Marlin Quay 104

Wonderful views and had a great time!! Just need a few more things in the kitchen for cooking...measuring cups larger coffee cups, but nothing major! Great place and will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Marlin Quay is in a great location right on the inlet with wonderful views of the marina and Murrells Inlet. This unit was just as described and very clean though it’s close to needing a fresh coat of paint. We had never stayed on the south end of Garden City and are so happy we found Marlin Quay. We walked to Gulfstream Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner! Garden City Realty was very accommodating when it was necessary we extend our stay in the area another day. Another great holiday in Garden City!

Very helpful staff ( Bob ) assisting with reservation and packet for late arrival check-in.
The location is great. Dining & shopping nearby. Walk across the street to the beach.
Be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens ... a real South Carolina treasure. A pass is valid for a week.

You will feel secure on Marlin Quay property.

We enjoyed the area, was good for walking nice having beach across street. we enjoyed breakfast on balcony watching boats moving in and out of marina, and hearing music from marshwalk on weekends sitting on balcony.

Nice condo, kitchen utensils ok pots in good shape, baking sheets under stove not so good. We had a few cold nights below 30 and after having the heat on for the night it would start coming out cold.

We bought our own baking pans, those under stove need replacement. I sprayed wd40 on the screen door track for ease of getting onto deck, when we arrived the screen was very hard to open, also the slider in 2nd bdrm does not open at all.

The condo was clean and a nice size , comfortable, nice area to walk around in.

Condo was spacious and quiet. The locked gates were annoying because our kids couldn't come & go when they wanted (didnt want to give them a key card to possibly lose then owe $70). The pull out couch mattress should NOT be counted as a is flat coils. Our son slept on the floor on couch cushions instead all week.

Our vacation at 104 Marlin Quay was a little piece of heaven! The accommodations were very comfortable. The view from our balcony was incredible. The beach was a short walk. The pools were a great addition to the rental providing beautiful views of the inlet. The elevator allowed us to come and go quickly! Adequate towels, comfortable seating, washer and dryer, nice TVs are among other amenities that added to a very enjoyable vacation! We highly recommend Marlin Quay!

God’s Grace provides a spectacular view surrounded by inlet, ocean, and family. Home comforts with baking utensils for Grandma ma to make homemade chocolate chip cookies. Cleanliness is next to Godlimess and the condo was definitely clean. Parking and mobility to and fro was easily accomplished so even Grandma ma had not trouble with unpacking and packing my car. IGrandchildren loved the pool area. I, Grandma ma lived in Harden City Beach from 1995 until 2019 and was back to visit with family and friends. Memories were made again and I will always love Garden City Beach South Carolina.

This was our third year staying at Marlin Quay 104. We especially enjoy the view off the balcony. This time, they replaced the TV in the bedroom with the two beds. We have already booked for next year.

The condo overlooks the marina, and is steps away from beach access. The views of the marina and sunsets are amazing. The place was clean and they had everything our young family needed - extra linens, high chair, etc. The kitchen was well stocked for large family dinners. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

I love this property. We really enjoy the view of the marina. I do wish they would update the TVs in the bedrooms - they are very old. Also, the bedroom TVs do NOT have cable - just the main room. They also need to buy more glasses. We ran the dishwasher a lot because we ran out of glasses and coffee cups. The furniture is very comfortable and the TV is great. We could not locate all the remotes which was a bit of a problem for us. Overall, we had a very good vacation and will rent this condo again. This is our 2nd year renting this unit.

Love going to Garden City Beach. Close to great restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Staying at Marlin Quay condos offers great views of the inlet and just a short walk across the street to the beach. We were disappointed this year that the pools were closed for most of the time we were there due to waiting for inspection after renovations were completed. We wee allowed to sit around the pool but not use it.

We love Marlin Quay, there was a bit more construction taking place than we thought, and it was directly outside our unit. The condo was nice, the stand up shower was very dirty and moldy. Other than that it was clean.

Came for 2 weeks October 2017 had had a very enjoyable stay. We know the area well and, although we generally stay further North and closer to the piers in Surfside and Garden City, we enjoyed this area of the beach a lot for those long morning walks. This unit is very spacious and well appointed, but not quite as clean as some of the other rentals. It looks like it may be due for a good painting and minor upgrade. Had to buy clothes hangers (usually a pet peeve but there were exactly 0 in the closets) and light bulbs for the bathroom vanity, and deal with an annoying leaky faucet and lousy analog TV's in the bedrooms and a missing remote for the main TV. But these are minor quibbles, suggestions really. We usually bring a lot of "stuff" so there was a lack of guest storage and the usual glut of too much "beach kitsch" that we don't appreciate and have to find a place to store.

We really enjoyed our visit. Great view and loved the spacious living room and bedrooms. The wide screen in the living room was great, but the TVs in the bedroom are old (snowy screen in my room) and need to be replaced. The bathroom sinks drain poorly and the tub shower has a constant drip that we could not fix. We had a hard time getting the front door open also. The owner needs to buy more glasses, but the dinnerware was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved sitting on the patio in the early morning and at dusk. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to a friend.

This is the third time we have spent March at a condo in Marlin Quay, the second time in 104. The location is really great with the balcony facing SW, so we get lots of warm sunshine in the afternoon; and get to observe the sun setting each evening. The condo is comfortable and roomy and well supplied with everything we need.

We enjoyed the condo, particularly the southwest facing balcony in the afternoons with the sun making it comfortable even if the temperature was a little on the cool side. We also were glad to have the big screen TV to watch "March Madness.

We enjoyed our stay in 104 Marlin Quay very much. We enjoy the proximity to the ocean, the pools, and Gulfstream Cafe. The unit was very nicely decorated and we enjoyed the balcony and lovely views of the inlet. We did not use the disposal as has been advised that they don't work well but the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, etc. we did have some trouble with the air conditioning toward the end of our stay but the problem was addressed by Garden City Realty. I would recommend that the owners update their beds but overall it was quite a nice place to stay,

The staff at Garden City Realty were very friendly from the first phone call until we checked out. Check in was quick and informative, the condo was a great location to watch the marina and for beach access. No problems whatsoever.

We rent this condo since the location is great and the unit has 3 beds that can sleep 2 people each - so I can get 6 people in beds. But the unit is a little tired - the ice maker had tape over it (having one the works is absolutely essential and it could use new bedspreads, pillows, etc. But the later is minor. I have rented this many times and really like the location and ability to sleep so many people in beds.

As always, Marlin Quay provides the best of all worlds. I have stayed at multiple Marlin Quay units and I found 104 to be the most comfy. The unit needs some "deeper" cleaning (i.e. dusting and crumbs in the sofas and chairs) and some WD-40 on the glass front door, BIG time on the sliding screen door and on the bathroom door leading into the second (two fulls) bedroom. Without question, I would rent this unit again...and without question, the staff at GCR is fantastic.

Condo was great! Enjoyed the WiFi. Very clean-just needs some clothes hangars and a cutting board for the counter. Kitchen very well equipped.

We have been staying in this condo for several years. We began when it was first updated. While it is nice the furniture is beginning to need updates as the pillows were picked and you could see the couches need cleaned as they are a light color. The location however is great and we love staying at the marlin quay.
