Atalaya Tower 703

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was a great experience. We only didn’t receive enough towels as was in the agreement but other than that it was so nice to be right off the beach. Great pools and great experience for my family. Kids had a great time.

The room was exactly like it was presented on the site. The appliances were great and had everything I needed for my stay. The only thing about the room and it didn’t affect my stay was the queen mattress needs to be replaced. My group turned out to not be as big as I planned so I didn’t end up needing that room. Views are great and the staff that work there seemed to be very friendly.

We loved the condo and the location where it was so easy to go to the beach and shopping and restaurants. The only complaint was the matress on the full and twin beds were uncomfortable, but it was a amazing week.

Everything was great. We did have one unfavorable issue. It rained on Sunday and about two inches of water stood on the balcony until that Thursday. We tried to sweep the water off but it went onto thew balcony below and so we had to just let it stand until it dried up. Other than that, everything about this unit was great!

Atalaya Towers unit 703 is a great unit. Except we did have a couple of issues this year. I do realize that we are at the beach but when we entered the condo there was sand throughout the condo floor. We had to have the exterminator come and spray for fleas. And then we had to have maintenance come and fix the TV. Both weren’t an awful experience but it did take away from our vacation time. Which wasn’t good at all. I feel like we should have been offered a discount but we weren’t.

Sheets on beds did not stay on beds. Need deep pocket sheets. Kitchen was well stocked. Inside pool was nice but did not like location of outside pool

We have stayed in this unit a few times. We love it! It is always so easy to book through Garden City Realty. They are all very knowledgeable and awesome! I booked next years vacation before we left this year. The rental unit is absolutely wonderful. It is well stocked and the beds are so very comfortable!!!! The only problem that we had was one of the lamps was in a bedroom and it was broken. Other than that, everything was exceptional!!! We met one of the maintenance guys while getting in the elevator and he helped us with our luggage! His name was Mark and he was very nice! We actually ran into him several times on our visit. He was extremely nice each time. We will continue booking with Garden City Realty for years to come!!!

We have stayed at Atalaya Towers several times and have used Garden City Reality. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. This was our first time staying at 703. It was clean upon arrival and everything was in its place. Kitchen has anything you need and great place.

this is our 2nd time in Garden City SC and 2nd time in this has everything you can ask for. Great accommodations. Very clean, updated and all I can say it our family loves it here.We did have a issue with the A/C and it was addressed immediately and resolved in a couple of hours. Kudos to Garden City Reality

We had an excellent time during our stay at the beach.. I have stayed at Atalaya Towers several times and love the location. The staff is always friendly. The extra parking space is great, since we had 2 cars this year. This unit was the most organized we’ve ever had. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Loved the recliner chairs in the living room.. thanks for an excellent week stay!!!

We had stayed at Atalaya Towers years ago but in a different unit. We absolutely loved unit 703!! It had a lot of things that we would have had to go out and buy like soap and things such as that. That was a wonderful surprise! Thank you Garden City Realty!!! We had a wonderful experience!!

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the condo we stayed in for 2 days. We had to evacuate by Tuesday at 12:00. The condo was clean, well taken care of and everything was perfect for our Ladies Week vacation. I would not hesitate to book the condo 703 at Atalya Towers again. I just wish that there were some way to recoup the loss of those days. Lesson learned, even if you know you aren't going to cancel your vacation, take the insurance. We had no idea it was hurricane season.

Apartment was clean and directly on the beach great place to be. Our one issue is our key to not work properly, the top lock did not work at all from the outside we called for maintenance three times and we even had to call maintenance and let us in one time when we could not get in to the condo. No one ever fix the locks the 2 weeks we were there. there were many when we had to leave the doors unlocked and we're we're afraid that somebody would come in take our belongings

This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.

Overall it was a very good experience. The unit was VERY clean and was exactly as described, we were not disappointed. I think in the master bedroom my only complaint would be the lamp shades should be dusted. The building its self needs to get more luggage carts and staff should work on Saturday mornings, trying to load our car took a very long time due to the lack of luggage carts and no organization in the lobby. They lock the stairwell too, so we could not take the stairs. (staff was not scheduled to arrive until 9:00 or 10 that morning). I will say the staff that worked there, was very nice. The location is great; I have been staying in the Myrtle Beach/Garden City area for over 40 years and love both areas, but I think Garden City is the best! This property is within walking distance to everything.

I always have enjoyed visiting Garden City Beach, my favorite vacation spot. I have been coming here for 25 + years, and hope to return again soon. This is and was a Christmas Vacation Gift for My Mother, 2 Daughter's 1 Son-In-Law and 2 Grandkids. We have stayed at Atalaya Towers for many years. This was the first year we have stayed in 703. This is a great room. You can tell that they really take pride in their unit. There are so many small details that are covered. They have a fully stocked unit with ANYTHING you can imagine to need. They even had china and a crock pot. We have never stayed in a unit so clean and taken care of. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Everything in the condo was in good condition. The only negative was the elevator had an odor, but I'm sure this was due to people coming off the beach and the pool wet.

The only problem with our stay was the elevators. One stayed broken half of the week and one night both were broken. We had to climb 15 stairs -- no fun when you have bad knees.

We just spent a week here and had a fabulous time. This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. All you need to bring is your clothes. Kroger and walmart are within 3 miles of condo. Great music on the pier and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can't go wrong with this unit. We plan to use it often.

We were very pleased with how clean and organized our unit was. Everything was very well labeled. The whole unit was in great condition, as if it had just be renovated. The only thing we would liked to have seen was tv's in the other two bedrooms.
