Horizon East 403

We had a nice stay-great weather. HE403 is a nice place. It was clean when we arrived and the towels were all nicely wrapped. There were also sheets for the sleeper sofa which impressed me. I thought it would be the thing I would need to ask for. The kitched was very good. Nice range with a large cooktop for big meals. I think there could have been a bit more cookware, there seemed to be just enough to get by without a trip to Walmart. It worked out fine in the end. My only complaint would be the bed in the Master bedroom. The mattress was too hard, in my opinion, and it bothered me all week. I'm picky about beds so who knows. Great view and not too close to the pool, so the noise was not a problem.
The lobby and pool areas were always tidy. Thumbs up overall.

First time renting a condo for extended stay. The unit, Garden City Realty and location was fantastic. So happy we are returning next year

Everything that it was supposed to be for a relaxing stay. Our unit was well kept up, what little trouble we had with a tv was taken care of an 2 very helpful service personnel. television.

Check in was quick & smooth. Staff very professional. Building was clean & well maintained with staff onsite. Unit was well maintained. Utilities were modern & functioned perfectly. Provided linen was a definite benefit. Ocean front location & onsite pool were what we were looking for. Overall rating = “we have rebooked for 2024”.

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed in this unit and we’ve loved it each time. Previously, it hasn’t stopped us from being a return renter, but this time it was worse than the other stays. The master bedroom was (what felt like) 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo, again we were aware, but loved the unit so we chose to stay again this year.
Also, cleaning could be a little more in depth as we found mail clippings on the bathroom counter.

We have stayed at a number of units in Horizon East so our feedback balances what we liked and dislike based on that. The Pros's: The kitchen has been nicely updated and was well appointed. The appliances and washer/dryer were high quality. The beds were comfortable. Loved the keypad on the front door, thus not having to worry about keys. The beach chairs and other beach items provided were nice as well.
Cons: The unit needs a keurig. We knew it did not have one and hauled ours down from home, but any modern rental should be equipped with one. The furniture was inadequate. The rental states it sleeps 6 but only has seating for 4. The 2 chairs, while a nice visual addition (beach theme) are uncomfortable. It was a race all week to not be stuck sitting in them. We felt the fridge door should swing the other way as it was awkward. Some kitchen basics were missing/unusable. There were no scissors or a spatula for flipping eggs. The baking sheet was somehow destroyed by a previous guest and not replaced.
Lastly, and more directed at the management company, the bead spread was food stained, leading us to wonder if the cleaning staff are doing a thorough inspection and identifying those details. The purpose of the detailed list we provided above is to identify these items for the owner/managers. Overall the property was very enjoyable and we would recommend it!

My wife and I had a great stay at Horizon East. The unit was clean when we arrived and updated nicely. The view was amazing, and of course, great location. Only gripes were that the sofa is too small and not very comfy, and the master bedroom didn't seem to have much airflow. It was like the hvac ductwork wasn't correct. Luckily there was a good size fan I could set up to blow on us at night. Overall, a great condo in a great location, and wpuld happily stay there again.

Nice decor with updated furnishings and floor. Need to provide a Keurig. Overall clean except cabinet trimmings and floor moldings. Like provided carts. Nice calm experience.

This unit was absolutely perfect - beautiful updates, location, cleanliness, and the management service. We requested more towels and received them immediately and it was an awesome surprise to find the owner had beach equipment and beach toys that we could use. We will definitely be returning to this unit!!!

Horizon East is our go to place. 403 was the cleanest condo we have ever had. It is beautifully decorated and not overly done. Kitchen has all basics.
Hopefully will get to rent this one again. We always rent through Garden City Realty and never disappointed. Just call and someone will be there for any problem you have, i.e. helping old ladies operate the TV! LOL

This vacation was a birthday present to my wife. The weather was wonderful, and we escaped snow and ice. We loved this oceanfront condo. We will come back again.
We also like the electronic keypad.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our only complain is how dirty the floors were. Our son's feet, legs, & hands were literally black after playing with his cars. So we bought a mop to clean them. Simple fix. Other than that, we have no complaints. Will likely stay here for the 3rd time next year.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The condo was beautiful inside and everything was exactly as it was described. It was just the right fit for our family of six. The building was easy to navigate and there was nothing at all that we could complain about! We are hoping to come back soon!

The condo was very spacious for a two bedroom unit. The property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Elevators were never crowded, security was very good and the view from the balcony was the best feature. I would recommend this property.

The Horizon East location is excellent. Everyone was very nice. The security was a bit cumbersome at first but once we got the hang of it, easy to manage and appreciated.Our unit was very well appointed and decorated. You could tell it has been recently updated. It is the perfect size for 4 adults. We especially loved the big sliding doors. The weather was perfect so we shut off the air and opened those doors and had an amazing ocean breeze. And be sure to walk down to the Conch Cafe for the seafood platter or go have a hot dog on the pier. My only beef is the parking. It's very tight and very limited for such a large building. Great getaway. I would recommend you check it out.
