My family has been vacationing in Garden City for over 30 years and at One Ocean Place for the last 8 years. Great
Location, parking garage, two pools Best of all, on the beach and beautiful views!

Loved the convenience of this condo. It's on the first floor but being kept nicely. The condo is very clean but it took a while to get hot water when turning on the faucets. We love being right on the beach. I would recommend this condo.

Our stay was very good and we enjoyed the week very much. Everything worked well and no issues at all. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants the location on the beach and with little effort whether on the pool deck or the sandy turf.

We had a great time on the beach and in the pool. Condo was very nice. Need a skillet. Beds were very comfortable. Livingroom furniture was very comfortable to relax after a busy day.

Condo is nice, living room sliding door is very hard to open and close, needs to be addressed , tv reception was poor and no golf chanel was a disappointment

OOP is a great complex and we’re always excited to return. For this trip, we had relatives fly in from Texas to join us and they were very pleased overall.

OOP 103 was adequately furnished and we were comfortable during our 4 night stay. Biggest complaints is that the balcony door was difficult to open and the mattresses/pillows were average at best. Also, while it did not bother us, any one renting this unit should be aware that the balcony directly overlooks the hot tub and the pool is to the side.

This condominium was extremely clean and updated with beautiful floors and counter space. Very convenient access on first floor with beautiful sweeping ocean views. Two large pools and spas with beach access at center of property. A very enjoyable and comfortable vacation property.

An issue arose with a rental I had. That is, the owner wasn't maintaining the property to the standard of Garden City. The reservation was cancelled. I thought my vacation was ruined . . .but no! Garden City made it right and made it work. They helped me find a new place and I couldn't have been happier.

We enjoyed 103 One Ocean Place very much. It was perfect for our 90-year old Mother who cannot negotiate stairs. Everything in the condo was very nice, clean, and in good working order. The linens and kitchen equipment were good. (I would only suggest that salt and pepper always be in any unit.) The view of the ocean were unsurpassed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was newly renovated and very well maintained. The location on the beach front was great because there weren't other high rises on either side so we had plenty of room on the beach.

We had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful when we had a question. Clean neat and had everything we needed, The parking deck was a little tight for SUV's. We didn't find out there was an outdoor restroom until our last day. Our deck was right above the hot tub so that limited privacy but, that is my fault for choosing that location. In all we had a very nice experience.

I loved One Ocean Place I was a little worried about being on the bottom floor, but the views were beautiful and the noise level from the pool wasn't bad at all. I would diffently stay there again.

Very clean and spacious. Property was in a great location with two pools to enjoy. The wind was very chilly a couple of days but overall we had a very relaxing week! Hopefully will get to return again!

This unit is directly in front of the Jacuzzi and very near the pool and the walkway to the elevator, so there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony or in the unit if the blinds are open. The building was undergoing construction which caused a lot of noise and vibrations. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the use of the sofa bed. The showers were hot and the water pressure was good. The office was extremely helpful and professional handling all of our needs. I like the property, its amenities, and proximity to restaurants, but I will request a higher floor next time.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this condo. The Floor-to-Cieling windows on the oceanfront were beautiful! We could see the ocean just sitting in the living room! This Condo was very spacious! It was so nice to wake up in the Master Bedroom to the sunrise over the ocean. It was absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be staying here again. The Condo was very clean as well. The furniture could use some updating, but it was nice anyway. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation here!

We enjoyed one ocean place unit 103 very much. The entire complex has godawful parking though, and the WiFi was horrible. Our unit 103 was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place at least three times in the past years and the view has always been a highlight of the condo.The previous visits we were on the 5th and 6th floors and we never had any privacy issues but this time we we stayed in 103 which is right next to the hot tub and pool.A major problem in the room was that the blinds would not close (in the den at all and there were gaps in the bedroom blinds).The room was decorated colorfully but the carpet needed replacement and the sliding glass door was so hard to open that we had to use both hands to pull it and the metal would separate from the glass.The locking latch was also broken so we used a provided stick to secure the door.The microwave has a problem burning paper products when heating.
I have listed the problems first but the room view and stay we're still enjoyable.The advantage to staying on the first floor is a short elevator ride.We noticed that the maintenance crew were constantly cleaning the common areas and I had asked Mike,who was part of the crew what I should do about the internet not working and he went out of his way to call Time Warner and report the problem.He showed up at our door with the number to call and gave us his number in case there was a future problem.
The overall stay was great as we had fantastic weather,ate some good seafood,walked the beach,had some of the most beautiful sunrises.and soaked in the views of the Atlantic Ocean!
