We were very happy. We were concerned because there was a problem with the pool and they said it might not be fixed for a few days but it was fine when we arrived. Icondo was very bright and clean. Loved the flamingo bedroom. We would love to stay again. The only cons were the tv’s were hard to figure out and the trundle bed was blocked by a dresser..

The unit itself was very nice and I would recommend staying there. The only suggestion would be to maybe keep a cupboard empty in the kitchen for renters' food items. All the cupboards were filled with dishes and utensils. The location was perfect for us. The parking garage has a 6'9" clearance to get in, but it drops down to 6'3" on the ramp between the floors and our truck did not fit up the ramp. I had specifically called Garden City REalty regarding the clearance before our visit, and they had told us there would be no issues.

Garden City Realty is great to work with! They handled any questions and concerns right away in a nice, courteous manner. Our condo was well stocked. Perfect location in the resort dor us. Great views! Resort is well maintained and great amenities.

Easy to check-in with a door code. On the third floor, so very convenient since only 1 elevator was working. Amazing view. Well-equipped unit. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying in unit 312 at Water's Edge Resort. Well appointed condo with a lot to do at the resort and in the area.
Plan on returning soon!

Waters Edge 312 was great. Everyone was professional and efficient. The new check in was wonderful and the room was neat and clean.

Unit was nice and clean . View was spectacular. Enjoyed the pool and beach. Although this was not originally booked unit it was accommodating and nicely decorated. Unit did have some small issues when we got there. We were told that the water heater was leaking. They sent a plumber and it was not the water heater. It was the air conditioning unit they were supposed to send somebody out to address this issue. Don’t know if anybody ever showed up as the unit was not properly cooling, but we may do. All together everyone had a great time and made the best use of the unit along with the pool and the beach. I would recommend if you were looking for a rental to use Garden City realty they are great.

My husband and I enjoyed watching the waves coming in and the people walking the beach. I met some very nice people as I walked the beach.

Sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans fishing and the whales and dolphins swim by. Very relaxing vacation. This is the first time we stayed at this property and we will be back. Having both indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools is nice for cooler days. This property could use some new non-stick pans. The washer didn't work, the maintenance staff was responsive and offered to pay for us to use a laundromat.

Garden City Realty was great working with to book our vacation. We have used them several times in the past to book summer rentals.
The property itself was very nice, comfortable and only lacking some basic kitchen items ie can opener and sharp knives, measuring cups.

We were originally scheduled to stay at Ocean Cove 305. Apparently, that building suffered hurricane damage. I found out that unit was not available when I called a week before we departed. We were re-assigned to Sea Master 308. We picked up the keys to this unit about two minutes before Garden City Realty closed. When we arrived at this unit, we found out that this unit is not handicap accessible. My Mother is confined to a wheelchair. We stayed at the Ocean Cove 305 earlier and knew it was handicap accessible, so I didn't think to inquire if the Sea Master 308 was. I called the Garden City Realty maintenance service and the gentleman on call provided us with a place to stay for that evening. The next day, Garden City Realty sent us to Water's Edge 312. This unit was ocean front and had an excellent view. The unit had a few problems, which were addressed promptly. The unit was just slightly dirty, and I assume it had not been cleaned thoroughly after the previous use. The building has a centralized air conditioning system and it was down three days while we were there. We managed to stay comfortable by opening the doors.
Overall, the unit was decent, as this was a scramble situation. Garden City Realty made every effort to help us enjoy our stay in Garden City and get this unit up to par. I would stay in this unit again. We enjoyed our visit, even though the community was cleaning up everywhere.
