Surf Master 613

We have been going to Surf Master properties for 30 years and have booked already for 2025. Our current rental is very nice but should consider upgrading the smaller bathrooms and general look.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Our only complaint was the lack of a returned phone call from the maintenance department. The light fixture in the dining area did no work and no one got back to us.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and in excellent condition. The beds and furniture are very comfortable also. Our family was comfortable. Surf master 613 was a beautiful stay and as pictured. The home showed that its owners cared a great deal for the property. I loved that there were some cleaning supplies so I could clean up, because staying at the beach brings so much sand and mess. We had issues with an appliance and we did call f service. When it couldn’t be fixed on the spot they were fai. The location was amazing equal distance to each pier nearby. I appreciated that they had beach chairs to use and you could rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach already set up, by the day or week.. I loved the condo and location so much I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and loved our view. Perfect location. Nice updates. We had issues with our AC settings that never truly got fixed. We had AC we just had to constantly change it to the temp we wanted because it was on a schedule that maintenance couldn’t turn off.

The condo was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. Very clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub, hallways, and elevator were nice an clean. Couldn't ask for a better spot on the beach. We would love to stay here again.

This was our third year in a row for our stay in this condo. We love this condo. It suits all of our needs for our multi family vacation. The balcony is a place that we spend a lot of evenings. It is so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this condo!

My family of six adults loved Unit #613. We have stayed at Surfmaster several times and all the units we have rented have been very nice, however this unit was the best!! Beautiful furnishings, updated kitchen and baths, comfortable beds, all with a beautiful view!!! The only negative was there wasn't sufficient cutlery for meals. Most likely Garden City Realty isn't aware, so wanted to let you know...lots of missing forks, knives and spoons. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped with any/everything you may need!!!

When we checked-in there were two maintenance items to be addressed. Reported on Saturday upon arrival. They were addressed on Monday. This was our 2nd visit to this unit, overall it was great. Registration team are wonderful. Suggestion, it would be nice to have an extra hand towel for each bathrooms, there was only one per bath. 2nd, an additional kitchen dish cloth would be nice too. Garden City is our favorite beach location, will definitely be back.

From the reservation process through week stay, this was one of our most relaxing beach getaways.
Unit was furnished very nicely, best mattresses & pillows assured restful nights sleep. Had all needed appliances, double oven was a bonus. November weather cooperated also:)
Reservation assured appropriate COVID cleaning was done after each stay. We double sanitize wiped door knobs, handles & light switches too.
Just one suggestion, needed a broom in unit.

I can't say enough about this condo. We stayed here last year and decided then we would return to the same condo this year. We love it here. It fits us so well. The balcony with all the furniture is great for bigger parties with seating for all. The kitchen and bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. There were some upgrades since last year on the bathrooms that were beautiful. Full walk in showers are great. I would highly recommend this condo. We are hoping to return next year!!

This was the second time I and 4 of my friends stayed in Number 613, south tower. It is a very good location with lots of privacy on the balcony. This space was really nice last time, but even better this time, with nice furnishings on the balcony containing a table and 4 chairs and a separate seating area. I loved the 2 king beds and the double and twin in the third bedroom and the three bathrooms. It was a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and new flooring had been placed therein. The owners had very tasteful decor. We loved our stay.

We just finished our vacation at Surfmaster 613. It was absolutely wonderful. The condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in the Surfmaster condos before. They are always very nice. But we needed a bigger one this year and I have to say that 613 was by far the best. It fit our group like a glove. The balcony with it's gorgeous views. The balcony furniture was so comfortable that we would spend hours out there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. The beds and bedrooms worked perfect for us. It was clean and basically well maintained. Just minor stuff that isn't even worth mentioning. The reservation procedure along with the check in and check out was a very easy process. Kudos to the owners and Garden City Realty. We already plan on returning next year.

One of our best choices for vacation rentals! The unit is wonderful! Balconies have a great front & side view, unlike other buildings in area. This unit's balcony furniture is very nice. We're three generations and bedroom / bed layout fit us perfectly. We're strongly considering this unit for next year. I agree with other reviewers, the furniture could be updated, sits too low from age/use - hard on the knees. We tend to eat in often so another skillet and large pot for pasta would be nice, but we had enough options to make things work. Loved the pool, hot tub and just the few steps to the beach. I am always hesitant at first when working with someone new, but could not have found Garden City Realty to be any better. Very quick responses, very professional. The entire building area is very clean. We accidentally left a van door open and security came to our unit at 10 PM to advise us - very impressed with their service. It was dusty under the reclining furniture and chairs, but everywhere else was very clean. Building-wise, we could not have been any closer to the very clean beach. Tons of activities in the area are just short drive away. Tons of coupons making a trip to the Visitor's Center worth the trip there.

First, they improved the balcony furniture setup even more by purchasing a new table and chair set. They also had the section sofa cushions re-stuffed and covered to improve the living area seating arrangement. Lastly, they also purchased two Farberware skillets and a 12 quart pot with a lid to address your concerns about the lack of options in the kitchen. The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was perfect. My only complaint was the freezer door. We had an awful time with it. It didn’t slide well, you couldn’t get it to open all the way so it was very difficult to get the ice tray in and out. The ice maker was also so slow that we had to buy our own ice. This may not be a big deal to some people but on vacation we tend to drink a lot of frozen drinks so we went thru a lot of ice. Other than that the place was great we are definitely thinking about doing it again next year.

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights over the Easter holiday. The unit has recently been renovated with hardwood floors and an open kitchen with very nice new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay, including cookware, towels, bedding, and even beach chairs. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with new, very comfortable patio furniture.
