We had a wonderful weeks stay. We loved the Palmetto trees swaying in the breeze from our porch. Our condo was beautifully updated and we appreciated the small touchs that made it more enjoyable. We wished the floor had been cleaner not just from sand but dirt. We would enjoy another stay at Ocean Cove 202

We have rented from Garden City Realty for 4 years now, have been at Ocean Cove all 4 years . Last year we moved down to 202 we just love it, this condo is right over the pool! These condo are very well kept and when there is a problem it is taken care of right away! Have already booked for next June. This is only 4 floors and the first floor is the parking spaces, they only allow two vehicles on the premises but they have an overflow parking not far, we have parked vehicles in the overflow every years and have never had a problem. You will love this place as we do!

We rented to unit so that we could be in the same building as several friends of ours. We loved how updated and clean the unit was when we arrived and its proximity to ocean and pool. It made it very easy for us to get out and enjoy the weather and also allow the kids to go back and forth as needed. Our unit was perfect for the seven of us that went and allowed for everyone to have a little space. I noticed that they did a good job trying to keep the common areas clean. My only complaint is that we had a total of 30 people in our group and 5 rented condos and we wanted to grill at the property and the information was not relayed to us very well that there is no grilling on the property. So we had to figure out other arrangements to do our grilling and luckily the neighbors allowed us to use some space. I feel like this information needs to be spelled out a little better than just not being able to grill under the unit. Part of the fun we were looking forward too was not being in a hurray at night and being able to grill. This is the one issue that is currently keeping me from wanting to rebook this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Cove 202 and appreciate the professional staff who worked with us on this rental. The home was clean and well-located. Our only disappointment was the weather turned pretty awful, but the condo was comfortable for time we spent there. I would suggest this to others.

The location was great! Loved sitting on the screened porch and enjoying the beautiful sunrise. We only had a couple of concerns the dishwasher wasn't working and no space in drawers or closet in the master bedroom for our belongings. We enjoyed our stay would return.

So much fun, great location and pretty much, everything we needed. The water flow in the sink of the hall bath needs to be improved. It was just a trickle. The master commode also needed something.
The commode needed several flushes every time it was used. The improvements in the kitchen looked great and the paint color and wallpaper removal was so nice. Loved it.

My sister, cousin and I had a girls beach getaway and had a wonderful time at Ocean Cove. Great location facing the beach! Loved every minute! This was our 2nd time at Ocean Cove and will definitely be back.

We have stayed in Ocean Cove many times. We like the location, away from the congestion of Myrtle Beach proper. Also like the smaller property, we tend to avoid the big high rises. Pleasantly surprised that our unit was available much earlier than promised. And the changes made to Garden City Realty’s office due to Covid seem to have improved the overall check in.

The condo itself is nice with newer showers. Furniture and mattresses are comfortable and the ocean view can’t be beat. The pool and hot tub are serviced every two days and are well maintained. The overall property is very nice. Love the Conch Cafe right next door.

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean Cove 202. Overall it was clean with the exception of the dishes and cutlery. EVERY single item was dirty with food stuck on it. At first we thought it was the dishwasher not working properly but they were fine when we cleaned them. My only other suggestion would be for larger bowls and pans. The unit sleeps 10 but there's NO WAY that you can cook enough food for that many people. We had to cook pasta and tacos in 2 batches. Also would've liked to all sit down at the table together. If you have a unit that sleeps 10 you should be able to sit more than 4 at the table. LOVED the views of the ocean and I miss my morning coffee on the deck.

As always, we loved our stay at Ocean Cove. Being able to watch the sunrise from the deck is so peaceful. We stayed 8 days, not the best weather, but always a great time. Would highly recommend this unit.

We vacationed earlier this summer at Ocean Cove & decided to return. The condo complex is located in an EXCELLENT area. The "property manager", Dave was very pleasant, polite & helpful to all guests. This trip we stayed in a different condo. We gave 4 stars to our overall stay, however we were not as pleased with this unit as as a previous rental in this complex. Upon arrival, the condo smelled of heavy smoke.Although we didn't need the 1/2 bath, the toilet seat was off/broken & on the floor. Fortunately, we had our own pillows because some of the pillows provided were stained. IMO, the clothes washer just needs to be replaced. We cleaned the dirty washer but we were still afraid to use it because it was so rusty & we didn't want to risk rust stains on our clothes. On a positive note, this unit is located in an EXCELLENT area. The decks were very nice. There is a table & comfortable chairs provided. It was great to sit out there & still be able to enjoy the sights & sounds of the beach. We didn't use the kitchen very much but it was well stocked & had a nice microwave. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable unlike most mattresses in rental units. We didn't use the other bedrooms so I can't comment on those. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one and we look forward to when we can return to this area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The table and chairs that were added to the deck were wonderful! We enjoyed every night sitting out there playing cards and enjoying the view! I would highly recommend this condo! We stayed for 8 days, it was great!

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was there was no table on our deck and the dining room table only had 4 chairs. We really like to set out on the deck to play cards, eat lunch or just listen to the ocean.
