Beach House 110

This was our second year staying at the beach house. We love the property with its proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ashley at garden city reality went above and beyond to help us when we needed help with a few things upon check in. Her kindness truly made our trip. We will be retuning to our favorite place in the future!

Place was great with 2 bathrooms. Balcony had al mismatched chairs and lots of them, but the view of tge icean all day was worth it. Sofa was quite uncomfortable. I purchased chair pads to put under the cushions to help with sagging. The covers need to be washed and maybe bleached... Otherwise unit was nice and convenient on the 1st floor.

We had a very nice vacation. We have stayed at the Beach House several times over the years. Loved the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. We would definately stay at the Beach House again.

The condo was directly on the ocean and sitting on our balcony we had a nice side view of the ocean. A few minor changes would be a curtain over the shades in the bedroom to block bright outside hallway light, televisions didn't work as you needed a ROKU password, and update mattresses (sagging and indentation in mattress by wall)

I think that the down spout on the balcony should be fixed or it will rot away. The rain water washed directly on the balcony and is pulling the railing apart. Other than that the view is great and I will be back.

Have stayed at this condo complex several times. It’s always a good time. Location is great for the things we enjoy doing while there. Clean and well maintained. We came in 1 week after hurricane Ian, and although there was still much cleaning up happening all over the area, we were Very impressed at how well and quickly it was happening. Horry county highway department has it going on!

Have stayed in this complex of condos before. They are very well maintained and their location is perfect for the things we enjoy while staying at the coast. Will definitely stay there again and recommend them to others.

Our room was clean and stocked nicely for our needs. The only negative was the condition of the pool. It didn't seem to be kept as clean and tidy as in years past. There were several clumps of hair and the water level was kinda off. The overall appearance of the property was clean and as expected. We do look forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay at Beach House 110. The condo was very clean. The unit had some nice updates like fresh carpet. Linen service was so helpful. My only ‘criticism’ was that the kitchen was over filled with a mishmash of stuff. It would be nice if it was paired down and more intentional so guests had more room for their food and stuff.

We love Garden City area and staying at the Beach House. This was our third time staying at Beach House condos. Beach House 110 was clean, had everything we needed and just a few steps to the beach. Kroger and Walmart is a short drive when you need to get groceries and supplies. You can sit on the living room couch and see the ocean. I recommend staying in this condo.

Me and My Family always stay at Garden City every year sometimes twice a year and this was our first stay at the Beach House 110. We loved that it was two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with washer and dryer the only thing I frowned upon was we rented a golf cart for the first time and u cannot keep it at ur place at all and that was a disadvantage to us but other than that it was a great 5 day stay .

The pictures didnt do it justice. It was beautiful, a little out dated but the kitchen was big and had everything we needed, there is a washer and dryer and the balcony has a door from the livingroom and master bedroom that looks out to the ocean.

We were glad to see the inprovements in the condo it was getting pretty bad last year you should really up date the pictures on your web site. New beds and couch and chairs and paint really made the difference this time. One thing that needs to be looked at is the locks on the main door we didn't use the bottom one because the key doesn't work very good in it. It should no have to be so tickly to unlock the door every time.

First off, I think the ladies in your rental office could be a little bit more friendly. The room itself has water stains on the living room, and bedroom ceilings, the patio door was filthy, along with the patio furniture full of sand. I would think this should have been cleaned upon our arrival. Two light bulbs were burnt out, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. We found two bug bugs in our room. First time we have found bugs in our room. We have been coming down to this location for 15 years. Will not stay at that location again. The mattress in the pull out couch is horrible. Great location.

Its was nice. I would like to see a way to recycle in units or buy dumpsters. We stay in unit 110 and the out side water shower to rinse sand off would keep on running and I had to go out and shut it off.Maybe replace with a better valve. Other then that it was great.

Kitchen could use a little updating and more essentials. Location was great with short walk to pier and not overcrowded beaches, though parking lot view of public beach access not the best in the complex. This may be out weighed by the first floor aspect which will save your legs over your trip! Great value at the price though sometimes it costs more than we paid.

