Reunion Villas #2

This home was well decorated and comfortable. The owner obviously takes pride in their home offering better than average furniture, decor, dishes, etc. We found it exceptionally clean. The realty company was great to work with. We rented a beach cart, chairs and umbrella which made our time so much more enjoyable. We definitely would rent this unit again!

Very nice There was no outside water and hose there was a shower at the pool but didn't get sand off of you and also the railing on front was broke and zip tide together very dangerous

We have been going to the Myrtle Beach area for 25 years. This was our first time at Garden City Beach as well as Garden City Realty. We had a good experience and plan to return next year.

It was in a great location and very clean. The only issue was the hot water did not last long enough and not very hot water.

The rental was very clean with an oceanfront view and a perfect location for a beach experience! We have rented this location several times and have been extremely satisfied every time with the accommodations.

No complaints on property. OUR ISSUE; was with the keypad system being down when we were told the property was ready to check in at 3. Had to wait on maintenance to come work on it to gain access, didn't get in until almost 6pm. Hard to understand why a physical key couldn't be maintained at Rental agency for these type emergencies.

The house was great, and our family really enjoyed staying there. Kids enjoyed the convenience of the pool. There was a glitch with the door code that kept it from working for about 2 hrs (happened to a few houses), but realtor quickly sent a tech from the door code company to resolve the problem.

Reunion Villa #2 was a great house. The pool was a nice amenity as well. The house was clean, plenty big, and had the necessities (especially in the kitchen) we needed. It was also very easy to walk across the street to the beach and had a wonderful view of the ocean even though it was not ‘ocean front’. The only thing lacking was enough seating in the ‘living room’ area. This house accommodates 12 and there were only 7 of us. The couch and love seat seats 5- just a suggestion for the owner. Most nights we ate delicious food at Murrel’s Inlet, enjoyed the Marsh walk, and visited the Garden City Pier (at no charge) to enjoy great music and entertainment. There are plenty of things to do in Garden City such as arcades, putt putt, bowling, shopping, and lots of places to eat. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again from Garden City Realty!

We had a great time! The house is in a good location and it was clean when we arrived. My only suggestion is that you bring your own pillows and extra blankets.

We had another great vacation at this home. Space is great. View is wonderful. Very convenient to go from beach to pool. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the cookware. Searched everywhere for a can opener too. This will be our go to house in Garden City.

This is the second time that we stayed there. The only complaint that I have is they need to start replacing some items. They need new pillows to sleep on in some of the bedrooms. They also need to restock the kitchen with new items and add things to cook with.

Second year staying there, great location public beach access within walking distance. House neat and clean, would recommend as a smart choice to rent. Parking for 3 cars.

very nice house as described in ad. nice bedding. everything you could want. the cookware and silver ware need a major upgrade for a house of 10 to 12 people. kitchen supplies are a minimum for a house of this size and occupation size. everything else was great.

We had an amazing time in Garden City! Location of our vacation rental was perfect. The pool was sparkling clean and very relaxing. It was so wonderful to be able to leave your deck and go straight into the swimming pool and relax all day! We especially loved that we did not have a blocked view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was very quick. The vacation home was beautiful and well equipped. The only thing that we could ask for a would be a better equipped kitchen. We had a birthday party and we didn't have ice cream scoopers and several small utensils. We also had trouble with the washer and dryer. It would take up to 2 hours to finish loads. The area is a bit noisy and there's a lot of people cruising up and down Waccamaw Drive I, however, it would not deter us from staying again. We stayed during a very busy week!

Great stay. Our villa was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool
Was large and perfect. The only issue we had was the dumpster was full the whole week and was never emptied over our 8 day stay

We love returning to Garden City/Surfside for our summer vacations. This property had a perfect location and was a beautiful home. It was great to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. Beach access is right across the street and was very convenient. We will definitely look at this home to stay at again when we return in 2020. This property will not disappoint!

Our vacation stay at Reunion Villas #2 was very pleasant. We had a lot of family in the house for the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very nice and we would definitely stay again in the future.
