Sea Master 308

Been staying here gor 6 or 7 years. Always a great experience. Condo has everything we need. Cant wait to return next year.

This was the vacation we needed not wanted. The condo was nice, dated a little but spacious and clean. The lighting in the house very bright you can see everything. The porch, while small holds nice high top chairs and a table. Parking is under the complex as well as a decent size parking lot. Love the keyless entry. Would’ve like to have known ahead of time we didn’t have to go to main office to check in but just go straight to complex when we got our text it was ready.

We had a wonderful time. Property was as described, a bit outdated but clean. Love the location, close to everything, and the pool was kept very clean. Overall, everything was very nice for an older condo. However, the trash can was stinky and nasty, and I had to wash it before I could put a bag in it. The kitchen cabinets and drawers need to be organized so guests can find things more easily. There is only a five cup coffee pot, so we had to make numerous pots every morning,. The edge of the kitchen cabinets over the bar are a hazard for tall people; most everyone of us hit our head at least once reaching for something on the bar. These small things would not prevent us from renting again. We had a blast!

We have been vacationing at Myrtle Beach for 6 or 7 years now and have always had a great time which is why we keep coming back. My only negative comment is the complex is not ADA compatible. We have a 13 year old boy with cerebral palsy who needs a wheelchair to get around. The 5 steps that need to be used going to and from the condo are quite a challenge. This was not a surprise to us since we have been coming here a lot.

The condo was just perfect. The only minor issue was that the dryer in the condo was locked, so we could not use it, but there was a washer/dryer on site that could be used if needed. That was not a big deal to us at all. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and would love to stay there again sometime.

We've stayed here on several occasions. We enjoy the condo, linens and check out clean up included. Our 2 boys love the pool and beach just a few steps away! We forgot a cell phone and management immediately picked it up and returned it via priority mail!

The Condo was in a great location. Management was on top of things. Just a stones throw to the beach. Loved the view from our room. Beach front view.

We have stayed in this complex before and love the location. This particular unit (308) did not have a television in the 3rd bedroom as shown in pictures which ws disappointing to the guests in that room.

I had a wonderful vacation last week, April 30-May 7. The property was nice and the location was fantastic. The 2nd bedroom is too crowded-I would suggest removing the chair and a smaller headboard on the twin bed. Otherwise, the property and amenities were very nice.

We had a wonderful time, although the balcony seemed a bit shaky, the whole building structure needs attention. People on the beach were setting off fireworks way too close to the building. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

We loved our vacation rental experience. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The place was clean and had everything I needed when making food for the week. It was clean upon arrival and I loved the fact I did not have to provide my own linens.

While the unit was dated and door to the fridge was rusted like it had been sitting outside for a long period of time, the condo was very Clean and comfortable. The unit was right on the Water to the point high tide was only a few feet away which was nice. One of the elevators was out and we had a long walk to the other one. Apparently it's been that way for some time. Overall, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to a friend. Very courteous and helpful rental staff. Thanks

Have stayed in many of the Sea Master units over the past 15 years but this is the first time for one of the three bedroom ones. Overall, the unit is nicely decorated and maintained, but does need some minor tweaks. The refrigerator works fine but looks pretty ratty with rust on the door. Should take less than an hour to lightly sand and paint with white epoxy. Also the dining room table is nice and large for game playing with the grand kids but needs to be tightened up. Again would be a ten minute job with the right tools. The unit is nicely laid out for families with several children who need "their space" and is located near the pool so that you can keep track of the kids from the balcony. Was very disappointed that the one elevator was still out of service after over a month, which necessitated hauling our bags up to the third floor. Not Fun!! We have always been pleased with the Sea Master units and with the rental companies. They do a great job in keeping things running smoothly for the guests.

Wonderful location. Loved being right on the Ocean. The condo was clean, but could use some updating. My only and biggest complaint is the elevator close to our condo was out of order. We had to carry our luggage and everything we bought Avery long way from the working elevator. Doesn’t sound that bad until you make three or four trips. We are in our 70’s and it was a hardship for us.

This property has the perfect location you can not get any closer to the beach. Property is a little dated but was very clean and made us feel at home. Would definitely come back and recommend to our friends!

