Sea Mystique 306

Everything about the condo was as expected. Clean, organized, and very convenient to restaurants. I would not hesitate to again stay at this location.
View was outstanding from the deck. Only issue was trying to figure out the TV. there were no instructions on how to access the Spectrum programing. I did figure it out and didn't have to contact property management.

This condo needs some updating and maintenace, but is clean and comfortable. The living room TV needs to be moved to the master bedroom and a large screen TV installed. An ice maker would be nice. Some light bulbs and fans need attention.

Great location close to the pier, nice people. Didn't rain once till we left on Sat the 9 th. I did lose my car key in the atlantic out from the sea mystique so if any one just by miracle find them an turns them by metal detector they're probably mine, honda make lol. I thought i was gonna have to stay which i wouldn't mind at all. Thanks for always being nice!

We love Sea Mystic 306. We are a return guest- family of 6 and this condo meets all of our needs sleep and bathroom wise. The fridge is small, the kitchen gadgets and utensils could use updated. We make do! This unit is always clean and smells fresh. Great location the the pier for our teens. We love the people we meet at the pool and have created life long friends. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Garden City. Sea Mystic is a gem!

Absolutely loved checking in without having to physically go to the office. Everything was exactly as advertised. The only two things negative I could possibly say was 1) upon arrival we did see a roach - so we purchase something and put out. No major problem- I think we saw 3-4 the entire week. 2) the neighbors above us were tremendously loud night and day. To the point we actually thought they were practicing for the Olympics or remodeling. Neither one of these things kept us from having a great week. Thank you!!

Great location, easy beach access. Condo was great. Floors needed vacuumed. We tried to vacuum but cleaner didn't pick up anything. Everything else was great.

IF HAVING A CANOPY/TENT IS IMPORTANT THIS IS NOT THE UNIT FOR YOU. This property is located in Garden City Beach and they do not allow canopies or tents on the beach.
Pros of the unit
It was very clean, the beds are very comfortable, we loved sitting on the deck and eating out there. The kitchen has nice cooking ware. Cute beach décor. Garage parking. Great location with amazing beach views.
The cons
It could use more light in the living room and dining room area, it was hard reading a book once the sun went down. The bathrooms could be updated. You have to really bend over to brush your teeth. I would like to see a glass baking dish in the kitchen. I know there is an aluminum pan but glass cooks better.

Garden City Realty office was excellent especially The agent Bob. He was very helpful. The condo we rented was very clean and very nice. I have no complaints.

Awesome location! A very short walk to garden city pier and all that surrounds it. Perfect place for your family if you have teenagers. We'll be back

We spent the month of October in this condo. The property is ocean front, well equipped, and conveniently located to the pier and other businesses. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property is very well located, away from the large populated buildings. Bring your wine glasses and a good sharpened kitchen knife as there are none.

Maybe Needs a baby pool, and the parties staying there were from diff states. My sis came in from Tenn and I from VA. Was very angry about the 1 parking pass rule, we had 2 cars.
