bigger pool. The very short walk to the public access right across the street was great. We liked having the beach almost to ourselves -- as the house was in a private community. Only a few issues: a bedroom fan light fixture was missing in two rooms; the pool needed to be deep cleaned -- lots of unsightly spiders/bugs, etc. in the filter. Looked like it hadn't been attended to. The outside 1/2 bath at the pool was nice to have -- but not very clean. Downstairs a/c didn't cool that level as well as the upstairs. All in all -- we would rent this house again. Great place.

this was our fourth year at sunspree and we always have a great experience. Our only disappointing thing was that we did have some problems with the pool, and we had to call maintenance twice to repair it. ( which they did ). 2 of our children got ear infections so I'm not sure if the chlorine level was adequate. Not quite perfect this time!!!

Fantastic property. The outside amenities are wonderful. Glad to see they replaced the washer and dryer.Still needs some small item maintenance...broken outlet covers fixed, loose railings on the stairs, front door almost impossible to lock. We will be back next year.

Sunspree was a great house for our ocean vacation. With families from 4 states including 4 under 3 yrs this was the perfect combination of home, pool and beach access. The house was comfortable, clean and fit our needs to a "t". Garden City Realty responded very quickly to any needs or questions. Even the weather was perfect! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We really enjoyed the property, though a few things need to e addressed. When we arrived there was trash overflowing the bins that had not been picked up and not a single stitch of toilet paper in the house. There were several light bulbs burnt out, but we did find extras and changed the necessary ones. One of the comforters did not smell clean and needed washed and there were NO locks on any of the bedrooms? The lock for the outside upstairs balcony door was difficult to work as well. The house is beautiful but needs a little TLC and a little more attention to detail in readiness for guests. There was not enough silverware for everyone and the hot tub was not "hot" until the last 2 days of our stay. Overall we did have a wonderful time, the location is perfect, beautiful neighborhood and great pool & kiddie pool!

I've stayed in the Sunnyspree for about seven + years and am still pleased with this property. The price for the two weeks I stay is getting a bit out of reach and we may have to consider other less costly properties for our stay.

Very enjoyable stay. We loved the location. It was private and peaceful. The size & layout of the home was perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & gazebo. We had family ranging in ages 18 to 75 & this house had something for everyone. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a great vacation at Sunspree. It was our biannual family reunion. We had 19 from age 6 to 82 with some from as far away as WI. There was ample room and space for all. The first floor was great with access without stairs. The pool was so nice in the late afternoons. And the Pavilion in the back yard was a hit. The weather was great; the beach was super nice and close; it was quiet at the house but you could easily get to any activities that interested you. We had a blast!

Sunspree is a duplex, and having 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms is great for a lot of people, since there can be quiet on one level and noisier activity on the other. And we definitely needed 2 refrigerators. The house is so close to the beach that you can go back and forth many times a day, and it's one of the least crowded sections of beach that we saw. The pool was the major gathering place, with a large shady patio for pool-side socializing. The property had some structural problems (cracked cement around the pool, a loose railing on the back stairs) but was very clean and functional. We had family ranging in age from 1year to 88 years, and we all loved it.

Family vacation this year was absolutely great. Thanks to the owners and Garden City Realty for making Sunspree available. The house was large enough to afford everyone their own "space" when needed but, at the same time, everyone could gather together for meals and board games, as well as fellowship together. The pool area was perfect for meals together. Our dad/granddad enjoyed the freedom to go outside and enjoy the beautiful yard because he did not have the challenge of a flight of stairs. It was obvious the owners took pride in their beach home. We appreciate their willingness to share with others! Our compliments to Garden City Realty for making the process of checking in and checking out so easy.

My friends and family stayed at this property in late August this year and really had a great vacation. The house was in a nice location and close to the beach which was very convenant with the small children not having far to walk to. The only thing we
all discussed was the fact at night we all felt seperated since there was no access for the downstairs to the upstairs except for going outside and enter that way,some of the cabinets could use some upgrade along with the livingroom Tv's. There was one time
we had to call about the pool and hot tub and that issue was handled the same day even though the service responded saying it would be the following day. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the visit from Hurricane Irene, but even still we all
enjoyed our stay and look forward to planning another stay in the future.
