This was a last minute rental. The views from the front room are simply the best. Access to and from was very easy. Everything was clean and ready to use. All was perfect except for the funky tub/shower in the MB. I have a handicap and it was challenging to get into and I didn’t feel safe standing in the shower. Beautiful condo along with easy access .

208 One Ocean Pl. Is a great location to the beach. The access to the beach is phenomenal and it is not crowded. If you want to rent an umbrella and two chairs you need to do it weeks before. They were booked up! The parking garage is a little tight and I don’t know how anyone would get two of their vehicles in there because sometimes spots were hard to find depending on what time you pulled in. The condo itself is older style. There were no extra linens to make up the couch pull out bed. Nor where there any xtra pilows.
The king size bed is actually 2 twin beds put together made with a king sheet. The stove left big burner does not work. We had other friends in condos in this building which were all remodeled and they paid the same price we did for the week. The pool /hot tub closed at 9 sharp every day.
The location/ beach access and view are probably the best part about this condo.

Had a great vacation. Unit overall was very nice. Just needs some TLC. Vertical blinds had lots of slats missing giving it a run down condition look. Blinds did not operate very easily due to lack of maint. and age. Sliding doors were very difficult to move. Understand sea air is hard on the slides but a little cleaning and maintanence goes a long way. Would have been nice to have a few spare light bulbs available and a can of WD-40. Had to swap at least 3 to have appropriate light where needed. Carpet needs a good cleaning, many spots and 2nd bath had an odor like a loose toilet or bad gasket. Only noticed if door was closed for a few hours. Kitchen could use some organizing, realizing lots of people have used it and maybe were responsible. Regular utensils could use an upgrading. Not a butter knife to be found and such a mix match of forks and spoons in a tiny drawer. Could update balcony furniture. Filthy stained cheap plastic chairs and table. Chairs did not even match. All minor issues, but if your going to rent you should maintain things a bit better for eye appeal if nothing else. Overall we did enjoy our stay and managed to overlook the minor issues. Just too many of them not to mention.

Perfect in so many ways!
I rented this property thru Garden City earlier this year and am getting ready to rebook for early Fall. The condo is great and the staff from Garden City and their Support staff were terrific. We had a situation that needed follow up when we arrived and they were there immediately. This type of service is rare these days and makes reserving with GC and this condo our first choice. The room location is adjacent to parking which is great (no trapseing in/out of lifts with marketing), the view from the well furnished terrace is beautiful - either at sun rise or later in the afternoon. The rooms were furnished with extra linen if needed and the unit was clean and welcoming. Can't wait to return in the Fall. PS Not sure of dates, please up-date if they are needed.

Location is perfect. The condo is nice. We’ve stayed in this same condo the last two years. The blinds weren’t in great shape last year and we’re still in bad shape. Need replaced! Still a few stains in the carpet, but overall is a nice condo!

Our stay at One Ocean Place 208 was very pleasant. Everything seemed well cared for and clean. After the pandemic lock-down we were a bit apprehensive about venturing out, but we soon felt comfortable in this condo. This was our first visit to One Ocean Place. Garden City has been our "go-to" place for many years with family. We had not been back for 3 years, it was wonderful to be at the ocean again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the best location in Garden City and is well overseen by Garden City Realty. Location speaks for itself with plenty of room, shore access and has all onne needs to enjoy a holiday. GCRI comlpetes the holiday with staff who are are immediately available when needed regardless of the request. The property was found to be as described and the 2nd floor location was very convenient for parking and trips to car when marketing. The views from the terrace were the place to be for the 6:23 am sunrise and nightly moon rise. Recommend highly the location, property and GCRI for one's next vacation.

Very clean and cozy place. The furniture and kitchen is outdated but still lovely. The comforters were not clean but sheets and pillow cases were.

We had a great stay at the property and the location was great, too. We arrived 6 hrs early and the unit was available to us. The staff at the rental office was great. The unit was location a short walk to our favorite restaurant The Conch Café :). The unit itself could use a few updated items, but we would stay there again.

The complex is great. I would prefer to be on a higher floor. We were right up from the hot tub and pool which could be noisy and not too private on the balcony. The unit could use some updating. Needs a grab bar in the master tub/shower. Pretty hard to get in and out with nothing to hold onto. The blinds would not turn correctly and slats were missing and stuck in the closet and behind the couch. Could use better silverware.

Loved our stay at One Ocean Place . Condo was clean and had plenty of furniture. View was great. There was a real lack of good silverware only complaint. the staff at Garden City Reality was very friendly, but I asked 3 different associates to look into a question I had about the condo, they all said they would and get back to me. still waiting. Also have a complaint about the security deposit if there is nothing wrong with the condo why do I have to wait a month to have it returned?

The property management company staff was very courteous and helpful. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was rather small but the spacious living room made up for it. I would definitely stay at One Ocean Place again.

wonderful location, awesome view, wonderful amenities- pool- beach access - elevator, convenient parking, the kitchen in the condo was very dated. the refrigerator froze my food even after turning it down. 1 burner on the stove did not work even after figiting with the connection. microwave, the toaster, &coffee maker where in great working order. plenty of dishes and bakeware but could have used bigger pots to boil pasta. sheets were very thin. towels were great. balcony wonderful.

This is our 4th year staying at One Ocean Place. Great location, quieter than the North end and beautiful beach view. The units are large and overall good, but they have all needed updating and are often missing small things like a hairdryer, wine glasses, etc. The past two years there has been construction going on in units around us which has made it difficult with 2 small children and naps. Overall the rental is good value, however, I would recommend anyone ask about construction before confirming a unit, and mgmt know the first day if you are missing basic amenities.

Enjoyed the views. Condo was clean, could use some updating. Needs new bed pillows and blankets for second bedroom. Parking is a little tight, but no problem. We were glad to see security personnel on property.

we were inundated with these black flying bugs..they took over the balcony and stuck to the windows. i think someone sprayed because one day they were gone..but back the next. otherwise, it was a terrific vacation and liked very much the place to stay.

I have been coming to One Ocean Place for vacations since I was 16 years old with my parents. I'm 37 and I now come to visit with my own family. It never fails to provide nice and clean accommodations and is close enough to whatever we want to do without being on the crowded part of Myrtle Beach. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!
