We have nothing but wonderful memories of staying at Garden city.
Very clean, beds are very comfortable.
It’s great to step out where you can jump in the pool or go to the beach.
It’s very family friendly.
We have already left a deposit for next year at Garden City

Our stay at the condo was excellent. It had plenty of room and has a gorgeous view of the whole beach. It’s easy to get in and out down to the water and it is not a crowded place. The only downside was when we booked the condo we were looking for a place with a pool. Two weeks before we went on our trip they put a note on the website that the pool was closed for maintenance. When we got there, we called to find out what was going on and no one in the rental office or the Hué could tell us why the pool was closed. It wasn’t until late in the week. The pool guy told us it was closed because of the hurricane, the prior fall, but that everything was perfectly fine with the pool. They were just waiting on an inspection from the state. it was disappointing that that knowledge was known prior to us booking the place and was not disclosed until two weeks before our trip. I was also frustrated that no one in the rental office or the Hué could explain why the pool was closed. This did impact our trip significantly since we had little kids who love the pool more than the beach.

Sundial 32 is my all time favorite place to stay. Its clean, roomy, close to everything and yet you still feel like you have privacy. Just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and an occasional dolphin go by is so relaxing.
It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is. Highly recommend it for your family vacation.

Its what we were looking for our families, Just of couple bad items were the bath tub in the master bedroom would not drain and the ground fault receptacles would always trip in the downstairs bathrooms

The unit was fabulous. It was clean and had plenty of room and seating for our family of 7, including a toddler and an infant. We really appreciated being able to access the pool/beach from the balcony instead of having to go around the front of the building like most condos. We definitely recommend!

The condo was very nice. Everything was just as the description. The only issue we had was the pool. Now granted we came down the day after they evacuation ban was lifted due to Dorian. I realize they had to order a part for the pool so it was going to be a few days to be readh but there was so much sand on the walkway that when coming from the beach it did no good to wash your feet. I feel as of they could have at least cleaned the sand up. Other than that minor thing we had a very enjouable3and relaxing vacation.

Sun Dial 32 is a very nice place with lots of space. The view is fabulous! The kitchen had everything we needed. The loft is an excellent place for kids to stay. It was very clean and we loved the ocean front balconies! The downstairs guest bathroom toilet was not working great and the master bedroom bed is not the best but overall this is a GREAT place and we definitely want to return!!

This condo was perfect for my family and friends. The loft area suited my 3 older teenagers perfectly! They loved having their own balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, and some. The den furniture looked very updated and was super comfortable. The bedrooms downstairs were great sizes, and the beds slept wonderfully! My only negative, the Bathrooms were small. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Dial 32. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and very well equipped. The views from the balcony were beautiful! It was so nice to wake up and sit out on the balcony to watch the sun rise. The spiral staircase from our balcony down to the pool area was such a nice convenience. I would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this condo during the beginning of September. It is a beautiful condo and the layout is perfect for our family of 5. (2 adults, 3 boys.) The furniture is nice and the big porch and sun deck are great to people watch from.

The kitchen has so many utensil and items, everything you could possibly need. (Not like a lot of other rentals that have the bare/basics.)

The salt water pool is so refreshing as well. We cannot wait to stay again in Sun Dial 32. Definitely our go-to condo from now on.

The pictures don't do this paradise spot any justice. My family and I loved the beach front location and easy access to the water. It was also the perfect spot to watch the beautiful sun rise every morning. We definitely plan to return.

Great location right on the beach...and a pool as well. This unit has 2 downstairs bedrooms, and a huge loft upstairs.

We were very pleased with the condo in size and amenities. The location was perfect as we had lots of family staying in Mariner's Watch next door. It was very clean and well maintained. We would certainly recommend it to others. Lee's Inlet Kitchen in Murrell's Inlet is our favorite seafood restaurant. We also enjoy The Pickled Cucumber for great meats, vegetables and sandwiches. The putt putt golf sites are lots of fun and the Tanger Outlets (on 17 & 501) are good shopping places. There is always something to do. Hope the next folks enjoy it too.

Place was nice and in a nice location. Spiral steps were a little tough to navigate. Pool furniture would be a huge plus. Beach chairs and umbrella were a greet perk !

Bathrooms could be updated.
The shower curtain in Master bedroom needs replaced.
Kitchen was well stocked and clean.
Love the proximity to the beach and pool.