From my first contact to make reservations thru check-in everything ran smoothly. The clerks all had such a friendly personality, it made you feel very welcomed.
The condo was very impressive, nice selection of furniture and extremely clean. We especially enjoyed
the recliners and their arrangements, as my husband
was not able to go to the beach, but really liked
being able to recline and see the beach and hear the
surf. Also, the "goody bag" was well received with the extra paper towels, toilet paper & beach ball.
If we are able to visit again we would want to get
this unit.

The unit was ocean front with a perfect morning view for the sunrise and to see dolphins. Very clean and homey, the pool was good to have as another source of swimming. Location was close to shops, grocery stores, and the pier.

We were caught by the hurricane and had to evacuate. The staff at Garden City was great when we returned and went out of their way to get us back in the unit for what was left of our second week. Great people to deal with.

We absolutely loved our vacation at Sea Master! In fact, we stayed an extra day! Extremely clean and great ocean front balcony. My recommendations would be to replace the couch (it's pretty worn), put TV's in all bedrooms and even though we didn't need the dryer, if you stay a whole week you would. Has a well stocked kitchen and finally the 4:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out makes you feel like your are getting shortchanged. Overall very happy and will reserve again!

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Sea Master 308. This unit works well for our family and has the right number of beds available. The queen and twin mattresses in the middle bedroom were a little too firm for our liking. Also, when we arrived, the first bedroom on the right was warm. We discovered that the window was partially open. Once we got it closed, the A/C worked great!

Our experience was very good. My only negative comment is that after driving all day with children in the car, I was expecting to be able to occupy the house at 4:00 which was not the case. I realize that the lease says that check in starts at 4:00PM but that means you can not plan your arrival so you can get in the house when you arrive.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. I love the location and view. It's very comfortable. The only recommendation I have had is to add TV's in the other bedrooms.

We had a great week in Garden City. It was the first time staying in this area...we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach. The unit was really nice...clean - well stocked. The only issue was the balcony. The furniture was really nice....but the wood was separated from the building and many of the boards need to be replaced. For safety reasons...the owners really need to take a look at that...otherwise we loved it!!

This was the second year we stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the garbage disposal had to be cleared out when we got there, and then we had to call maintenance for the dishwasher which turned out to be broken. So we couldn't use it for the week.

I would make one suggestion that the owner put tv's in the other bedrooms.

Our stay at Sea Master 308 was very nice. The building was in a good location...although the walk to the pier took longer than it looked...and the view from our room was perfect. The condo itself was very spacious with plenty of room for my husband and I and our 4 kids..3 that are teenagers. There were a few minor housekeeping issues when we first arrived (hair covering bottom of one bathroom door and visible dirt in kitchen sink) and the air took quite a while to kick in on arrival, especially the front bedroom with the twins. The dryer had a padlock on it and didn't work, which was clearly stated in the description before we rented...however, the public coin-dryer next to the elevator was also broken, leaving us no choice but to air dry our beach towels. By morning they were so stiff we could have cracked them in half I think the owners should consider repairing/replacing the washer/dryer unit. But it was a fabulous stay..comfortable condo, great view...would come again!

We had a wonderful vacation at Sea Master, the room was clean, functional, and well maintained. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and the view to the Ocean is amazing. I did knock down the "General Condition" by a star, because the only complaint I had was the WIFI - which was unusable for most of the week. I did call the maintenance number and was told that it was "up and functional" but that perhaps the system was being "overloaded" by the number of people connected to it. If WiFi is important be sure you have a hotspot of your own - as the shared wifi cannot be depended upon. Outside of that - The location, facilities, and people staying here were all wonderful!

Location was great. Loved being ocean front. Home is showing its age needs some updating. AC strained to keep the unit cool needed to run floor fans the entire week to cool rooms down

The condo was great and looked exactly like the photos on the website. All was clean and well maintained. We were a party of six and were very comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony right on the beach. Fireworks are allowed on the beach. I am not a fan of fireworks on the beach, especially right in front of the building you are staying in. It was quite windy and there were some Sea Master guests shooting fireworks that were blowing back into the balcony area. Other than the fireworks, it was great. Super convenient to the beach, stores, everything! I recommend the linen package, it saved packing space.

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times, and stayed in a few different places. The condo in Sea Master was perfect for us. Plenty of beds, and right on the beach ! Perfect !
