We had a few maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. Remaining issue is the main bathroom sink drains very slowly. Property was very clean but our unit had not been dusted. Otherwise, a great place and great stay.

My daughter and I were very happy with our rental condo last week. There were many updates to kitchen and bathrooms. The digital lock for the door was great, no keys to worry about. The amenities made our stay comfortable and relaxing. This was our secind stay in this condo, but the first time only lasted 3 days due to a hurricane forcing us to leave too soon. This time we were blessed with decent weather and a comfortable "home away from home". The condo was clean and ready for us. Thank you for the hospitality.

Our room was 2 bedroom we only had a few problems room very nice clean I am handicap beds so high I couldn't get legs up into bed without help. It was a surprising coincidence our room was on TV the week before we came the guy was from New York had meet the lady from Titanic took her to dinner before. Was trying to find artist of pictures in my bedroom we loved the area. The arcade very clean nice for all gigis grill and casway grill was very good food. And myrlles inlet very good to eat at The shower definitely needs a couple bars to hold onto to get in and out. We had never stayed at place had to vunmake beds at end we took out trash stacked towels separate from sheets all that should be in cleanup service. And should have 11 checkout time. Our WiFi didn't work for two days. I called on Sunday we had to call Monday at ,9 they got it fixed. Over all great vacation place nice room

The unit is very nice. It was clean. The kitchen was well supplied and we especially enjoyed the ice maker. Bathrooms are great. The shower off the front bedroom is lovely. One suggestion is for a handle to grab on exciting the shower. We are older and I would have safer. Our stay was lovely.

This condo was the best we have stayed in in the 25 years we have been vacationing in Garden City. It is decorated great and the kitchen is well stocked. My only compliment is the mattress in the master was too soft but that is not a deal breaker. We will rent this condo again.

Arrived to a very clean unit immediately felt comfortable. The balcony was our favorite due to the second floor level was so close to the ocean. More than enough space throughout and furnished nicely. Sheets and towels were furnished and were fresh and clean. GCR was so helpful during the first call I made to reserve the condo and throughout the whole experience. We are coming back and are going to try and get the same condo. We really enjoyed our week.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. I was worried that being on the 2nd floor would be noisy (on the balcony) but it wasn't at all. The photos on the website don't really do it justice... It's much more spacious than it looks. Immaculately Clean, Nicely Decorated and Comfortable Beds and Couches.
I will definitely try to return to this property for our next vacation!!

Everything was better than we could have imagined. The only suggestion I have would give the vacationers the direct internet password for that particular room. Having to deal with the up and down of the guest internet was kind of a pain. Other than that, we will be staying in the unit as long as it is available when we come back for a beach vacation.

Second stay at this particular condo. Perfectly equipped for our two week stay. Nice updated bathrooms with adequate storage for all the junk we brought with us. Balcony just over the beach - so perfectly located. We are already signed up for two weeks next summer. Our mild criticism- toilet rattles when u sit and the carpet is about ready for a cleaning.

Sufmaster was perfect for our small family vacation. the only thing was we were disappointed to find that for a beach condo. There weren't any sea food tools. It made it hard for our crabs feast. This was one of the nicest beach rentals I've ever stayed in. Plenty of space, nicely decorated, super clean, large balcony with great view, fully stocked kitchen. The check-in process was very simple and contact-free, which I appreciated given the current situation. The property has numerous security measures and the common areas (pool, elevators, etc.) all felt clean and safe. We only used the pool when it was empty or had few people in it but it was nicely maintained.

My only word of caution to potential visitors has nothing to do with the condo or the building. Every night there were LOUD fireworks being set off all up and down the beach, including directly in front of the condo. Some nights up until almost midnight. If you are traveling with children or just like to go to sleep at a reasonable hour, this could be a factor for you. They're fun for one night, but all seven was a bit much.

The property was clean and looked just like the photos. There was plenty of space for our family so we were not on top of each other. Everything we needed was within a 5-10 min drive. The views in this condo are incredible. The balcony was my favorite and spent every morning and night listening to the waves crashing on shore. You will not be disappointed. We recently stayed at Surfmaster Unit #210 in Garden City Beach. We were pleased from the moment we walked into the condo. The view was magnificent, the condo was clean and welcoming; in fact, the pictures were very accurate. Having towels and linens supplied (with the beds already made) was a major plus. We felt very relaxed and at home during our 9-night stay; in fact whenever we returned to the condo we referred to it as "home". The master BR also had a beautiful view of the ocean with sliding doors to the balcony. We never stayed anywhere where the master bathroom also had a view of the ocean! The location is great, close to the MarshWalk in Murrells Inlet, the Garden City Pier, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Pawley's Island, Barefoot Landing and more. There were times we simply stayed in the condo or on the balcony with a glass of wine enjoying the ocean and watching the beachgoers. We had one of the best vacations in a long time and our accommodations played a major part. We can't wait to return!

This property is well kept. Very nice decor. Make you feel right at home! There were very minor things, like remote in bedroom missing battery cover and picture frame in foyer cracked. The master bathroom needed toilet cleaned a little better but overall this would not hinder my return to this specific property. Owners have really did an outstanding job with keeping it up to date!