SunDial 32 was "home away from home"! The pictures do not lie, the place is 2014! I didn't feel as if I was staying at my grandmothers house for the week! It was tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped.

The unit was spotless on our arrival. We arrived much later than the check in time and as instructed in our email and when speaking with the representative at Garden City Rental we found everything we required and were able to let ourselves in with no hassle or fuss.

The mattress in the master bedroom was too soft for my liking, but that was okay, because I loved the view from the loft and the bed closest to the sliding door was just to my liking, so that is were I chose to rest my weary head when the day was done.

Everything is conveniently close by so it was perfect for us. Restaurant Row was heavenly and whenever we ran out of anything we just headed up the street to the Walmart.

We had a plumbing incident in the unit, which had me worried as I didn't want anything to happen to the unit or the unit below, but it was remedied so quickly, my hat goes off to the staff at Garden City Rental and their maintenance guys for resolving the situation in such a timely fashion.

The weather wasn't perfect in Myrtle Beach but those are the chances you take whenever you go on vacation. But thank god the unit was as fabulous as it was, because I would of drove myself and everyone else crazy staying somewhere that wasn't comfortable.

See you in September SunDial 32, we so want to come back and if not again soon then definintely again next year!

Located between Surfside pier and Garden City pier. Awesome people in the unit, awesome beach location, clean pool and amazing view. Spiral stairs to pool and beach and to the upstairs make carrying kids/luggage difficult but we managed. Kid friendly balconies with latching gates. Plenty of space and beds for 10 people!! 2 day beds with trundles 4 twin beds (we pushed together to make a king) and a queen in the master. 3 full baths. 2 have tub/shower 1 has a big shower. Upstairs has its own private balcony. Well furnished home in a great location! Short walk to Garden City pier. Only mins from Walmart, Walgreens, golfing, etc... 10 mins from murrells inlet with great restaurants and water sports rentals. Less than an hour to North Myrtle and less than 30mins to Myrtle.

Our unit (32) had new kitchen appliances and nice, comfortable living room furniture. The loft area was perfect for the kids. The building needs some cleaning and overall maintenance. The pool was nice and clean. We lucked out and had some great neighbors.

The location was terrific and the unit provided all the comforts of home. Housekeeping unfortunately did not clean the unit beforehand, but we were able to complete the cleaning within an hour after arriving. The only true complaint we had was with the tenants in one of the non-rented units. They made a point of advising us and other renters throughout the entire week that they were partial owners and made all renters feel quite often that we were trespassing. All vacationers (renters and owners) should feel welcome. This same unit has been a problem with renters in the past. I would advise owners who do rent out their units to have a discussion with those that do not that they should be be considerate of everyone.

Upstairs loft area was somewhat dirty, vent falling down in loft bathroom, black mold growing from some vents could present some health hazards. Pillows in loft area are dirty and need replaced along with mattresses. Beds upstairs are too small and uncomfortable. Carpet also appears dirty throughout.

This is our second year in a row staying at the sun dial. One of the better condo's I've stayed in. Great location. Clean rooms. Garden City is a great place to stay.

Arrived March 1,2012. Check in was a breeze. This property has a wonderful view, with two balconies, great for dolphin watching. Climbing the stairs was the major drawback, especially for older guests. Everything worked well. Plenty of seating.

The location was great. Condo was clean. Staff was very friendly. Great price! The only negative comment was the spiral stair case was pretty difficult to walk up and down. Pool was fun, great parking. Had a great time!

Didnt get into the property until 3pm. Guest left at around 10 am. Even at 3pm the garden city staff did not get the release from the cleaning people. If someone leaves early you need to make the property available early for the renter. May rent from another agency next time just because of this inconvience. We generally arive 2 days early (stay at a hotel) and we would like to gain early entry if possible.

If we could figure out a way to have all of our properties ready before 3:00 it would be wonderful. However, no one has come up with a solution for this at this time. Many guests leave between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and when they leave that early we are able to get the property ready sometimes by noon or even before noon. We have staff that come in at 5:30 on Saturday mornings in the summer time to get the process started. However, when the guests leave at the regular check out time, no later than 10:00 then they are scheduled with the other 200 to 300 that are checking out at that same time and it is impossible to have everything ready before 3:00. That is why we advertise that check in starts after 3:00 once the property is cleaned and inspected.
