Surf Master 907

The living area and kitchen were beautiful. And definitely best view in the building.
The bathrooms were very dated and carpet in bedrooms. I'm hoping that they will be updated soon, because we would love to stay there again.
There are little signs saying that things are cleaned under the beds and such but there was garbage under one of the beds.... not the first time we have experienced that in our stays for the last 3 years at Surf Master.

Everything at the unit was great for our family of 9. We had a great view from the corner unit. The only thing they need to replace some forks & frying pans other than that we had what we needed.

Upon arrival, the property seemed in good condition however, once we moved our things in and we started to notice, broken cabinets, dirty vents, cracked tiles, dirty flooring, the bathrooms smelled like urine and a few other things which were very disappointing. We paid a lot of money to stay here, and were hoping the home would be in a little better condition. The views were amazing and the location was very good. If the Home was to receive a little TLC we would be back.

The views from Surf Master unit 907 were amazing. Staff was very friendly and kept the grounds clean daily. Our unit was well equipped with kitchen items and worked well for our family vacation with my 83 year old mother. Only negative was that the TV in bedroom with twin beds was not working (but who watches TV at the beach anyway).

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time we have spent in Garden City. Our unit was very well decorated. it is a rental unit so you do not expect everything to be perfect as you do at home. It was great waking every morning with the ocean out front.

Great view and location! Loved how it was decorated! There was an issue with the garbage disposal leaking and a dirty washer which left marks on our clothes. Other than that our family had a great time.

Overall, a great place to stay. Their were a couple of small things. The bath in the double bedroom had a shower curtain with a little mildew. Blood stains were found on one of the pillows after the case was removed. Also, we had a bad storm with heavy rain and wind. Water came under the entrance door.

This was our first year staying in 907, and we were very happy with the decor and overall atmosphere. The condo is close in proximity to restaurants, stores, pier etc. The best thing by far about the unit is the VIEW! It is absolutely amazing! It's a quick elevator ride to the beach, pool and hot tub which are all very nice and well maintained. A couple of things that could be improved are: the refrigerator makes a very loud noise, the beds are not the most comfortable, bathrooms could use some updating. Overall, the condo is beautiful, very tastefully decorated and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

Our stay in this Condo was very nice. The best feature was the view, both up and down the beach since it was a corner unit. The property was clean and well maintained with a few issues which the property management took care of promptly. We would recommend this property and will be back. Close by restaurants we enjoyed were the Conch Café (walking distance) and the Surf Diner at Surfside Pier.

Originally, we expected to have a 2 bedroom condo for January but, when
that wasn't ready, we were offered this wonderful 3-bedroom. It had fantastic views from its expansive balcony, which was perfect for coffee in the am and the rest of the day as well. The beds are comfortable and the main living area is very spacious. Nicely decorated and coordinated interiors.

Surf Master 907 is a beautiful condo. This is the third year we have stayed in this particular unit. We have been renting condo's at Surf Master for more then 10 years, and this unit is the best!

We had a great week of sun and fun at Surfmaster 907. We recommend walking to breakfast at the Surfside Beach pier. This condo was very comfortable for our party of 7. I know that it was updated relatively recently but the unit must take a beating from weekly rentals. Nothing about the condo would stop us from renting again, but broken blinds and cracks in the drywall might deter others. The view is fabulous! The staff was very helpful with our small emergencies. Thank you for a week of quality family time!

The condo was clean, decorated nicely and had a GREAT view. Also, the furniture was very comfortable.
They frying pans were not in good shape and they replaced them. Had plenty of plates, cups, glasses and silverware. Could have had a few more items to cook with since we stayed 3 weeks but with the extra fry pan and cookie sheet we made it fine.

The views were nothing short of AMAZING!!! The room was decorated so tastefully in beach decor and was bright and welcoming! We had 3 rooms between 17 people, 2 of which were penthouses and I think our room 907 truly was the nicest room with undoubtedly the best views from inside!!! My family LOVED our stay and hope to return next year!

This was the first time I have done something like this. It was a great experience. A lot better way to spend a week instead of hotel. It was better than being at home. The condo over looked the beach. What an awesome condo. Yes I will do it again. With kids it was nice for them to come and go when they wanted to. Everything is so close, shopping,eating, and entertainment. The owners did a very nice job choosing colors. The furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week.

With just a short drive from myrtle beach, garden city is the perfect location for a more family friendly environment verses mrytle beach. We did not know we had arrived during black biker week at mrytle beach but we missed the gathering completely by choosing this location. Security is a minimum at this location but we found the staff very helpful and trustworthy. The garden city pier is a long walk away but worth it in the cool evening. The conch cafe is a short walk by beach and by far the best resturant we at ate during our stay. Skip the touristy gimmick restaurants and go straight there for diner at the beach. I wish we had found it sooner!

Overall, a comfortable condo. There are two elevators servicing the property and both were functioning efficiently. One thing the property does not mention is that the condos are set-up "motel like" in that, the front doors are open to a walkway on the exterior of the building, not the interior. We did not experience any safety issues. This condo is on the end of the building affording a view that is breathtaking and lovely; however, the morning sun is very strong and its angle hits this condo directly, making it difficult to sit on the balcony in the morning. The location is good (between the two piers) and the beach is clean, sandy, and has a life guard station.