Vacation Rental was great! low season so beach was less crowded, weather was great this time of year and condo was very comfortable. Nice upgrade on bathrooms. Seal on fridge door may need to be replaced, doesn't seem to close all the way, need to be careful. Also, may want to check belt on AC unit, when unit kicks on, the fish on wall in the back bedroom shake! Overall great stay!

The only problems with unit were the queen and twin bed. They are beyond worn out and we were unable to sleep on them. Do not expect to get any sleep. Everything else was perfect. Kitchen well furnished and living room furniture almost new. Outside deck is wonderful and view cannot be beat.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful weather the entire week. The only issues we had are that the back bedroom (queen bed) mattress needs upgrade, needs better lighting and better ventilation, possibly a ceiling fan. Also, the people below us were smokers, like from the time they got up till the time they went to bed smokers and the smoke emanated up to our balcony. We had to buy a fan to try to keep the smoke away. My brother has COPD and it made it difficult for him to enjoy the balcony.

We always enjoy staying at the Surfmaster. The location is convenient to almost anything you want to do and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile in providing whatever you need. We have been staying here for years and Unit 210 is my favorite so far. It's very comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking your meals in. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the Unit this time. The Kitchen and Bedrooms were very clean, as usual, but the Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Also, the Living Area didn't appear to have been vacuumed or dusted very well. This has never happened before, to us at least, at the Surfmaster. Normally our Units have been extremely clean when we arrive. It would definite not prevent us from staying there in the future and I most definitely recommend it to anyone if you want a nice, comfortable, family environment.

Never being in the Myrtle Beach area before, we were very happy with our choice in Garden City. Our condo was in a great location and very nice and clean. I have 2 comments about #210. First, it would be nice if the small sofa could be switched around so it's back is towards the dining table. That way, you could enjoy the view of the water no matter where you sat. Also, having a binder with information on how the TV's and remotes work would be an asset. Would definitely stay in #210 again when returning to Myrtle Beach.

Front row ocean front property. Perfect for us snowbirds. On site Garden City Realty staff were excellent. WiFi was very inconsistent - sometimes ok, many times very slow, or WIFI connection just drops out. Seems to me they need a technology upgrade. Hot tub at night being sometimes used by non-residents and quite noisy.
Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

We arrived to excellent weather and had our infant granddaughter and her parents with us for 10 days. Then hurricane Matthew arrived and we evacuated. It took property managers weeks to clean out the sand and damage. Beach access was never restored, a major inconvenience. One of two hot tubs was back in service 17 days later, one of two pools. Garden City Reality did the best they could under the circumstances, with lots of repair work to get things in shape. The beach was excellent, our view was superb, and the weather the rest of October was awesome.

First, I would recommend this condo! 2 bedroom, 2 bath was awesome! It is roomy, love the decor., washer and dryer is always a bonus. Parking was good and we could get our Ford F150 in the parking garage, we have had trouble with this a another location. We personally will not be going back to this area due to the traffic and getting jelly fish bites this year.

After 40 years vacationing from Cherry Grove to Surfside, this condo best met our needs. The living room is wider than many, and the 5 panes of glass give it an airy feel. We ate breakfast and lunch right by the windows, watching the beach activities. The kitchen had large, accessible cabinets for groceries, but was well-stocked with necessities, too. Updated carpet with a good pad and a quiet DW were unexpected plusses.The main sofa vinyl is split, and somewhat uncomfortable, but it did not detract too much from our week's enjoyment. I would have preferred updated kitchen (not fluorescent) lighting and new kitchen faucet and bath shower heads. Granite would be nice, but the new counters were attractive also. When we arrived the master TV didn't work. We were also concerned that they closed the pool at our building for most of the week.

Third visit to Surfside for our family; first at the Surf Master 210. Outstanding room and location !!! Entire unit was clean, roomy and provided an excellent view of the ocean. Also liked the fact that the walk from the beach and/or pool was not far from the actual room. Only minor issue was slow drain in shower; otherwise = OUTSTANDING and plan to book same unit next summer.

We always stay at Surf Master, this was our first time in this unit. Very Comfortable, loved the extra table by the window. That is usually where we ate. The only complaint that I have is that the dresser in Master had broken drawers, had to be careful when pulling them out, or they would fall out on the floor. This was very comfortable for 4 adults. Weather was also cooperative!

This was our third stay at Surf Master. We enjoy the location and the rooms.
During this stay there were some small problems.
The outlets in the master bath did not work and some of the other duplex outlets only on one side.
I must say that the furnace blower was extremely
loud. The only reason we cut our stay from 1 month to 3 days was a lack of parking spaces. Someone used very poor planning for the concrete work. It was a mess. We where told to park on the street. We were helped to find other accommodations.
All in all we may still stay there again.

Mr. and Mrs. Leverton, I apologize that you arrived to a few issues here at Surf Master. When it comes to the bathroom outlets that were not working, we discovered that this was the result of a GFI breaker that was tripped. In the bedrooms, the outlets that appeared to be broken were most likely connected to the light switch at the entryway. Sometimes guests are mistaken and believe these outlets to be broken when they are really just turned off at the switch. I also apologize that the parking garage that was under construction. We did our best to notify all of our guests of these scheduled plans in advance via emails that were sent out. Similarly, we worked very diligently to come up with alternate parking options in the buildings next-door and offered refunds when necessary. I am glad to hear that our staff was able to help you find another property to stay in and hope that the remainder of your time here in Garden City Beach is wonderful.
