2nd time staying here first time was on top floor this time on 2nd floor. Both stays was wonderful. I believe I found my summer getaway every year. Absolutely loved it. I got here to early this time and I recommend not planning on getting in any sooner because they need time for cleaning and inspection. They was very patient with all my calls because I was hoping to get in sooner. Next year I know better which wasn't any big deal for me.

We stayed at One Ocean Place 201 in August 2023 and loved it. It's a great updated unit that is easy to get to with great views. Unit was roomy with great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Only downsides would be showers were a bit small and one of the spare rooms could have 2 beds vs both having 1 bed. Plenty of parking. Pools were nice, though I wish they were open until 10:00 vs 9:00pm. We did have an issue with air conditioning after hours. We called and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.

Stayed here for a week. Was a fantastic experience! The morning sunrises where breathtaking! Access from property to beach was extremely easy and well taken care of. Only true disappointment was the parking situation. We had 3 groups of adults who drove separately and the parking permit on-site is only 2 maximum. Normally not a issue, but couldn’t make any exceptions and the offsite parking is a block away but relatively not close. To far to walk to. So anytime u needed access to all vehicles, we had to get a ride to the offsite lot. But overall, would stay again gladly!!

Beautiful Property. We enjoyed our stay at 201. I would say the bed in the back was very uncomfortable . New Mattress needed. otherwise everything else was great.

We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.

We really liked the condo. Our greatest disappointment was that all of the living room furniture had been cleaned and was left very damp / wet when we arrived. I received a text at 1 pm saying it was ready. We arrived at 11:30 pm and could not use the furniture. It was still damp the next morning and we still could not set on it. It was day 2 in the evening before we could use it.

We Love One Ocean Place. We have been staying here for over 25 years now. Will not stay anywhere else. We always stay in different units on the property. This particular unit was great, however we cannot give a five star rating due to the quality of the Living Room Furniture. The Living Room Furniture is worn out and broken down. Everything else was great.

Wonderful corner unit! Very comfortable and inviting. However, second year in this unit and some previous issues not fixed by owner. TVs in 2 bedrooms still not working. Not enough utensils (only 4 forks). Need a table & chairs outside. No closet in one very small bedroom because closet is locked. Ice maker was working this year thankfully!

We are senior citizens and have stayed at One Ocean Place many times in many units. 201 was very well appointed. A positive that should be noted in the description is all three bathrooms have extended height toilets, very useful for seniors. A few minor issues, however. The majority of the closets needed to be cleaned out, there was misc items that made portions of the closets unusable. The 3rd bedrooms closet was locked,an owner's closet, which we understand, but that should have been listed in the description.For most seniors, the living room furniture would be unusable, as it is very low and difficult to get up from.That being said, the dining table was perfect as well as the additional game table. The coffee pot was missing, however we called Garden City Realty and they brought a new unused programmable coffee maker very promptly. All that being said once we got acclimated it was a very enjoyable unit. I'm sure we'll rent again in the future. The location of the unit in the building was perfect to view the beautiful SC sunrise.

We were there with family and this was a very comfortable unit. We did not use the couch as a bed since we all like to stay up late and were in the living room. Loved the 2nd level close to parking.

Had a great time. Probably the best view in all of Garden City condos. AWESOME.
Kitchen cabinet dishes/pot and pans could use a good overhaul and replace with matching and in good condition items. The rest of the kitchen has new appliances and it super. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We spent three months in this condo with an amazing view from this second floor end unit. We could park on the upper level of the parking garage and walk to the condo without using the stairs or elevator, which was wonderful during COVID. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very spacious. The location is great with major grocery stores close by and a short ride north to Myrtle beach or south to Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. The beach is beautiful, clean and wide. Garden City Realty is great to work with.

We loved the condo. We had a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and pool. I give this a 10/10. The only negative experience was that we were not allowed to set up our tent in front of the condo. We had to drive down to the next beach access which was a huge hassle. They did provide an umbrella and two beach chairs but they were closely set up and we had a party of 6. It was not enough room for us.

Enjoyed my recent 4 Night stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and parking was great. My only regret was not booking directly with Garden City Realty. I used VRBO initally and got charged a booking fee with them and Garden City. For my next visit I will book directly with Garden City because I have used them numerous times on previous trips.

My family and I had a wonderful time here The views are great all around and the place is very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

We stayed 15 nights in OOP201 and we loved it! It was very spacious and so comfortable. The panoramic glass and doors allowed for incredible viewing of the ocean and beach. You could sit anywhere in the living/dining area and enjoy that incredible view! The furniture and beds were unbelievably comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cooking necessities and nice, updated appliances which we appreciated since we love to cook. The unit and the property were very clean and very secure. We will definitely be back to stay again at OOP201!

The staff at Garden City Realty were very courteous and helpful. The 3 bedroom condo we stayed in was excellent. Roomy and well furnished. My only complaint is that in two of the bedrooms the closets were full or locked, so we had no place to hang our clothes. I would recommend the owners put in some type of hanging rack for visitors clothes. We had a great stay. Pool and hot tub were well kept and nice too.
