Tee Time

It was our first time staying at this property. At arrival, there were a couple spots that were a bit dirty, but nothing we couldn't quickly wipe down. We called the property management company for information about a power outage that occurred and they were very helpful providing us with information about it and an estimated time for it to be resolved.
Besides that, there are many attractions and restaurants within 10-20min driving distance. The Garden City Pier and little shops around are about a 10min walking distance from the property. We would definitely book again in the near future.

The home sits on the beach. The views are gorgeous, and the house was clean and it felt like home away from home. It was very peaceful. Customer service was outstanding.

From booking to checkout, Garden City Realty made our vacation an unforgettable one. Always very quick to respond to questions before our arrival, check in/out was a breeze! The rental was in very good shape, layout and appliances were just as described. However, couldn't find a broom in the house and the master bath could really use a shower of its own. Other than that everything was modern and updated. A/C worked very well which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this particular rental to a friend or other relatives and I'm sure we'll be booking another stay in 2022 for ourselves.

Ice cream at the pier was a short walk away and we enjoyed visiting Broadway at the Beach and Murrells Inlet for dinner on a couple of nights. The property is also far enough away from the piers and condo units to avoid crowding and enjoy many peaceful quiet days on the beach as we did. Can't wait to visit again!

great location on beach and by land. house spacious and clean. need updates in master bath which is a jacuzzi and a hand held nozzle. Fortunately we were with family and could shower in one of the other bathrooms. I won't be back till there is a shower curtain and wall mounted shower nozzle. Check in could also be easier with a coded lockbox instead of having to wait in line at the realty office. Cooktop is slow to heat and slider doors leak inside when raining.

We like the house (especially since new owners bought it) and the location. This year we called about the downstairs outdoor shower which is in desperate need of repair and nothing was done even though we were there for two weeks. Also, one of the beds in the upstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. People slept on the couch instead.

Great for the most part! The pipe that stayed in front of our house and crews working next door all week was frustrating. We weren't told about the rejuvenation project until the day we were arriving and then was told it would only be for 3 days. It lasted all week! I fell stepping up on the sand to go over the pipe and dislocated my hip. I wasn't able to go back on the beach the rest of the week. I was very disappointed with that aggravation!

We (a bunch of old ladies) have rented Tee Time several times and love every stay. It's not the fanciest place on the beach, but it is clean and comfortable with a well-stocked large kitchen. The view, of course, is spectacular. We especially love watching the dolphins play. We miss the old screened deck but appreciated the new expanded open deck Oceanside. Tee Time may not offer all the high-end finishes and fancy furnishings as some other places, but the open floor plan, large bedrooms (well, two of the four are quite large) and excellent location suit us better than marble and glitz.

Tee Time is a great location and the openness of the living area is perfect for our big family. The only negative is the house is showing some age and could use some updating: couches, mattresses, no shower in master bath, screen porch repairs.

Tee Time was a great house, right on the beach. My wife and I really enjoyed our week there. Not only did we enjoy the beach and ocean, each day (if only just looking at them), but the house is so conveniently located to shops, restaurants and attractions. Garden City Beach is a great place to stay. It's far enough away from the really congested beach areas, but close enough to take short drives to Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, etc.
The Garden City Realty Staff were all so nice, helpful and professional. We had an issue with playing a DVD, and they PROMPTLY had a new DVD player delivered. I rate their customer service among the best I have seen. Check in and out was a breeze, and the house was clean and well prepared upon our arrival.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay at Tee Time, and we will definitely be visiting Garden City Realty for our future trips to the beach!

Wonderful location, nice house, beautiful view. Just step out onto the screened porch and you are on the ocean!!! What more could you want???!! Did not like having a dead bolt lock on master bedroom ??? Other than that everything was all that a family could want on VACATION.

Had some issues with wireless which took a long time to get fixed. A couple of screens were ripped and repaired immediately after we called. A solid property in good condition with an active rental agent.

This was our second time stay at Tee Time, Perfect house for all our needs. plenty of cookware close to amusements and shops and spacious for our amount of family who vacation with us.We have already booked again for next year.This is an overall gorgeous home having not one but two balconies to enjoy the ocean view and the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath is a great relaxation point. Only downfall this year was having the second & third row renters cutting through the property kept us worried about leaving our beach chairs & such out under the home (maybe need a private property sign displayed)and maybe needs some type of carpet/rug at entrance from screened porch to collect sand from our feet..The picture windows in the dinning room are perfect for enjoying the watch of the dolphins swim in the morning while eating breakfast and the dinning table is great size for a big crowd..I recommend this home for all vacationers who want a relaxed , stress free stay in Garden City :)

Shared house with son and his inlaws and found there to be plently of room to relax and not be in the center of the group. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We are three semi-retired women from Ann Arbor and one from Greensboro and we have been getting together at Tee Time for a week every October for years. We love the front porch!! The kitchen is spacious and well fitted out. The best part, of course, is the ocean--the lovely beach, the waves crashing on the shore, the marvelous sunrise. Then there are the consignment stores that are such great fun, and mini golf--we like Gilligan's Island and Mt. Atlanticus (sp?) the best. We did a boat tour on the river this year that was wonderful too. Lots to do. Oh, the flea markets! Such fun. Can you tell we like it?

Obviously, the house is old and needs a little updating. The master bedroom mattress was horrible and there was no shower in the master bath. But overall, the house was perfect for our family and we loved the location and would probably stay there again.

My family of 11 stayed there and totally enjoyed it! The view was terrific, the front porch with the rockers was great! All the bedrooms were good with plenty of closet space. A wonderful dining room table!! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week!

1st Family Vacation - House location was great, needs some repairs but overall it was fine. Shower is the Master Bedroom is needed as well as a new mattress for the bed. We really enjoyed Tee Time location and access to the beach and look forward to going
next year.

This is my family's third time staying at Tee Time. This is a great house and meets our needs fabulously. Does need a little attention, though. Lots of dust bunnies on blinds, baseboards, etc. The AC struggled and one problem might be the air filters needed changing terribly. Slip covers on the worn couch would be a nice touch. The carpet needs a deep cleaning or replacing. Kitchen faucet needs replacing as does the bathtub faucet in the master bath. Would like to see some darkening curtains in the master bedroom -- total bright daylight in the room at 6:30 am! An outside shower would be nice. Despite all this, the house has lots of pluses, too. Great location, great view, great access to beach, large carport, in quiet part of the beach. We have tentatively booked this house again for next year. We've made many great memories here and would recommend this property!
