This was a very nice house and had everything we needed. The AC broke and your quick response and hard work to get it fixed that night was amazing and kept us cool for the rest of our stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at sandy beach! Everyone in my family was very comfortable and accommodated, house is very spacious. However a few things could make this house even better. Appliances need to be updated,fridge door stays open and leaks water, pots and pans are very old, couch was comfy but very stained as well as the rugs upstairs. Mattress were ok but could definitely be better! Overall we had a great time and would stay again especially if these issues were addressed! Also we were disappointed there was no tiki bar by the pool as pictured :(

My family and I had an overall great experience at Sandy Beach. The home was spacious for 7 adults and 1 toddler. The home is a reasonable walk to the beach and public access. Because the home is located on a quiet street that allowed for privacy in the backyard and pool area. The only negatives we have about the property is we were not provided a pool skimmer to clean the pool from debris and bugs. We also felt like the property had a good amount of bugs outside and would recommend that the management group spray for mosquitoes and roaches. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this home.

We absolutely LOVE Sandy Beach and plan to rent it whenever we go to Surfside. It is very homey and the perfect distance from everything. I do have to say the place was not cleaned very well this time which was disappointing and kind of gross but as for the rental itself; we love it and plan to stay there again in the future.

Great house and good comfortable space, including 4 1/2 baths, pool awesome, clean, kitchen equipment ok
Only suggestions are more balcony chairs and replace the Beds, squeaky bed frames and springs, sagging mattress, feel every movement of your bunkmate like a shock wave, doesn’t make for restful night’s sleep.

Holiday Getaway
Quiet neighborhood, Beautiful home w/ plenty of room for the whole family. Love having the privacy of your own pool to enjoy after a day on the beach. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, Surfside Pier, Surfside Festivals & the beach. (my personal fave Gracious Pig) We will continue to stay in this home for our family vacation getaways as we have for many years now.

Good for the most part. We had some issues with the pool, AC and TV/internet. All were resolved pretty quickly but were an inconvenience you don’t want to experience on vacation. Pool was never really properly cleaned during our stay

I want to thank both the owners and the management company for a great experience. Sandy Beach was beautifully maintained and felt like our 'home away from home.' It was the perfect size for our family which included 4 women and 1 dad so the bathrooms in every room were a blessing. We were pleasantly surprised the house included all kitchen needs and the furniture may look uncomfortable but believe me, you melt right into it. Lastly, this house was the perfect location for us. Close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, parks, and farmers market but far enough to be away from the crowds. We will definitely rent in the future if it is available when we need it. Thank you again.

This was our first time in Surfside Beach and Sandy Beach made it memorable! The house, location and amenities were great. The twinkly lights hanging around the pool were a nice, fun touch (the pool light inside the pool did not work but the twinkly lights provided enough light for night swimming). The wifi was not working when we arrived but a call to maintenance had Tim over solving the problem super-fast with a friendly attitude. We did a fair amount of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the private pool - when we first arrived, we thought it looked a little small but upon checking out other pools in the area, it was on the larger side and was just perfect for the 7 of us.

Perfect for a families! Our kids absolutely loved the pool! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable! Loved that we could see the ocean from the decks! We will definitely stay here again! Very clean!

It was an OK stay. Property is in a decent location and was clean. Beds were not that comfortable. I had to call Maintenance 3 times to get the outside lights around the pool fixed. We didn't get to use the pool at night for 2 nights waiting on repairs. Huge disappointment to my kids. We also had Palmetto bugs bad. We were ok with our stay but will try to find a different house if we return. Also, if going avoid downtown Myrtle Beach, we parked in a paid parking garage and had two vehicles broken into with personal belongings stolen.

My Family and I have rented Sandy Beach (Mystic Tide) for the past 4 years for our annual vacation. We love everything about the house and location. We take our golf cart with us every year and use it to haul all the umbrellas, chairs, etc. to the beach every morning. The house is close enough to walk to the beach, but far enough back to have plenty of peace and quiet. The pool is excellent for taking a dip after being on the beach all day. We look forward to staying at this house for many years to come.

This was our first visit to this side of the beach and the first time not staying right on the beach. We enjoyed the size of our unit but now know that we prefer to be right on the beach and in Myrtle Beach.The dishes need replacing, there are many that have large chunks taken out of plates etc. We also were disappointed that there wasn't wifi available.

.Had a great vacation. Overall the house is great. Could be stocked with a few more cooking utensils and implements. The other thing that is lacking is a WiFi connection. Most rental properties we've stayed at in other locations and states are equipped with WiFi. Also, the shower in the smallest bedroom is almost unusable. The shower head is not adjustable either for position or spray. Very hard to use. Need more hooks in bathrooms.

We stayed 7 days in Mystric Tide in July. The check-in and check-out service was excellent and speedy. the house was just as described with an ocean view and a short walk to the ocean. i would definetly stay again and would recommend it to everybody.

For the past 3 years we have come to this property with two other couples. We have enjoyed our stay each time. Beach is a short walk and very clean. The Condo is neat and clean and for the most part has everything you need. Wi Fi would be something that we all would like to see in the coming year. Some of the furniture could use replacing such as the rocker in the living room and the main TV. It is not very clear anymore and it is quite large. A Slightly smaller and clearer TV would be and improvement.

Help from Garden City Realty began on our journey to Surfside Beach S.C. Our GPS could not locate realty. One call to Garden City Realty, and a helpful staff member had us on our way. On arrival at Garden City Realty our rental package was ready, and waiting. Realty staff gladly provided us with a map, and highlighted directions to our wonderful rental property. The house itself was beautiful. The inside was neat, clean, comfortable, and furnished tastefully, and family friendly. The grounds were well kept, and the pool was well used as it was very inviting. We were just blocks from the beautiful beach. The neighborhood was friendly to us, and quiet. This was our best vacation yet. We came back very relaxed, with wonderful memories, and pictures.

Kitchen should be updated.......such as dishes ( should be microwave safe).....need wine glasses & corkscrew.........a set of small bowls...larger sauce pans. The silverware was fine. The pool was great! A picnic table would be nice. The mattresses really need to be replaced.

Our stay at Mystic Tide was wonderful. I would recommend this property to any one. We loved the home. The decor is very nice. It has a nice view and its in a great family neighborhood. It's very comfortable. It made me and my family want to move to Surfside! The location is great because its within walking distance from everything you could want. This was our 18th year in the Myrtle Beach area and we rent a different property every year just for the variety. This was one of the best we've stayed in. The furniture was very nice, the house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet...the only complaint was the TV in the living room is a little too large and is hard to see in the daytime with the sun coming in through the windows. All in all we would recommend this property to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, comfortable place to enjoy a week in the greatest vacation destination in the U.S.!!!
