Great condo, We would definitely stay again. We had to contact Garden city realty regarding the entry. Within 15 minutes they had someone out to replace the door lock.

This condo was perhaps the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It had a lot of kitchen equipment. The deck was great, but could have used a small side table for drinks and snacks. The walk-in shower was wonderful.

Beautiful condo, very clean. Ad for condo says 4 color tv's hooked to cable. But one in 2 bed room is not hooked to cable and can't be used. Management company says the HOA dues does not include 4 tv's for 908 at Surfmaster. Disappointed in this. Unfortunately, tropical storm Debby cut our vacation short.

As usual, another great week. My 2 grandchildren flew in from Albuquerque this year with my daughter, so we had one male. I hadn’t seen them for about 5years, so I was in another world!! This was our 1st year at Surf Master 908. Everything was great. We had one issue with one bathroom, but received an immediate response after reporting.Would highly recommend booking thru Garden City Realty.

This was our second year and there were no surprises or changes in our condo from the prior year. The only thing I would mention is that the renewal process including the notice of the rent increase for 2025 was very poorly communicated. The base rent quoted in the increase excluding certain charges for linen and cleaning which were included in the rent for 2024. So when receiving our contract after renewing we were surprised by an additional $400 or so of increased costs. Obviously the approach should be total cost to total cost of the prior year for transparency.

property lived up to its billing, some people may like the no contact aspect of arrival and departure but I am not one of them. Personal contact would have been nice particularly in view of some of the minor hurricane damage. We did leave a list of small fixes for maintenance to enhance the property. The one maintenance man we did encounter was great in addressing our needs. Fixing the second elevator should be a priority for a ninth floor rental

The beds were very comfortable, however the living room furniture needs an upgrade. It is worn out. The location is perfect - oceanfront, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wasn't ready for fireworks every night. Went to Brookgreen Gardens - just beautiful. Would recommend this to others. Walking the beach in the morning or at evening was wonderful.

In August 2020 my wife and I, our 3 kids and my parents stayed in Surf Master 908 for a week. We've been to Myrtle and Garden Beach several times, but this was the best vacation. We have been in this condo for 5 years now and it is great! It has been remodeled and the furnishings are very nice. The kitchen has granite tops which makes it very easy to clean up after use. The unit was very spacious and attractive. The views from the living room , master bedroom and balcony were exceptional. The washing machine had a problem but was fixed by the next day. The only negative was the master bathroom needed a little updating but everything else was great. Flat screen tv in the living room and every bedroom made viewing tv great. It is about a mile from the main pier where we saw sharks feeding. It is about a quarter mile from the conch cafe which made for a nice easy walk. The pool and hot tub/ spa were nice and never too crowded.The balcony had a net around the bottom for safety for young children we enjoyed this unit very much and would recommend it.

This was our fourth time staying at Surf Master, and our 2nd time in room 908. After staying in several 3 bedroom condos, we found that room 908 was the best! Very nice modern kitchen upgrades, and we really like the faux hardwood floors, that are easier to keep clean than carpet. It's well cared-for with nice flat screen TVs and strong wifi, and you can't beat the view! High enough to see up and down the beach, but not so high that you get vertigo! We look forward to returning again soon!

We had a great time in 908! The remodeling that was done really helped to make our time there great! The property was very clean and with the new flooring it was easier to keep them clean compared to the carpeting that was there before. The beds were great with no sagging of any kind and were very firm which made great sleeping. The new floor treatment on the balcony was just tremendous! It was easy to clean and very nice to sit on. We sincerely thank you for the great upkeep and cleanliness of Condo 908. It made our time there wonderful. The new kitchen counters and lights made it great to work in the area.

We had a wonderful time while at Surfmaster 908 for a mini family reunion during Thanksgiving week. Seven adults and we had plenty of room. We had a couple of minor issues but feel they will be addressed in a timely fashion. The location is wonderful and we had access to several great dining facilities and other items of interest. Enjoyed the Thanksgiving Buffet at the Wicked Tuna. This was a terrific choice for our family get together!

