Atalaya Tower 106

Convenient Location to the beach; staff is great. However, this is my second stay with Garden City Realty and the second time access codes didn’t work.

Vacation at Atalaya Towers was wonderful. ‘‘This was our 4th year staying at Atalaya Towers. Very convenient, love the ocean front balcony. Staff was very nice.

Wonderful location! The room was bright and had a wonderful view. Being on an end unit made it feel very private. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. I was also impressed with the Atalaya Staff and amenities. The location felt safe. The indoor pool was very nice for the kids on rainy days. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and well equiped with glasses,dishes and silverware. Only reguest would be if floors were mopped before guest arrive.

I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. Slept six of us comfortably (2 adults 4 kids). Short walk to the beach and a great family atmosphere. I’ll definitely book again in the future. Elevator was being repaired but really didn’t bother us with only one flight of stairs.

The condo was directly in front of the beach and perfect for us. We will return. I love Atalaya Towers and have been staying here since I was 14. This is one of my favorite places. Only thing I would recommend is some cabinets in kitchen where you can put food and not all dishes. Three sets of plates is a bit much when you have no where to store food but on the counters.

We stayed at this unit for a week. It was very nice and clean! It was completely furnished including all kitchen appliances as well as glasses, dishes, serving utensils, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. It also had many extras such as games and videos for kids, fully stocked spices in the cupboard, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. We were very impressed with this unit and would highly recommend it.

My family had a great time staying here! Plenty of space, wonderful location, and a gorgeous view! When we first arrived everything was nice and clean. The property had everything we needed plus some things we didn’t even think about like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. It was easy to get down to the beach and a short walk to the pier. Everyone we met was amazing and the experience was great. This will definitely be a place we return to!

The Condo was very nice.I did find a couple sot's that needed cleaned but nothing I let bother me. If i had to complain about something it would be the stairway.. it's not well lit an needs a cleaning an some fresh AIR. Everything else was wonderful! We love that we are ocean front an we used the balcony every morning an night We will be booking agaon next year !!

This rental unit surpassed expectations. My only complaint was that the beds were not super comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Would highly recommend this unit.

We were notified we could check in early. Upon arrival the condo was very clean. It was as described and exactly as pictured! There were extra perks, such as beach toys and boards. The beds were comfy. All in all, will stay here again.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend. Unit is literally on the beach! Tide comes right up to balcony (almost). Place is clean and nice and kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils.

We loved it. The only issue we had was when we tried to go to bed the college kids that stayed there as well would be letting off fireworks right outside out room.this would be after midnight. They would wake our baby and other children up.other than that our stay was good

We had so much fun at this condo. Loved, loved, loved the location, especially the deck. We could enjoy those who were having fun on the beach, because we were so close. Our grandchildren wore out the pools!!!

Our week there was awesome! We loved the condo.The unit was perfect for our family. It was well equipped and being on the first floor was convenient to access.
Our check in and out at the realty company was quick, well organized and pain free.
The only problem we had was at the condo site during check-in when a hundred people were checking in at the same time with only 5 luggage carts, two elevators for 16 floors and limited parking. That was a zoo! Thank goodness for the first floor and stairs!
We would use this unit again and have already recommended it to friends.

The rental was very was well maintained.The only concern was more handicap spaces available.Most of the time all parking spaces were taken making it difficult for us to walk across the street.

It was great. I took my 90 year old mom, nephew and niece. We loved the unit and especially the huge balcony. The view was beautiful. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the table. I only gave a 4 on property cleanliness because the unit was very clean but the floors going from the elevator were dirty.

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was very centrally located. We could spend all day on the sand or in less then 20 minutes be some place shopping or doing a fun activity. The only compliant I have is about the largest guest room. The tv/cable/DVD player does not work. That was irritating with four kids.

Upon our arrival to the condo after driving 15.5 hours we found that the parking lot had just been resealed and striped and with no one around we had to enter thru a gate next store. We did not know a security code was needed to enter the lobby
so the 7 of us waited around with baggage un-till another renter came out and explained it to us, this was 7:30 pm on Friday so Garden City reality was closed as was the condo management. All was well after that until the next night about 12 pm the water main to the enter complex blew so Sunday morning and the rest of the day there was no water for any sinks and bathrooms...not a good thing with 5 grandkids with two bathrooms. So we hauled water from the pool to flush...finally repaired that evening. We have been a long time customer with GCReality and are disappointed they didn't offer an adjustment or even a call. We did have a good time and the unit was nice.

The condo was awesome, well stocked and nicely furnished. The washing machine leaked a small amount but not more than a towel could absorb. The parking was a bit tight, but the added lot across the street was well lit and seemed safe. This was the first time I have ever had my entire family together for a vacation and we all fit well and didn't seem at all crowded.

Enjoyed our stay for spring break. Location was great. Weather wasn't great which meant the small indoor pool and only hot tub stayed packed, but other than that definitely would recommend!!

I have stayed in the same room for the last 2 years. I have in the building for the last 3 years. These condos are in a great location. It is very quite and peaceful there. I would definitely stay here again.

The internet was very poor and we have stayed in the building several years now and that is our only complaint...most people do work some on their vacations and it makes it very hard ..with technology today I am sure that could be better

Our Stay at Atalaya Towers Unit 106 was a great experance. The unit was very clean and it had the best oceanfront view. We felt right at home in the unit. We would Love to stay in this unit again when we come back to Garden City. This was a great value and a great plac e to stay

We absolutely loved the condo. The location in the Towers was excellent. Great view, easy access to beach. My ONLY disappointment was that the pool was not on the ocean side of the building.
