Carolina Shores 2106

Relaxing. I walked on the beach every day. My husband, who has mobility problems opened the doors to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view while listening to the waves and seagulls which he enjoyed very much.

The rental process was very easy and convenient. The staff at check in was very nice. We had one issue with wifi and it was fixed immediately. Our only complaint was that the fixtures and appearance of room could be updated to look newer and cleaner.

My stay at Garden City in the condo from garden city realitors was a very pleasant stay. Any problems that arose were taken care of very promptly. I enjoyed my stay

We loved the location. It was right on the beach, so there was no driving needed to get to the ocean - We just walked down and we were right there. Tjere was some minor things wrong with the condo. The air vent above the door in the first bedroom fell off when my fiance tried to close the vent. He barely touched it and it completely fell off the wall - it's like the screw holes were stripped or something. The door handle in the bathroom (the one that goes into the small room with the toilet & shower) seemed like it was about to fall off - as did some of the railings around the condo. The dishwasher also leaked every time we ran it. These things are very minor and probably easy fixes - I'm only mentioning them because if I don't then nobody will fix them. As far as the location, the price, the size of the condo - it was very fairly priced and we loved our time at the condo! We spent most of our time out on the balcony looking at the ocean. It was very relaxing. We would probably stay here again!

The was nice. It was clean upon arrival. The location was very good. The only problem that I had was the parking. Even with a parking pass it was hard to get a place to park. It was set up for 3 in a row. No one would park in the middle for fear of being blocked. That definitely needs to be fixed.

We enjoyed the room and the pool for the week! Only thing we did not like was the parking. We had two vehicles but could only park one. With the one vehicle it kept getting blocked in by cars without a tag on it. Realty company gave us a run around about cars without tags. Signs are all around you that you must have a tag to park but they do not follow the policy and the realty company does not enforce it. We loved the property but not the realty company. Will stay at Carolina shores again as long as we don't have to book with Garden City Realty.

Overall, our experience at the Carolina Shores 2106 was wonderful. The unit was clean, but could use some updating. We had a terrible time finding parking. Many vehicles were parked without a parking permit. We were never able to just drive up and park without circling and even having to park across the road in the grass.

I loved staying in this room it was great and so close to the beach and everything out :) the only problem I had was the pool was dirty

I had my father who is 82 with me on a walker. With that said the unit was to tight to move around in. I would not recommend this unit to anyone with children or an older person, if they would move the moveable closet in the hall it would make it a little better to move around in the unit.. The couch needs thrown out, it sits awful and it takes a really young person to get up off of it. I will tell younger folks I know about the unit, but like I said older folks will find it difficult to use. Thank You for your help and the owners for letting us use their unit for a week at the beach.

It was a little sparse inside & slightly cramped but a good value. The bonus linen pkg was a nice touch. I would stay in this unit again.