People at Garden city realty are great to work with. We come back for years. This year we locked our self's out. Johnny was there in less than a 1/2 hour to get us in. I think the place does need a new chair and the kitchen chair's are pretty wobby. I know it's one of the cheaper places that's why we stay there.

My son and I had a very enjoyable time at The Beach House. It being just the two of us, we had plenty of space. I particularly enjoyed my time on the deck, looking out at the ocean. Watching the sun rise from the bed in the master each morning was something special as well.

Special commendation should be given to the kitchen: granite counter tops, a stainless steel refrigerator, and pretty much every cooking utensil and implement you could ask for.

Overall, this was a nice place to stay and I'd gladly return.

The Rental was great. It had everything you need to make your vacation wonderful. Close to the beach and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, but your also close to great restaurants too. Walking to the Garden City Pier is short walk on the beach.

I rented Beach House 110 what a wonderful location!! Just steps from the ocean and a nice view. However, it was the 4th of July and parking was a little tight for the first few days after that it got better. I would recommend this place.

Beach House 110 is a nice place we stayed there before, only thing is under the Kitchen sink is nasty and has been that way for a while now. they need to fix it. Also the sinks do not drain well at all. They need to do some cleaning of the furniture and the rug. It's been like that for a few years now. I know it's one of the cheaper place's and it's not bad but really the chair is just nasty.

There was a very musty smell, maybe due to a very damp and rotting area under the kitchen sink. There could be more dishes to make the dish washer more useful. You needed more clean dishes before the dishwasher was full enough to rum.

A high school friend and I both recently lost our husbands. Deciding to "get away" for a few days, I booked Beach House 110. We LOVED it!. It was the perfect spot for 2 widows who just wanted to have a few days of relaxation.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach House 110. The place was very nice and was right on the beach. We got to watch a wedding from the balcony and the view was awesome! I think the management company assumes that people checking in have done this before so we had to make a call or two once we checked in to ask questions....maybe a small booklet in the place might have helped telling us what we could use in the closet....beach chairs, boogie boards etc.... Still overall a great stay!

A few very minor maintenance issues after a few months of rentals. Gardencityrealty was great as always. Unit ready early and we checked in early because surprisingly we hit no traffic. A great beginning to a long drive. Perfect family location

We really like the beach house. we have stayed in a few places down there over the last five years and #110 was pretty nice. The couch and rugs could use a cleaning but really not that bad. Maybe a better TV and cable but it was ok. We would certainly think of staying there again. Garden city realty they were all very nice.

This is the third time staying in this unit, BH110, over the last few years, CLEAN and very comfortable. Convenient and a great view even with it not being oceanfront. Garden city realty has always been great also. Great for kids with a 2nd tv in unit.

The location was the best for us. The proximity to the pier was perfect for my 14 yr old who likes to pier fish.
The pool area wasnt that great. The pool is small and no where to really sit and enjoy near the pool. However,if I had younger kids it may have been a deal breaker.

Air conditioner broke so we went 6 hours without AC that had aleeady been off most of the day when we werent there so it was aleady very hot. Very noisy all around me. Condo above me sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling with their running around. Kids would run through the corridors and it echoed in my place. Lots of fireworks every night until 2 am in the parking lot. Could not even sit out on my porch to relax. Very disappointing and not relaxing at all! Waste of $1400!

Stayed a week with a fellow softball dad during Spring Training. Awesome location and nice view. Ammenities were a little dated, but very adequate for a couple guys "batchin' it".

Overall the property is in a great location! We only had a couple things that were broke in the condo & the management was notified but it was never fixed during our stay. Alot of the furniture is outdated & breaking which needs to be fixed! We had 31

A friend had recommended this property for our vacation. Good value for the money. Only bad points were children running in the breezeways and suite 110 is on top of all the air conditioning units so it was very hard to find a cool time to sit on the patio
without the heat coming off the compressors. Neighboring property rentals also felt the need to set off fireworks on a nightly basis - I could have done without this.