Unit 908 is a newly refurbished condo at the Surfmaster. It was beautiful and I'm very happy it was open the week we were visiting. We were fortunate to see the orange orb lights over the ocean on one night of our stay.... we understand they are a common occurrence now a days. This is a safe, quiet (well as much as can be expected bike week)clean resort that we have been staying at since the early 90's. Easy access to Murrells Inlet and the Gulf Stream Diner is 5 minutes away. Walk in shower was a plus for us due to limited mobility. Love the decks...spent hours sea watching. This will be our go to unit when we need a 3 bedroom.

We arrived on saturday and We had a problem with the 2nd bedroom shower dripping and leaking water into the closet but the problem was fixed on Monday afternoon, we had to have them check the cable on the TVs since they did not work either and the maintenance men we very helpful. The property was clean and the manager provided excellent service to fixing any issues we had.
we would stay there again, nicely equipped. Master bedroom mattress a little too firm for me and my husband but other than that great condo!!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 days during Bike Week. The location was perfect. The condo is immaculately decorated and we couldn't have asked for anything better. From the reservation process to check in/check out this is by far the best Myrtle Beach experience I've had and I've been going to MBSC for over 30 years!

My family really enjoyed our visit in this newly remodeled condo. Very spacious with plenty of seating for all. Loved the fact it is an end unit so you have more views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen so if you're doing any cooking in the condo, plenty of cookware to choose from. Wish the owners had upgraded the stove in their renovation though. Also, I think a new firmer mattress in the master BR would be nice. The water pressure (or lack thereof) in one of the bathrooms was an issue but we just didn't use that shower. Other than those few minor issues, we would definitely return to this condo.

Very nice Condo. Master bathroom tub has pink residue and shower curtain needs to be changed-mold. Musty smell around owners locked closet in Master bedroom-could be from previous water leakage. Shower in front bedroom has pink residue on shower floor, also two twin beds are together in this room-need to have either a king size mattress or something in the middle so you cannot feel the gap between the beds. Smokers in the condo next to us, that came out to the balcony to smoke-caused us to smell smoke when we were on the balcony-very annoying. Hard to enjoy the moonlight with smoke in your face. I thought the condos were smoke free.

We had a wonderful time at Surfmaster 908. This makes the forth time that we have stayed at this condo and it was just as nice. The only complaint we had was that the outside table had been broken and instead of fixing the glass, a cheap plastic table had been placed on top of it. Other than that, it was wonderful!

We have stayed in Surfmaster in Garden City for almost 10 years now. We love the location and the aminities. Condo 908 was decorated nicely and had nice funiture and a well equipped kitchen. A few things like a leak in the kitchen, kitchen light didn't work well and the porch furniture was poor. Other than that it was a very nice stay!

Love Surfmaster. Right on the beach and every unit has a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy beach access. We were there 4th of July week so busier than usual, but even then we never had to wait long for the elevator. Had a leak in the ceiling and maintenance was very quick to respond. Only down fall is parking. If you get back late at night there might not be a space so we had to street park a few nights.

We would have liked to be a little closer to the peir , because we like to walk to Garden City at night, a mile is just a little long for us because my husband has a handicap. the other item was the third bedroom did not have a single king bed and the queen in that room was quite uncomfortible. The sliding door going to the balcony was very difficlut to open even tough one of the maintenance personnel that we met on the elevator came and fized the problem temporarily since the door was still very difficult to open a few days after he repaired it. we had to get WD-40 to have the door open more easily.

For a 3-room condo, you should indicate the washer/dryer are small. we rented a 2-room condo and the washer/dryer were normal size.

This was the third time we have stayed at Surfmaster 908. We really like the size of the unit, and appreciate having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The leather furniture is nice and quite comfortable. The unit does need some minor TLC and updates though.
The unit is in need of a fresh coat of paint, and is starting to show some wear in the carpeting. The outdoor funriture on the balcony is not the best by far, but could be worse. Also, the owners have installed a mesh netting along the balcony spindles for
safety reasons, which I appreciate, but it looks very tacky (and is even falling down) and more suitable material is needed. My final complaint is the extreemly loud noise of the AC units on the side of the building; they are very poorly placed and even drown
out the sound of the ocean from the balcony 9 floors up. Overall, we really like this unit, but the few suggestions would make it much better, and encourage us to stay again instead of looking elsewhere.

The pack and play was not present when we arrived but it was delivered in a timely manner. The only negative was one of the elevators stopped working and made it very difficult to get one when needed. Place was beautiful and very had every thing we needed.
