Sea Master 211

Great experience. Condo was ready before check in time. The kitchen was the best equipped, better stocked than any condo we’ve rented. (Maybe 20 or so precious rentals) The only detractor was thatt the carpet could use replacing or a good cleaning—not a show stopper, we would rent it again. Overall, great experience.

Great location and good unit. Unit has 3 bedroom/ 3 baths that really suited our needs. The unit, grounds and the pool area were all clean. The condos exterior had blown off in some places due to a heavy storm. So hopefully they will get that fixed soon. But overall a good place to stay.
The Garden City Realty folks were all very friendly and helpful at all times. Lauren with GCR especially worked so hard to find the right condo for my crowd. I will definitely call on them again!

Great location Beach front. Spacious 3 bedrooms w 3 closets and bathrooms.We were impressed as to how well stocked the kitchen was all possible amenities. Loved the non stick frying pans -they were brand new. Beautiful dishes. New rugs and couch. Ice maker in the freezer.

Better than Perfect
The was the best location if you want away from the crowd. You leave the pool area and walk directly onto the beach. It’s only a 4 story and that’s exactly what we wanted. Not an over crowded tall building since we had a toddler with us. The views from the balcony were perfect and the front door has a screen door as well. The condo itself was SO spacious and the kitchen had every single amenity you can think of. There were even extra trash bags, ziploc bags and aluminum foil. Everything was neat and super clean. All of the towels were wrapped in sealed plastic when we got there. We were highly impressed and will definitely choose here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! Between the pool, ocean view, and nice size rooms it was great! The only downside was having to use onsite pay with quarters laundry machines that barely hold 3 towels and were very rusty/old. The elevator had some issues while we were there but overall we really enjoyed this condo.

The condo unit was very nice overall. We had some difficulty in getting 2 of the televisions to work, and had to contact the cable provider. Also, the keys were very difficult to work in the locks. The unit itself has everything, but many items do not match...could use some updating.

We had a great week in Sea Master 211. We have stayed at this property before and love its location, pool and beachfront views. Unit 211 has everything you could want while away from home. The wifi in this unit is great. The decor is unusual, but it has all the seating and sleeping accommodations necessary for a large family. The description states that this unit has a washer and dryer, but it does not.

Just spent a week here. Would definitely stay here again. Great location with ocean view. Within walking distance of two piers. Affordable price if shared by two families. (Parents w/ children & grandparents) Priced better than comparable units in same building. Beds & seating were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Close to elevator so convenient for person with special needs.
Really need to replace the wicker rocker though-it squeaks terribly. :-)

We stayed at Sea Master 211 a few years ago and was very pleased with the condo. My only complaint this year was there have not been any improvements in the condo since the last time we stayed. Also the palm tree on the deck is totally obstructing the view of the pool and ocean...definitely needs trimmed. Will stay at Sea Master again, but will probably stay in a different condo to get a better view of the beach and ocean.

We are please to inform you that the owner remodeled the condo in 2014. The master bath was redone with a walk-in shower, new vanity and toilet, the television in the master bedroom was replaced with a smart tv, new vertical blinds were replaced in the master bedroom and living room, there is also a new recliner, dishwasher, and flooring from the entry way all the way through the kitchen. My sisters and I have been staying in this unit every year for at least 10 years and are very satisfied with the location and the condo. There were a few issues this year with the unit but were taken care of by the realty company very quickly. We really enjoy the location of the unit and will rent again next June at the same time.

Our rental experience with this particular unit has always been a good one. We did notice some changes this year in that the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as in past years. There were very few cereal bowls and the cooking utensils were sparse. Hopefully someone reported that the sweep on the front door came off during our stay. I intended to call about this and it slipped my mind. We always enjoy our visits to the condo complex and intend to rent again next year.

Had no power in bedroom by the door upon arrival, nothing worked, no lights, no fan etc.. Had to call you to get corrected. It took two hours to respond. I watched your service man correct. Happened again mid-week and I fixed circuit breaker myself, which
was behind a picture and not in utility room. Something is tripping the breaker, needs to be looked at.
