We’ve stayed here twice but the second time some lightbulbs were out and there is black mold in the bathtub in the master bedroom so cleaning crew is cutting corners. The TV in the small bedroom isn’t connected to spectrum as are the other TVs so you can’t watch anything on it. The dryer doesn’t dry the clothes but other than that it’s a nice condo

Great condo, very clean! The owners have added a new sofa, new washer/dryer, some nice decor, balcony furniture, and I believe a television in the third bedroom. Only drawback in condo would be the bed in master bedroom is lumpy and the comforter needs replacing. The dishwasher was not working and we received a response/visit from a technician the same day. He said it required parts to fix and they would probably just trade it out. We never got a replacement, but in their defense, there was a Tropical Storm that blew through the next day that had staff very busy, so understandable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. One of the elevators was out and that caused delays checking in/out. We enjoyed a great meal at Wicked Tuna in Murrells inlet and tasty takeout pizza and wings from Mellow Mushroom.

We were in Mrytle Beach for a dance competition and this condo was the perfect getaway and resting place from our hectic dance schedule that week. Love the beach and location. The unit was beautiful. We had 9 people and it accommodated us perfectly. Love the kitchen! Lots of space! Would like some more rugs though. Floor get damp wirh humidity and sandy We stayed in 2016 at Atalaya Towers and I loved the location then which brought me back. I like that its in a quieter area and love the marsh and inlets. Definitely would stay again.

Condo was very nice and clean. Had a musty smell but we just left the sliding glass doors opened to air out.
Great view but being on the end unit it was pretty windy but still very nice view. Would recommend owner putting nicer seating on balcony chairs were very uncomfortable so we didn’t sit out there long

Great place, love how updated it is. The beds are amazing and everything was wonderful. The couch needs to be updated as it is not comfortable anymore and the sofa sags to one side.

We loved this rental and the rental company was very easy to work with and thorough. Plenty of room to spread out. Lovely view of the ocean from this balcony and windows. The only complaint we had was that the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV in the evening. The cushions were broke down and didn’t off much support.

This is a great location, clean and quiet building. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. The location is close to restaurants in Murrells Inlet.
Garden City staff were great as usual.

Atalaya is amazing. 1506 was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing and being right on the beach is perfect. Love how close it is to the pier, arcade, bars, and restaurants. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The unit was at a great location and beautifully decorated. The only issues we had were that the floor had not been swept before we arrived (sand everywhere), the front door was hard to open and the building office was not open when we had a question (was to be open until 5:00, but was closed at approx 3:30).

An up-to-date place with amazing views. They do need to replace the pots/pans and a new can opener is needed. The hotel itself needs to do a better job of cleaning the floors/elevators to not track sand into the room after rinsing off from the beach. It was always nasty in the elevators every afternoon. I think the rental company needs to form lines with chains or something at check in and stager check in times as it was way too crowded at check in. Staff was friendly though.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We absolutely love the corner unit and the views are spectacular. It would be nice if the balcony had more chairs but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall the unit is comfortable and has everything one might need. Would definitely stay there again.

Unit was 3 BR - larger than we needed but we took it as our choice was limited as we decided to return to Garden City this year on short notice

1506 was lovely and had nice views. Furnishings comfortable & prettty beach decor. We never used pools and got in hot tub 2x. Would have preferred pool on beachside. It was a very crowded beach but the waves were great! Had never been to Garden City not much to do. Wish rental agency supplied more soap & dish detergent. Nice if coffee & filters & basic spices were stocked. We had to make our beds, sheets supplied. Key a bit tricky to get out of door and wifi spotty. Overall pretty nice if you want Garden city. The beach gets a very high tide and quite a bit of fireworks that we enjoyed.

Everything in our updated condo was geared to a comfortable worry free stay. Wonderful views, great location. The pool could do with a little TLC especially the changing area. Otherwise all was good!

We've been vacationing here since 2008 and look forward to it every year.
This corner unit had a great view especially to the South and Garden City Pier. The Atalaya units always live up to our expectations and always clean And well maintained. We always enjoy a trip tp Crabby Mike's, ****'s Last Resort and of course Bubba's and River city.

It was beautiful and an awesome view.I didn't like the parking. They only have parking in front lot for 2 cars. Also would have loved to take our dogs. But over all a wonderful vacation.They should have air in elevators because it is miserable to have to ride because of being so hot. We will come back again but need a corner room that can have our pets.

The service we received from Garden City Realty was great. This property is in a great location and we have stayed here many times. The condo we rented was very clean but could use some updating to the decor. I usually stay in one of the time share condos and hey have all been upgraded. But everything was good and in good working condition.

Had a pleasant experience dealing with Garden City Realty. They took care of any maintenance problem quickly.would have been more comfortable with a recliner chair. If spending two months it was not real comfortable furniture.

This was one of the nicest condo's we have stayed in at the Atalaya Towers. The only issue and it was very small was the vacuum belt was broken and we couldn't vacuum carpet. I love the fact the towels were included, the dryer was fast, the room was clean. We also enjoyed the fact that for the first time chairs, umbrellas and toys were available for our use. Will definitely book 1506 again.

We had a great time at Atalaya Towers. View from the 15th floor is awesome. Convenient parking across the street if the main lot was full. The only downside were the constant evening fireworks - they were launched too close to the balconies and were allowed to continue well after midnight.

Unit was fine. Had some black stuff around air vents, behind sofa and under beds were very neglected in cleaning. One of the TV boxes wouldn't work and we had only 1 Screen we could watch. Overall the unit was a good one and had a great view. I would like to see the patio bars a little closer together. A little one could go through them if they turned sideways and from 15 floors up that created a lot of apprehension on our part.

This was our second stay in same location. Oceanfront corner unit has balcony with great view. Walking distance to the peir. Heated indoor pool , hot hot tub extra parking, one of few places that could accommodate the number people in our party comfortably and within budget.

We had a great corner unit right on the ocean which allowed us to see both the sunrise and sunset! The weather was unusually chilly this year, but with the heated indoor pool, the little ones also had a great time.

The unit is in need of some simple maintenance. There were several things that needed repair, but it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for having a good time! Rental units don't often have expensive furniture or extensive cooking supplies, but the beds were all comfortable (important in my book!) and we had most of the items you would need to prepare meals. All the major appliances were in good working condition. A few small items could use attention.

Overall, we had a nice time for our first visit to South Carolina!

our stay at atalaya towers 1506 was wonderful. garden city realty was very pleasant and efficient. the unit was beautiful and the view was amazing. the unit could use some more dishes - only had 5 plates and 4 bowls - with only 5 in our party it still was not enough. the complex could use some bigger trashcans in the lobby. the elevator did break down a few times but it does get a lot of use / abuse. it was a wonderful place and locations was perfect.
