Everything was good. Clean, helpful staff. Request for pool cleaning, step area repair handled very quickly. One main complaint, BEDS are bad and actually were the last time we stayed. The master sinks on the side near bathroom. This definitely affects you sleep. Otherwise nice place

Our Condo was very nice and clean. Beds were already made. It was ready for our occupancy. Plenty of towels. Nice location, very quiet & calm place to stay. Fishing was great also. I would highly recommend staying at Cloister II in Surfside Beach. I definitely will be coming back.

This is our third year at Sea Cloisters II and we have enjoyed each of them immensely. That's what keeps bringing us back! We loved the location close to everything we wanted to do. The condo was the cleanest rental we have ever experienced while vacationing in this area over the last 20 plus years. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Pool was clean and grounds were nice and neat also. I think we have found our new favorite place to stay.

We love the fact that this condo was located right on the beach we had a beautiful view in a very peaceful time. We would also recommend that the couch be replaced and there was a few maintenance items that should be taken care of in the bathroom. But we would definitely return.

The location was great as well as the view. The only complaint we had was the twin beds were worn out. They need to replace the mattress on those beds. Also, the light over the stove did not work.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Sea Cloisters II. The road was actually closer for repair right in front of the complex, which was a blessing in disguise as there was no through traffic. Aside from a mildly angry Goose population that decided to take up residence on the road, parking was very convenient. Nice smaller pool area with a landing that led directly to the sand. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

I went the week after Labor Day which was also the week after Hurricane Dorian. First and foremost the communication the prior week was phenomenal. I received updated emails about what was going on and what the plans were. The night before we were supposed to check in I received a personal phone call to let me know that the condo passed their inspection and we could proceed to check in. Once we checked in everyone was extremely helpful and the check in process was quick and easy. Our condo was very clean and even received a small welcome gift! We enjoyed our entire week long vacation because it was family friendly, well maintained, and quiet. The landscaping had been cleaned there wasn’t any debris in the pool and the other guests and residents were so nice! Check out was super easy as well, all I had to do was drop my keys off in the box and go on my way! I would love to use Garden City Realty for our future vacations!

We have been vacationing in Surfside Beach for decades. Our unit was clean and ready when we checked in (which was a major plus). With the unit on the 3rd floor, you have to go up and down 3 and 1/2 flights of stairs. The Sea Cloisters II complex would be better if there was a bathroom available by the pool or on the first floor (the same is true for most of the similar complexes. The unit had everything we needed and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was flaky but according to others staying in other units in the same complex, their Wi-Fi was not reliable either. The only complaint I would have has nothing to do with the unit, the Sea Cloisters II complex, or Garden City Realty; the problems are with the lack of proper care for the environment - the ocean water is polluted due to direct run-offs that empty into the ocean as well as the lack of recycling bins at many of the ocean front complexes that we have stayed in. Every year one or more members of our family members get sick (4 or more families meet in Surfside yearly for a semi-family reunion). I would avoid the ocean st Surfside especially for the most vulnerable (the very young and the elderly as well as those prone to infection, e.g., diabetics) and/or those with open cuts/wounds.

We spent the month of March and very much enjoyed our condo. It was clean and attractive and obviously with a beautiful view from deck, living room, and master BR. Easy access to the beach and a short walk or drive to good restaurants: nothing like breakfast - or any other meal- overlooking the water.

Very nice weather, found a lot of shells (during a rain storm), and enjoyed our stay there in this cute, clean condo. The only problem was the stairs and no elevator. I'm 67 and did fine and so did my daughter but we do like elevators better. They installed a complete new washer /dryer unit while we were there.

We have stayed in the Surfside/Garden City area many times over the past 20 years, always in a beachfront condo. This was one of the most pleasant visits ever. The condo was nicely furnished--not fancy, but comfortable. A very nice mattress made all the difference! Nothing to complain about. Clean, comfortable, quiet. We will be back to stay in this condo again.

Our vacation was lovely! We enjoyed this unit and it was the perfect size for our family. The condo complex is small which we loved because the beach and pool weren't overcrowded! I have it a four because the unit does need a few things updated and the blinds need to be fixed.

