Fun week at the beach. Excellent accommodations.

We stayed in unit 1102 at One ocean place. The unit was well stocked and clean, the view was amazing! The only downfall was that one ocean place installed a new system for the gates to enter the condo parking area which worked when it wanted to. The system for the gates to get to the pool and ocean just aggravating. I understand the reason why they were installed but there has to be an easier way to enter and exit these areas.

What a wonderful and relaxing week our family spent at One Ocean Place. We have been coming to Garden City for many years and have enjoyed our time away immensely. This year was no exception, we unwound and visited the restaurants and venues. We are already looking forward to next year!

We stayed at 1102 One Ocean Place. The condo was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is kept up to date and everything works well. It is obvious the owners take pride in this condo. Lots of time was spent sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and birds, and looking for dolphins passing through in the mornings. Many wonderful family memories have been made through the years at 1102 One Ocean Place.

Very special place!
On our return visit this year, we again thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo. This place is so comfortable and a place we feel relaxed and "taken care of". Every detail is wonderful and welcoming. As we pack up to head back home, we look forward to returning next year to this very special place.

Exquisite
This condo is by far the most fabulous condo we have ever rented. The decorating taste is exquisite, furniture is great quality and comfort, kitchen is very well stocked, everything is very clean, and the bathrooms are nicer than ours at home.

Enjoyable
Really enjoyed our stay this month, will be returning next year. We are retired teacher (35 years) and utility worker (36 years) NYSEG, so we feel a connection. Back again 3/23 love it here, will be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The weather was beautiful and so was the condo. The condo was just as described and pictured. We loved having a keyl ess entry. The shades at the expansive windows are so much better than vertical blinds, although who wants to block out the beautiful view. We had a very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the realty company. We had wonderful dining in Murrell's Inlet with my favorite meal at Mojo's. We had a lovely relaxing vacation.

Absolutely beautiful rental. Could not ask for for a better place to stay. Clean, decorated. Kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable furniture. The best patio furniture. I thought elevators would b an issuer being on 11th floor, never had to wait and was always empty. Parking a little tight and scarce at times. Overall I would rent again, will recommend highly to reserve this gem.

Simply perfect. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle, but close enough to everything we wanted to get to. The unit was immaculate. The views were amazing. I can’t say enough about our experience.

This vacation rental is superb! I don’t even know where to begin describing it. The updates are fantastic. The view is awesome. It was great to have 2 bigger beds instead of the twins in most units. The mattresses were really comfortable. Got to love the walk in showers instead of the tubs you have to climb over in other units. I don’t cook on vacation but I must say the kitchen was beautiful. The patio furniture was exceptionally nice too and last but not least-what a view!

Fantastic
This unit is superior. It’s totally remodeled-it has a queen and king bed and awesome walk in showers. The view is outstanding and the outdoor furniture is super comfortable. I definitely plan to stay here again!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The condo had everything we needed. You know the owners take pride in serving their guests when the balcony furniture was not just the typical plastic chairs that you find in most rentals but beautiful, comfortable seating. The entire condo is wonderfully furnished and decorated. Thank you owners for letting us stay in your home away from home.

My family and I have rented this condo before and always come back to it. Nothing else compares. When we walked into it, it was spotless and smelled great.
The showers are big enough to accommodate a large man without feeling closed in. The kitchen has everything you need. Ocean view is great from the inside and on the spacious balcony.

5th year in a row staying in unit 1102. I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. We see a lot of the same people every year and have made friends that we look forward to seeing every year on the beach. Very clean, very nice updated unit.

Magnificent! We couldn't have been more pleased. Very up to date. Everything you need. Dishes, glassware, utensils, etc., were fantastic. Very clean, modern, and fully renovated. Would go back in a heartbeat! One Ocean Place's secret.

We have been coming here for several years. All were great! We would have liked a three bedroom, but none were available. The people at Garden City Realty were the best. We are trying to negotiate a 3-bedroom for next year and hope it comes to fruition. This 2-bedroom has everything modern and up-to-date. We love it.

This condo was about as good as it gets. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We have stayed in several of the other oceanfront high-rises in Garden City and this one tops them all. Also, the staff at Garden City Realty was very efficient, as well as helpful and friendly.

This unit did not disappoint! As pictured, everything from the furnishings to appliances to finishes were modern and up to date! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.The view was amazing from the 11th floor. Having a balcony off the master allowed waking to a beautiful sunrise. The only thing that would have made this unit better would be to have two twins instead of the full bed in the second bedroom. But for another single person or couple or children that sleep well together, it is perfect. We can't wait to return next year!

Although our vacation has shortened by Hurricane Florence, we had a great time. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Very up to date and very pretty. The views were spectacular.

One Ocean Place 1102 is a fabulous 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo. It was recently redecorated and has a spa-like feel. Every detail is gorgeous! All new furniture, flat screen TVs, stainless and granite. No granny’s attic cast offs! Kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms very modern. The bedding was fresh and beautiful, too. Only negative was not in the unit. One of the two elevators was out of service on move-out day. One of two hot tubs was not working most of the week and the other was lukewarm. Other than that, fantastic condo and building

I’ve been vacationing in Garden City Beach for 12 years and this was the first time staying at One Ocean Place. I liked that there was security and private parking. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had all the comforts of home. The only thing I would add is a tv in the second bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We enjoyed our time at the beach. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely rent this condo again. The new owners did an amazing job renovating it.
