The overall stay was fantastic 1st read cancellation policy closely we changed reservation which they weren't able to refund one dime of the money deposited..but in Friday before our checkout checkout Saturday someone was already moving in..2nd if a large family double check pool size. 3rd needed battery changed on a chirping smoke detector never got it changed..also check parking regulations..we were asked to move a trailer after 4 days.of being parked in a spot that so said could not park
there(hoa)perhaps? Our family had a great 's the small things that make a difference. Our vacation planner Pam was a pleasure to work with. A great place to rent from. Just be sure you know everything up front!

I hate to even give it a good review and take the chance of everyone knowing what a treasure this is. CLEAN and SPACIOUS!!! We had a small issue with a toilet seat and they were there within an hour and had it fixed. and super friendly at the same time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Garden City personnel were friendly and shared great information. While not. The home was spacious, well furnished and clean.
The only negatives: previous renters left trash in shrubs around pool area. One of the many beds needed- the frame needed to be tightened.

We hope this unit is available for future stays

We love the little creek next to the house and it was a very short walk to the beach. Our main complaint would be that the house needs new box springs. Most of the beds are very noisy when simply rolling over. We will rent again!

House not ready for check-in till after 5:00. Otherwise, as expected, clean, nice 'conversation' pool-ette, close to beach. Elevator was a real plus, allowing luggage, etc., moving in to be much more pleasant than hauling it all up the steps. Could have used some instructions for TVs, channel-wise.

The house was excellent for our family vacation! The house was clean and stocked well with kitchen accessories. The elevator was a plus for sure and being so close to the beach which was just a quick walk across the road. Overall I would rate this house a score of 10+ and would rent it again.

Our vacation was nearly perfect! The house was amazing! There was plenty of space in the house for our 2 families & a few friends! Upon arrival at the house we noticed it was very warm throughout each floor (thermostat set at 75) In reading the leading agreement I understood not to turn the air lower than 72. The only level that ever maintained a comfortable 72 was the 3rd. One morning the second floor made it 72, however, it was only 62 outside! The first floor never made it under 74, even when it was cooler outside. That is the only thing that kept it from being absolutely perfect! Thank goodness the weather was tolerable I can’t imagine if it was 90’ or hotter & the house not being able to get any cooler. The house is on the perfect corner lot with the canal & pond & only the one house in close proximity! Loved the house & location! We all did!

We loved our stay. The house was the size for what we were looking for. It was in a great location to the field we needed to be at, close to all the attractions and within walking distance to the beach.
The property management company was great!

We had a couple different families that joined us on this vacation and it worked out so well with the layout of this home. The different levels added the privacy needed for each family. The house was clean and comfortable and plenty of hot water for all the showers. The only two issues that we had were that the kitchen seemed to not have very much in the way of pots an pans for cooking at home for that large of a crowd. The other issue was that the pool was constantly dirty from the landscaping and tree debris going into the pool. Didn't like having to clean the pool every time we got in it. However we did enjoy the pool.

The location was amazing. We had an issue with a bed during our stay, and the maintenance team was great. They came right out when called, and the broken mattress was replaced the next day.

Just steps to the beach. Rental was spacious, clean and had huge rooms and closets.
The AC on the first floor was frozen up when we arrived and we slept in 80+ degree hotness until the maintenance crew came the next morning. But once they fixed it, there were no problems on that floor. The 3rd floor AC just couldn't keep up with the heat in the day and got up to 80 degrees, but it would come down after the sun set for sleeping.
Overall, a great stay! Just expect some heat upstairs during the day (or maybe they will update the AC units to keep up with the beach heat!).

The property was located in a good area. All we needed was in close proximity and our meeting location was only minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The elevator was an added bonus because we had ladies in our group that couldn’t walk up stairs. It was a great retreat and we will probably rent again.

Home was across the street from the beach and included our own pool and outdoor shower. Plenty of bedrooms and bathroom with the option to separate floors. Close to places to eat and go out at night plus nearby to several golf courses.

The setup of the house for us with grandchildren was great! It gave Granddad and Grandma some quiet time when needed and if grands wanted to come down for parents quiet time it was perfect. We loved having kitchen on both floors, and had main meals on floor with family. The convenience to the beach with small children was great! I can’t say enough about the elevator! The elevator is so good especially with small children. Thanks for a great time!
The king bed mattress needs to be replaced soon.