Great location, great condo. The only real issue I had was with the blinds, some of the sections were missing so we didn't have total privacy. Other than that you have great views of the ocean and beach. If the beach is too busy the balcony is larger enough and gets all the sun so you can hang out there for an alternative.

We had a wonderful stay our first time here in Surfside Beach. It was the perfect combination of a beautiful, quiet beach during the day and friendly fun local restaurants/ bars at night. We felt welcomed into the quaint community by the locals. The location was perfect for day trips into Pawleys Island and Charleston. Our condo was pretty and clean. We felt right at home. We have only one suggestion for the owners....we had to purchase pillows for the master bedroom. They ones provided were completely flat and unusable. One suggestion for the management company, maybe a heads up that the condo on the floor below will be renovated during your stay with construction workers hammering away every morning..all day. Overall a great experience and we'll be back!

We stayed in 303A May 9th through the 16th. The Condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed they balcony and view daily and had our meals out there. My kids enjoyed having tv's in each room for movies at night. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room and went home with no dirty clothes! The pool and facilities were GREAT!
We will be back as soon as possible!

We had a wonderful month of March in Surfside Beach. We walked the beach almost every day, only twice wearing gloves and several times in shorts. Most days were sunny, and the white sand beats the white snow of home. Our condo was compact and very liveable. When our grandson and his parents came to visit, we had plenty of room. The view of the ocean was lovely. The people at Garden Beach Realty were very helpful, although they were unable to get the phone company(Time Warner I think) to get the phone working properly. We had to rely on our US cell phone for incoming calls. That is our only complaint. Everything else was great.

This condo was absolutely wonderfull! It was clean, it was quiet, the location was great and the view from the balcony was such that we spent more time there than on the beach itself. Will definetely be back, hopefully next year! There were two issues though I must list. The pool was closed the last two days we were there. No reason given, just a sign on the gate. When we asked the rental company about it, they said they didn't know because they don't do the maintenance on the buildings. I felt they could have at least tried to find out for us. The other is when we arrived after 14 hrs on the rd, it was 8 @ night, we followed the directions that were highlighted on the map given to us and we were directed to the wrong Sea Cloisters building. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until we carried everything we could up 3 flights of stairs and tried the key in the door. We called the number given to us on the packet and while waiting for an answer we figured out the problem, yes, the address is on the sign out front but we didn't pay attention to the address since this was the building the map directed us to. Turns out Sea Cloisters II is further down the road. So, a somewhat rocky start but it turned into a beautiful vacation.

I had to call service twice, but both times they were quick and very friendly. Unit could use a new refrigerator ...it never really got cold even after I called. Could also use some new mattresses. The updates they did make were nice, but it seems they didnt finish ... same old doors, light switch plates are dingy and outdated.

A sweet condo with a great view.
I own a house down the street and was hosting a 65th Wedding Anniversary for my parents. I rented this condo for both peace and quiet as well as privacy to stay by myself. It was exactly what I needed and just 3 houses away from my Big Loud Greek Family.
The WiFi was not working, but I reported that to be fixed on my way out.

We were on the third floor with a beautiful ocean front location. The condo was well equipped and clean. It was easy access to the beach and pool. Also, it was a short walk to the pier and the small area in Surfside with all the restaurants. We walked there with our 4 and 6 year old and they were fine. The second had two twin beds and a tv that the kids liked. The lounger in the master bedroom was very husband did not want to get up from it! We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast everyday on the balcony. It was wonderful.

We usually rent a condo south of the GCB Pier. It was booked during our only available week, so we looked in Surfside. Sea Cloisters II was very nice. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable, but a little more crowded than our place south of the GCB Pier. Otherwise, we're very satisfied.

We liked this location because it was farther down from the bigger rentals so the beach was not as crowded where we were. It was still a close drive to do everything we wanted to do. Property was nice. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working for a day but it was taken care of by friendly people. (Property management, electrician.) Would definitely book here again.
