As always , had a great time ! I do wish that new living room furniture could be placed. The existing sofa and chair are very worn and uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful time. However, I just realized taht I left my hair dryer with diffuser in the cabinet under the BR sink. Can you Please return it to me. I will call the office as well. I would just buy another one but it is out of stock.

This is the fifth time we have stayed in this condo, and as always we have been very satisfied. The fact that the beach is right outside the door is great. The only bad thing is the lack of silverware. Only 4 forks for a place that sleeps 6

Ran away for the weekend just to sit by the water and enjoy the view of the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Perfect location for the winter months. Watching the moon rise each evening kept us on the balcony. Couldn't beat the view! The place was spotless!

Our week was excellent! We had the most perfect weather for November and the condo was perfect for our needs. We spent a lot of time on the great oceanfront balcony. Furniture was comfortable.

What an outstanding view!We did have a little difficulty with the sliding door but it was worth the struggle to get to the balcony. We had a great vacation and would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at SeaWatch VIII #103. There is still a few things that would need to be addressed such as needing a little TLC to some areas of the condo but overall it is a good condo to stay at. Great location.

This is our 4th time renting this particular condo. We absolutely love the location and the very short walk to the beach...truly just steps away.
Condo does sleep 6, but the only drawback to that is the one bathroom but for the price you can make it work and we do.
The overall experience of Garden City Beach is very family oriented, laid back and extremely clean.

This 2 bedroom condo was well laid out and situated on a good stretch of the beach. The condo was clean with acceptable linens included. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked but if you had 4+ people, dishes where not sufficient. Garden City Realty was quick to address our issue with an old microwave and difficulty with the telephone. Would have given 5*s in property condition but hurricane Mathew stripped away some of the charm but they are working on it.

Stayed here nice little place. Could use a coat of Paint and new WW but still a nice place on the beach. To be fair the whole building needs a fresh coat of paint and some other cosmetic work. But over all a nice place and would rent again.

The condo itself was great. It was clean & right on the beach, which were the 2 most important things to us. We did make the mistake of going the week after July 4th, and had to deal with a lot of fireworks. The condos on both sides of us were letting them off every night until midnight, making it very difficult to get much rest.

For just the two of us this unit was idea In size. It does need spruced up. It could use a coat of paint, the sliding door needs some attention, the deck should be sanded. All little things. The railings though need completely replaced. You feel like you're in a jail cell.

I loved the location and the prop. mgmt people were super. Three things I thought needed to be addressed. The dryer vent connection(located in the bathrm) had a big hole in it (and tons of dust surrounding it) and it blew into the bathroom instead of going out thru the vent to the outside. Pretty dangerous and the maintenance guy came the next day and wrapped duct tape around it??. Also, the carpet was gross in areas and walls in the hallway had big spots that were faded where big pictures were removed and left off. The condo had a very bad sour smell when we first got there, had to open all the windows. and kept them open alot because of the smell. Other than that, a great place and location. Will definitely go back.

Overall we had a great time. It's a great location. The condo is a little outdated, but everything worked well. My only real complaint is that there was work being done on the back stairwell for the week we were there. We had to take the long way out to the beach.

Only two complaints about the condition of the property: (1) kitchen faucet dripped constantly; (2) throw rugs in bathroom were in need of laundering. Otherwise, the property was perfect for us and in an excellent location, close to grocery store and restaurants. We couldn't believe how close the beach was! We loved the balcony/deck and the fact you could access the beach from it. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. We will definitely consider staying at this property should we return to Myrtle Beach.

This property had a great view and I loved the balcony! Size was good for the location, however the property could use some updating. I loved how we had access to the beach from the balcony as well. The door handle to the sliding glass door was broken and we had some trouble with ants. Overall I was happy with our stay but had I paid "in season" prices, I would not have been satisfied.

we were pleasantly surprised on the location of the property on the beach,, rooms were well kept access to the beach right there ,, we stayed the 1st week in july fireworks up and down the beach ,, really nice , planning on going back for next year

This is great vacation spot for a couple or small family. The place is pretty small, but great value for the price. Not to mention the location is simply amazing! Having access to the beach right from the deck was one of the reasons we choose to stay here. The building and condo itself could use some updating, but overall we would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great for my daughter to walk to the pier and arcades. We could have used another bathroom but it worked out ok. Would stay again but hope the weather will be better the next time!

I really have no complaints. It was a very nice place, though a bit cramped. But we didn't come to South Carolina to stay in the condo. Its location is perfect. It's south of all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but still in the "metro area." It's right off the connections to the main drag in town. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The view was great. And the stetch of beach we were on was very uncrowded, and quiet.

I would look forward to staying in the unit again, and would recommend it to friends and family.

This unit was perfect for two people. Couldn't have asked for a better location & really liked the door from the balcony down to the beach! Had a few rainy/cloudy days & couldn't get the dvd player to work with either tv, otherwise place was just what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great week!

upon entering property for the first time it was very clean with a refreshing smell.. perfect for a couples vacation, two couples even.. the only drawback we could find would be the uncomfortable chair, everything else about the place was spot on.. great location and extremely easy access down to the beach.. next year we are probably going for 2 to 4 weeks in the same location..have a great trip and enjoy!

Spent a week at this location and had a great time. Out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Great local restaurants, wonderful beachfront property.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the shower head in the bathroom only sprayed one weak stream of water, making showering an unpleasant experience. If the shower head was fixed and the walls wiped down in the entry way,
I would have no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch VIII Unit 103. The first thing I noticed was the fresh smell of the property when we opened the door. The ocean view and the beach area was superb, the location close to the Garden City Pier, and for the cost, the
property was a great value. The balcony did need some work on the rails that were coming loose, and the common areas could use some paint and sprucing up. The furnishings were a little dated, but considering the cost of the unit, we were very happy! Our two
small grandchildren were with us and they didn't want to come home, as opposed to last fall when we stayed at a motel and they cried because they "didn't like our new house".
